Pros +
- Incredible views, a beautiful room with a comfortable bed and a panoramic view of the city and the sea. An almost private pontoon in the sea. It was sad to leave.
- It’s all about the location. The cabins are perched on the side of the cliff overlooking the south side of the bay. The views are absolutely stunning. Steep mountain faces, covered in forests that seem to cling on for dear life and the beautiful turquoise sea. Breakfast is delicious mix of local treats and fruit. Order your eggs how you like them and enjoy the view. Then grab your towel and head down to the jetty. After a swim and a soak in the sun you can either pick your way across the rocks or swim over to the main Kabak beach. Take a stroll across the beach and take some steps on the Lycian Way or if that sounds a little strenuous then just grab a cocktail and enjoy the view from the beach bar. Make sure you make it back to the jetty for sunset as this is something quite special. Our only regret was not staying longer.
- From the moment we arrived, we felt as though we had stepped into a dream. The resort is a sanctuary of romance, where every detail whispers elegance and tranquility. The setting is breathtaking — endless views of turquoise waters, golden sunsets painting the sky, and a gentle breeze that seems to carry away every worry. Our suite felt like a private paradise, with a cozy ambiance, soft lighting, and thoughtful touches that made it impossible not to fall in love with both the place and the moment. The staff made us feel not just welcome, but truly cherished. Every interaction was warm and genuine, with a sense of care that elevated our stay from wonderful to unforgettable. Erok, Shine, Zvitlana, Liza, Ernest and the owner of the place, they were all super helpful, generous and caring!!From the candlelit dinners under the stars to the serene couples’ spa experience, everything felt designed to celebrate love. It’s rare to find a place where time slows down, where laughter echoes more freely, and where memories are etched so vividly. This resort is exactly that — the perfect destination for anyone seeking romance, serenity, and pure magic. We left with our hearts full, already dreaming of when we can return.
Cons -
- There was a problem with cleaning, and the management seemed to be cutting corners on the cleaning lady. There was a used tube of toothpaste and a can of soup lying right in front of our room. On the second day, I lost my temper and threw it out myself. The room was not cleaned once in four days. There was always a plate of uneaten food on the pontoon. And yes, I agree, the food at the restaurant is not worth the money.
- Not much tbh. It has an air of shabby chic to it but that was part of the charm
- Absolutely nothing

Not only was La Boheme actual heaven on earth but that staff were exceptional and the best part about our stay. From the moment we got there until the moment we left, they all exuded so much kindness, generosity and care. I would give this place 20 out of 10 stars if I could for the beauty of the property, our private pool villa and the incredible hospitality. Also we had the best octopus of our life here.
Absolutely nothing
Superb hotel in a perfect chill out place. Staff where amazing. Food and wine was world class. Defo a place to go to, a bit further away from the mass tourisme and you have a private pool and beach !! I defo come back to chill out again.
All was perfect
La Boheme is a gem nestled within the mountainous bay of Kabak. The staff were genuinely fantastic. They went above and beyond and were very accommodating for us. The location is a secret stunner. We would come back to Kabak purely to stay here. Highly recommended.
It is a dream location with well-decorated facility and so helpful staff. Because of the rain and storm in the area there was power cut off, so we couldn’t receive hot water for a while. But thanks to staff, they replied all of our questions and showed that they care for their guests’ comfort. We received a room upgrade with no up-charge which was super nice! Definitely we are coming back on the season. Thank you, La Boheme.

The location is a little hard to be react
Dinner
- some staff are rood, - smell of sewerage in my room,- broken hook for a towel in the shower,- warm (not hot) water in the shower, - old and bad quality furniture,- squeaky AC-DC converter under the bed right near of my head,- access road is bad
Pleasant
The resort is beautiful. However they totally mismanaged it, so even though it is a paradise we would never book it again. The road to the hotel is very difficult to drive - so you are pretty much stuck in the location which would be no problem if they would offer things to do. There is a great yoga area but no yoga classes. You would expect good sea food but the fish is old. The cocktails unfortunately are not good - they have frozen strawberry daiquiri which is not frozen and Gin Fizz with no Fizz. The rooms are not clean and they do not clean the rooms every day which you would expect for the price of the hotel.
Bed bugs in our room - The hotel had promised to refund us, but of course they won’t follow through
- The cleanliness is shameful, with two rooms in a row infested with bed bugs and no mattress protectors.- The hotel told us to contact Booking.com for the refund, claiming they hadn’t yet received the payment. Once we returned home, we contacted Booking.com, who confirmed that the hotel had been paid months earlier when we booked, proving that the hotel had lied to avoid refunding us. Despite several attempts from Booking and us to get a response, we’ve had no news for over 2 months and no refund.- This hotel is run by dishonest people who lie without hesitation.
Unbeatable views, stunning location, very relaxing and calm setting. Food is very good too!
Nothing really but service could have been quicker at times.
The facility, bungalow, restaurant, amazing scenery, relaxing spots with great sunset views, access to hiking trails nearby. The sea deck and view from there wonderful. Very peaceful.
The administration. Had a very hard time due to their mistake not entering the funds when I booked on one platform, and cancelled that reservation to get a better rate with Booking dot com. I couldn’t get a refund and they asked to simply deduct from that amount with my new booking but my money went to their bank without trace of them getting it. Took a while to sort out and very stressful. Also not great communication. Didn’t send me instructions how to get there (hard to find and difficult road) nor confirm my arrival, couldn’t get in touch with them the day before.
Amazing atmosphere. This place is surrounded by nature, nested between the mountains and the sound of the waves. A dreamy place.
There’s been a series of hiccups during my stay which were not ideal but the team did everything they could to assist and make it work.
Great location
Needs Maintenance, short of staff, room not cleaned in four days.
Lovely remote property with stunning views. Excellent food at the restaurant. Great access to sea and can swim over to Kabak beach to hire kayaks / have a drink.
Restaurant and drinks on the pricey side. Road in and out is pretty bad, however do-able even in our rental small Clio. But wouldn’t have wanted to drive in and out in between arriving / departing so it’s very much a chill and relax whilst you’re there!
Absolutely everything, especially the staff and the utterly amazing food, we had a room with a private pool which was gorgeous… this is a very special place
If I could make 1 comment it would be that it was made clear that you can park your car at the top and they will come and get you in a 4x4… or alternatively hire a 4x4…. We managed it but I needed a stiff drink afterwards ?
Could be amazing! La Boheme is in a beautiful secluded location. The restaurant and pool areas have a great aesthetic and the pool was always quiet when we visited. The bungalow room was comfortable and had a lovely view. Food from the restaurant was very nice if a bit pricey. The staff were very nice when serving. You can swim from the deck to kabak beach in ten minutes or there is a boat. The manager was very friendly.
Some small changes could be made to make this hotel a 10/10. The beach/ deck area was really untidy and only had 8 beds so it got crowded. It looks as though another platform may be built soon- the sooner the better! Room cleaning wasn’t offered throughout the stay and had to be requested. There we also used trays and dishes left lying around the hotel areas for days and we saw staff members walk past them without collecting on multiple occasions. The cats that live at the hotel can also get very aggressive when you’re eating and should be better controlled. The hotel is at the bottom of 1.5km of steep dirt road which taxis won’t go down. When we arrived at the top of the road no one at the hotel answered the phone and so my partner had to walk down to get me and the bags collected. There isn’t a 4x4 at the hotel all the time - we were generously collected by a family member of one of the staff who happened to be visiting with an appropriate vehicle. I don’t know how we would have got to the hotel if he hadn’t been there! I think this should be made more clear to guests before arrival and the reception staff should be more responsive/ proactive in arranging pick up.
WOW! This setting was incredible. And very relaxing. Photos don’t do it justice.
The dirt road approaching the hotel was challenging which we weren’t aware of so wouldn’t recommend arriving after dark. Staff were great about meeting us to pick us up!
All was above our expectations, the view was amazing with good and kind people The service was great and the food was delicious
Difficult to get the location as the street was so small and its better to ask the transportation by the hotel
