Great location, high-end build materials, very kind and attentive staff

Prices are a bit on the high side but still reasonable

Bed was a bit hard

The room was big enough, clean .

The first breakfast was very poor. There was nothing from the pictures from the booking site. There was no buffet. We received an omelet with three tomato slices, two slices of cucumber, and two slices of bread. The coffee was awful. The second time, there was a buffet breakfast . But the same bad coffee. I the room there weren't tee or coffee equipments. In the spa, there was some bad smell . We didn't succeed in making the water in the jacuzzi warmer.There is no cloack room there.

Everything was very good. Staff very friendly. Helped us with everything that we needed for us and our 6 month old child. Top facilities and conditions. Great restaurants (bbq, italian)

Although it was decent, we felt that the quality and the variety of the breakfast was below the other facilities

The rooms are mixture of old, vintage style and new modern things. The whole complex is very green and family friendly.Both restaurants which they hold are amazing. The Italian one is literally like taken from Italy and put there, the Bulgarian one is traditional and very good.

Bear in mind that the spa is not included in the price and you need to pay 20BGN per person to use it.

Great two night stay, excellent room and great homemade breakfast.Great value for the money

The rooms were very clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and there is an option to change your pillow according to your needs. Food in the restaurant was tasty, albeit a bit expensive.

Breakfast was nothing special, the spa procedures weren't included in the price.

The hotel is excellent! The rooms are spacious and well equipped, modern and comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel is the best in the area, definitely recommended.

The overall quality of the building externally and internally was good. Parking good.

Bed is very uncomfortable. Pillows are uncomfortable. No coffee facilities in the room.Hairdryer pathetic.Bathroom extractor fan not powerful enough. Whole room had condensation. Restaurant under staffed, one waitress for over 60 diners (she was very good).Restaurant prices very high for average quality . One meal burnt another sent back twice because the meat was raw inside. Each time it remained raw. Another meal totally unseasoned, etc.

It was written that there is a pillow change service, but in the end it was none, so we slept in the end without pillows (were too high)

Location is in a a beautiful little village outside veliko turnovo, staff were very attentive and the breakfast was amazing, beds are very comfortable. And the hotel ground are good to walk around first thing in the morning along with the local village, lots to see with a lot of history.

The location, the facilities, the staff and the service are perfect. It’s clean and very comfortable.

- room was clean (though badly maintained)- big yard with tables and trees- kept the atmosphere of the old inn- private parking- the food at the restaurant is decent

- unfriendly staff at the restaurant and the rude woman at the reception. We were treated badly and made to feel like we were bothering someone by being there- the sink is in the room- the bathroom door is made of glass + there's some space between the wall and door, so you can see the person using the bathroom. No privacy.- ugly mold on the wall (i could see that from the bed and it was so ugly). Badly maintained, ugly spider webs and dust at the windows- breakfast is below average. Even the fried eggs are inedible (like rubber)- you cannot rest in the afternoon, the cleaning ladies make a lot of noise and disregard the guests needing to rest

Great garden, comfortable room and delicious food.

Intimate and comfortable stay, surrounded by nature. Second stay here, and we loved it as much as 5 years ago. I enjoyed the pool and Italian restaurant as well, both facilities of the Arbanaskhi Villa.

The mattresses could be changed, as they are a bit worn out.

Great location and garden.

– Leaky air conditioning - they couldn't fix it, so we had to soak towels throughout our stay to prevent puddles forming.– Mould in the bathroom – Lack of toiletries in the bathroom– Poor hygiene - there were hairs on the sheets, a forgotten bathing cap on the shelf– Lack of sockets by the bed– Overpriced four stars hotel, expensive restaurants, especially the Italian one.

Clean, nice garden & surroundings, interesting architecture & design.

It's overrated, definitely not a 4 star hotel. Room is basic, breakfast is super plain and simple, no variety of food or beverages.
