The staff were of a very high standard, going out of their way to make you feel welcome. The Spa was fantastic!, The lady responsible was so nice and made us feel very welcome & Relaxed!!!The building, lobby, rooms, pool, outdoors area , all felt new/renewed and very spacious everywhere. The restaurant buffet tasted very good and the staff workers were excellent

You should remember to reserve parking..

The hotel is good, has good facilities, view to sea, near places to eat.

The only bad thing was, I requested a good roomwith view and I received at first a room with view to the ceiling of a building, they told me we don’t have more rooms, I asked afterwards for another room and they give it to me, also as we were celebrating we requested a piece of cake and they bring us a full cake and charge 30 Euros, if they need to sell is ok but better to say upfront that looks like a hunger attitude to get more money. In summary you need to be lucky who attends you in reception because they are some that are not fit for the job. It was the second time we come here after this time we are not coming back is not worthy.

It is modern hotel, very clean, beds comfortable, staff kind and helpful. Breakfast - fresh food, big variety of food, restaurant offer excellent and tasty dishes.

The music at swimming pool could be changed at times, otherwise all perfect

The room was nice, food and drinks good.

We got upgraded to a sea view room, this was room 345 directly above the delivery entrance where the bin lorry and deliveries started from around 4am so it was noisy and woke us up most nights.Whilst most staff were helpful and friendly we were checked in by a male at reception and it was not the best welcome we have ever had to a hotel, he covered everything he needed to but that was it no general conversation at all.

Great little hotel, clean and always looking good. Fresh linen and towels every day. Staff couldn't do enough to help. Only stayed here for 4 nights and found the restaurant underneath on the last day. Great value for money as hotels are usually expensive. Taxi rank 5 minute walk and some great little bars across the road and along towards Cala Bassa.

If I was being picky, possibly one more chair per room would be good.

Beautiful decor, spotlessly clean, really beautiful hotel, lovely pool area.

Bars were closed at 7pm, so nothing to do in the evening, after dinner. It was very quiet and a bit boring at night. We stayed there in April so a quieter time of the year, however, I do not think it's too much to ask to be able to get a drink and socialise at night.

The staff were welcoming and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.The room was spacious with a large balcony overlooking the pool. The shower was amazing!If I am back to this area in Ibiza, I will definitely stay here.

As we arrived out of season there wasn't alot open in the surrounding area. Did enjoy the walk around the bay though.

Didn't like the hand basin in the room ,would prefer a proper bathroom with hand basin. Toilet very small. Poor quality pillows.When room was cleaned we wasn't left any coffee and lady said we had to contact reception, they gave us 3 coffees and 1 teabag , no milk. Hotel bar said open until 23:00 but it was never open only outside bar or restaurant bar.

Everything. Location, activities, beach, walking distance to San Antonio where Ibiza happens.

Breakfast should be included even if you don’t offer a Buffett

The hotel is very new and airy, the beds were very comfortable and there is great water pressure in the showers. It has a great pool with a bar facility to enjoy and it has lovely views of the ocean from sun drenched balconies.

We were not informed that the hotel was closing for the season on our last day of occupancy and that they were going to board up and remove all the furniture, hence we could not use the pool or any facilities. They were boarding up the hotel while we were eating breakfast and that spoilt the view and the experience (not to mention the noise and disruption of the maintenance team in and out). There was an ample spread for breakfast, but the pancakes ran out on two of the three days that we were there within half an hour of breakfast being served and the staff would not entertain the request for more to be made. The staff seemed very disinterested in helping guests with any queries in general. There was a bottle of fizz with glasses at reception which were were not offered on check in at 3pm, nor were my other friends when they checked in, however one of the other couples that checked in later were offered the welcome drinks. This seemed to indicate that they were being quite selective. We came to the island to take part in the Oceanman swim event and this was the recommended hotel, however for theduration of our stay, there was a group of people hired for a promotional campaign with their photographers and DJ that set up first in the courtyard to have a wild party and then on the second day, they set up the DJ by the pool and photographed the group dancing and basically getting in the way of everyone that had paid to actually be there. I doubt that Els Pins informed the Oceanman team of this promotional event that they had planned as if we had been informed, we would have chosen an alternative hotel.Overall I would not recommend this hotel, as there are many other similar priced options nearby that may offer more interest in their guests wellbeing.

Location was close to everything. It was a beautiful location overlooking the sea. So much choice at breakfast

The hotel is nicely located, in a quiet area.It has two swimming pools.

The gym is almost entirely broken.The breakfast is pretty expensive considering the quality of the food (not bad but not amazing either)

The hotel is modern, luminous and surrounded by trees. The receptionists are welcoming and helpful in case of questions. The room was spatious, with an ltalian shower and a king size bed. Every room comes with a balcony. Moreover, the restaurant next to the pool offers good options at a fair price. However, they should implement a mandatory dress code in order that guests don’t come in shirtless.

For a 4 stars hotel, l was quite surprised to see that they do not offer any complimentary bottle of water, nor coffee machine with capsules, nor tea boiler in the room. The cleaning of the room was superficial (see pictures taken immediately after the room has been ‘cleaned’). Also, nice from the hotel to ask via Booking if everything is going well, but in that case they should also reply if something doesn’t, since they never replied to my complaint regarding the cleaning service). Finally, the breakfast was in my opinion dissapointing; many options, but most of them were not organic. For instance, you could tell that the orange and pineapple juices were artificial. Spain is one of Europe’s largest oranges producers; the hotel could make the effort to at least offer fresh orange juice to its guests…
