Pros +
- The location was perfect for us, right in the Forest , a few minutes walk from town.Room was clean, with very comfy beds and of course the decorations was a highlight. But the best was the fantastic reception service we received, with many good recommendations of what to do and where to go.Breakfast quality was the ice on the cake. We loved our stay.
- Great breakfast, excellent host, quiet country location
- Nice and cozy retreat outside of the city, very quiet and beautiful. Breakfast was incredibly nice!
Cons -
- The smell of the room (air freshener?) was far too strong and I had to open the window.
- No heating during night which was covered by discount at the end. Very tiny walls between rooms so we heard everything from neighbours - missing privacy a lot.
- Breakfast could have been better/bigger, idealy buffet breakfast.

The hotel is perfect for a couple looking for a romantic stay with personalized attention from the hosts. I didn't book for the romantic atmosphere, but for the quiet location that just a stone's throw away from the spa and downtown area which was lovely.

good location - in the middle of park, good for having walks around, not far away from center of Frantiskovy Lazne. Good location for making trips to surrounding area. Very good and rich breakfast, friendly staff, private parking, comfortable beds. Wifi and TV as standard.
No heating during night which was covered by discount at the end. Very tiny walls between rooms so we heard everything from neighbours - missing privacy a lot.
The host was very helpful and easy going - the building is full of character and on the edge of a forest but within east reach of the centre. free water and beer in a communal fridge and fantastic breakfast.
Location in the middle of the forrest. Design of the place.
Breakfast could have been better/bigger, idealy buffet breakfast.
