Marvell Club Hotel & Apartments

The property was really lovely clean and perfect for us as a family. Modern and excellent pool and staff In a quiet part of San Antonio bay looks quite run down but this had no effect on us as the hotel was brill and the sunset kumaharas was on the next street ??

The hotel was ok....perfect for families.It was clean, had a nice swimming pool, the breakfast had a great selection fresh cold & cooked food and the staff were nice.

The hotel wasn't for me......kids screaming, doors banging along the corridor and awful euro trash music being played by the pool giving you a headache ( mainly from the loud music from the hotel next door ).My room was on the 2nd floor facing the main street and sadly above the extractor fan of a restaurant below...this meant i couldn't open my windows or patio doors on to the balcony because of the smell of fried food!!The aircon in the room was barely sufficient and dated.

Shop onsite to but food drinks etc Good mix of people (couples, families, wedding group, etc) Food was good - decent options each day Staff were all really friendly and helpful Room cleaned every day Right next to the bus stops (several routes e..g San Antoni, Airport etc)

Not much to add here to be honest. The only point I could mention is that the coffee machines were not available to use during evening meal - it would have been nice to have.

Marvell Club Hotel and Apartments was great, we couldn't have asked for better. Our apartment was very clean, housekeeping tidied/cleaned every day. All the staff were friendly, professional and willing to assist in any way they could. The breakfast was excellent with a great choice of dishes from a cooked breakfast to fresh fruit, pastries and bread and jams. The breakfast drinks choices were also great from lemon water to fruit juices, even fresh oranges that you could put through the electric juicer and, of course, a good range of teas and coffees. The pool bars were great and ideal for lunches, which were very good quality. It was also nice to have a bar in the hotel, which stayed open until midnight. Parking was on site and free and taxes were included in the price of our stay. We have holidayed in Cala de Bou for many years, staying at Marina Palace, but we found Marvell to be far superior. We would definitely return!

There was not anything that we could complain about or dislike. The only thing was that we found our apartment (212) to be a little noisy, due to external noises, traffic, shouting etc, but we do like to have a window open and not use the air conditioning, so that was our choice. However this did not detract from an exceptional stay.

Staff were so lovely and helpful. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed.

I thought the times for dinner were abit late for what I am used too.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast had many variations. the food was fresh. Every day, we had a clean room and new towels.

We had an appartement with a view to concrete and other buildings. It would be nicer if there were some plants and trees to feel good when sitting on the terrace.

Seaview was lovely. The food was excellent, always lots of choice. Fresh meat or fish grilled to order and omelets in the morning. The staff are all wonderful, always smiling and helpful. The animation team are so good with the children and do a great job. Shout out to the life guard as well.

We loved our stay there and will definitely come back.Both the day and night entertainment staff were brilliant and always full of energy and smiles.All the reception, restaurant and bar staff were very friendly and we rated the quality of the food at all times.Couldn’t ask for more.

The evening buffet didn’t offer a big variety. We don’t eat seafood which was mostly all there was on offer. We ended up eating out every evening meaning we wasted money paying for half board.

Couldnt they start around 8pm?We took a glass of orange juice out of the breakfast room, and were comfronted by 4, yes 4 members of staff who said we would have to buy orange juice if it left the breakfast room?!Beds squeakAir corn is averge cold at best - had to ask twice for it to be fixedIt is a good/average all inclusive depending on your expections, however its very average for the money. The food is average quality - you feel balloned most of the timeThey don't serve any food around the pool between 10-1, and 3-6...?! Not idealThe food they do serve between 1-3 is just bread, chips, burgers and 12 euro salads with no leafs in sight!Sadly we won't be going back.

We have just returned from a 10 day stay half board. No complaints at all, hotel is exceptionally clean & friendly staff. The entertainment staff made an effort to involve the little ones and adults in activities. The food selection was good Altho we did eat out a few nights to change it up. The children’s selection was small if you have picky children like ours, chips and pasta became the staple diet on an evening. Would definitely recommend Bambuku for a visit great for kids and adults if you like a dance and the food was amazing there but book in advance. Kumarahs is within walking distance great street food and drink to watch the sunset. There’s an outdoor soft play near by so overall lots to do. Would highly recommend for families. We booked encouraged by the reviews and they where all spot on.

The photos showing the property are a little deceiving our room was small and basic. Didn’t use the kitchenette facilities but was nice to have the choice.

The breakfast had a great variety, hotel was clean and staff friendly.

We requested a cot for our newborn baby we didn’t arrive to the hotel until 1am as we had been delayed and there was no cot in the room. We went to reception to ask for the cot but took the member of staff a long time to find one. There was also a smell of drains in our room. We asked for someone to look at it 4 times before anyone was sent to fix the smell.
