Spotless clean hotel, lovely friendly staff and decent breakfast ?Pool area private and fantastic with plenty of seating, sun loungers and four poster exclusive sunbeds at no extra charge. Good showers.

Quiet away from the craziness of town, but not too far in a taxi. Standard of the rooms is high, newly refurbished.

Amazing staff all round, even the cleaners are so nice. Special thanks to both Isamel and Elisa who both went above and beyond everyday in making every guest feel personally catered to. Clean, modern rooms with attention to details that make you notice eg. ritual products, charging ports in the right locations, 24/7 A/C, beach shoes/towels provided daily. Great food, drinks and coffee in the hotel itself along with a room service option and a nice pool are a big plus. Location is fantastic and right next to some of the best beaches and quiet. 100% will stay again!

Very minor but showers sometimes got too hot all of sudden, have a margin safety in cold setting

The location might look intimidating or far from popular landmarks but actually it’s a great location to be at if you’ve been to Ibiza before, as you could explore a more calm down and local area, as well as some of the nicest Calas in the island like Cala Comte, yet it’s well connected with buses from the airport and to San Antonio, or by taxi or rental car. The staff was super kind and helpful the whole time, they were always trying to enhance our experience and give us their recommendations, big shoutout to Ismael and the cleaning staff ladies, they were so nice, efficient and kind every day. The hotel is pristine clean and the beds were super comfortable, the showers and amenities were amazing as well, they use one popular brand for their shampoo, shower gel and so on, and I was so happy to take a shower every time.

I can’t say anything about it, as I loved my whole experience there and I wished it lasted longer.

Liked everything! Place is fairly new so everything was clean and nice. Beds are very comfortable. Parking outside hotel was free.

Amazing hotel, nice location close to Comte beach ! New equipment staff is warm and service is top notch ! Just stayed one night and it was my best hotel experience in Ibiza . I was travelling around the island so I´ve been to some other hotels but this was my best experience by far ! Highly recommended !

The hotel was in a good location as we had rented a car, only 10 min from San Antonio center, easy parking. The pool space was nice and we would have visited it more if we didn't had our own terrace. Room was big and spacious and he'd was very comfy. Air-conditioning was working well and shower was good too.

It would have been nice if they would have provided coffee everyday, instead of only one day on arrival.

A very well thought out hotel with lovely design and very comfortable beds. Staff were very friendly and helpful and it was spotlessly clean, you could constantly see the attention staff gave to keeping everything right, clearly very well managed. Breakfast was fresh with plenty of choice for everyone. Pool area was lovely with quality outdoor furniture and lots of lovely seating areas and planting. Rooms very well designed, little extras like an extra table in bathroom, a good big TV and a fridge make a longer stay much easier with family. Beds were so comfortable (an exception unfortunately in many hotels). Close to a beautiful small beach (great sunsets and two lovely beach bars) and lots of great restaurants in the area. It’s a quieter area but great for families or as a base if you plan to travel around the island (everything is relatively close in Ibiza as a small island). I couldn’t recommend the hotel highly enough for the cost it offers good value and you will have a very comfortable stay. They have sister hotels in other Spanish locations which I’ll definitely be checking out.

Staff, nice room.

I didn't like the TV was not working. I didn't like I took a tea and the empty cup was not changed during the clean service. The coffee was very very bad. Poor breakfast.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and tidy room and throughout hotel. Great area. Has a mini fridge. Has a TV. Lovely area. Great value for money.

Dated decor. Inconsistent shower temperature. WiFi didn't reach room. Balcony door wouldn't lock shut. road noise was very loud. No general rubbish bin (just a small one in bathroom(although cleaners did remove what was left out) ). Pool a bit cozy, lifeguard being so near the pool edge put me off swimming.
