I loved how modern the hotel was overall and the pool area. Our room was amazing! We had the largest balcony and great air con!

We liked everything!

the apartment was very spacious and well designed

the wi-fi did not exist.. this is a crucial element to me as I needed to work while away there was blood on the door frame of my bathroom the cost was not justified the cleaners let themselves in without knocking on one occasion

Right on the beach. Market and restaurants walking distance. Suite itself was spacious. Separate bedroom, kitchen and living/dining room areas.

Breakfast included. Pickup from airport. Shuttle to nearby downtown and major clubs.

The pool and beach access was quite nice and the breakfast was excellent! Very clean facilities and helpful staff

The corridors were loud and echoing sounds during the night. The gym equipment needed upgrading and additional items, such as more weights and yoga mats

It’s like the whole house. Huge with 2 balconies.

Food and drink were so expensive and was not in good taste.

Lots of loud kids throwing parties until 7am

I have stayed here lots of times since 2017 it’s a great location with good size rooms

When we arrived the 2 bed room we booked was not ready, but they put us in a ‘better’ room, a 1 bed room. Then we could have our original one the next day. Which they originally wanted us to check out at 12pm and wait till 3pm to get into our room we had booked and paid for. But after a heated conversation we were ‘allowed’ to move straight from room to room.Other than that the stay was as usual. Then the credit card charges started coming. 4 separate charges all for different amounts. When I called I was told juts mini bar and stuff, I asked for them to elaborate to which they explained mini bar stuff, parking charges, room service again still vaguely. We were still charged around €200 more then what they had said, to then they responded oh you have a charge for using laughing gas. Which we were not, our neighbours were and other rooms were we were not, they said this charge was €300 and none of the charges to the card were. I then asked for a receipt/invoice which they said they’d send. I asked to speak to the manger he refused to speak to me. They did not send me any invoice , I continued to phone and email 3 more times asking for one and have still not received one. So I have 4 vague charges on my card and roughly 3 of them I agree with. I have left it with Amex hopping they will sort it. I will never stay here again

Every hotel should have a Nabila and Roberto at their hotel- Roberto always providing world class service and Nabila - wow what a delight of a human- her smile shines went you walk in the hotel and always at the best disposal to help you with anything ! Jose at housekeeping remembered me fromLast time and he even let me a little note on the room super thoughtful - thank you also to Jorge at reception desk ! You guys rock !!!

Not much

Paid more for my room and checked in before my friends. But they got their room instantly, with an upgrade and an incredible view. I however got a view of the street, and had to wait two hours for my room. No one was gay, they even advertise to straight people to stay there, didn’t really understand that. Stayed here for the gay atmosphere and was met with nothing but straight couples. The pool also closes at 9 and so does the bar, making you go elsewhere to spend your money and time. My room was filled with nothing but cheap ikea furniture. The master bedroom shower was a joke, water would spill everywhere all over the bathroom and they put a cheap plastic curtain with plastic rings. Our room also had ants crawling everywhere.

The reception employee is not professional, not a personal problem as other guests were facing the same issue upon our arrival. Management needs improvement and needs to filter the employees.

Roberto who was the hotel manager was excellent, he upgraded us on arrival as we visited during low season and was very helpful and professional throughout our stay. The room was huge and we had a fantastic sea view. The spa facilities are also very nice.

The music by the pool was quite loud!

The apartment was of a good size and all the amenities were great. Couldnt fault this property at all. The staff were amazing and the service was on point. Will defo go back there and recommned them to my friends travelling to ibiza

Lovely place, great spa, really friendly staff who were also extremely helpful and it was also really clean. Only downside was very very cold pool which is aesthetic only, not deep enough to swim in. Good value for money. Recommend.

Our stay at this property was absolutely fantastic. The space was clean, modern, and incredibly spacious. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made my mum’s 50th birthday celebration even more special — such a thoughtful gesture! Every member of staff we encountered was warm, welcoming, and exceptionally polite.The facilities were top-notch and meticulously maintained — from the relaxing steam room and sauna to the well-equipped gym and comfortable sun beds. The location itself is lovely, adding to the overall charm of our experience.I genuinely didn’t want to leave and am already thinking about booking my next visit. I can’t recommend this hotel enough! A special thank you to Dani for making our stay even more memorable.

The staff were friendly. The view was stunning, our apartment was large. There was a nice walk which took about 30 minutes into San Antonio Bay. There were shops near by and a really good cafe called Cool Cafe. The pool was small but lovely. I will be staying here again.
