Nice large room with even larger terrace

The pool was not clean. The inside was made from a foil that showed strong residues (yellow/brown border) of sunscreen. The hotel tried to clean it but couldn’t get rid of it. They told us that the pool will be remade for the next season. However, also all covers of couches and beds on the terrace were not clean and hand stains. We didn’t use the outside facilities for this reason which was disappointing. The breakfast staff was not very flexible what they served but nice people in general.

Really nice hotel. The location is excellent and the included breakfast is really nice. We really enjoyed our stay there. They also upgraded our room for free upon arrival, which was highly appreciated.

Breakfast was amazing! Large variety of things to choose from! The staff was always super helpful and kind! Very close to the beach!

The hotel was so modern and clean and the staff were so friendly. The pool area gets sun all day long and umbrellas are available for shelter. The cleaning staff take such good care of your room daily. It was located beside a number of different beaches and restaurants with a bus stop right outside that can take you into the old town in less than 20 minutes.

Not only was the hotel amazing, but so was the staff. They were so kind, helpful and made us feel so relaxed. The hotel was clean, cozy and luxurious. You really got bang for your bucks in this hotel. If you are going to Chania, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. I will come back one day ☺️

The property was modern and beautiful, the pool area was calming and relaxing. The breakfast/restaurant was lovely.

The staff, hotel and facilities were all fantastic. For such a new hotel all operations ran incredibly smoothly and to be so close to beautiful beaches was a real bonus. Breakfast was a good mix of options and nice to not see a lot of waste that you get from buffet options in larger hotels. Only a short trip into Chania town accessible by car or local frequent bus.

The only small negative was the fire exit sign in the room was quite bright and did make it difficult to get to sleep on the odd occasion.

Inea sole is like a ‘hidden’ gem in Chania. The staff are so lovely, they cannot do enough for you. The hotel is small enough to feel intimate and not forgotten in the masses. It’s so clean and the breakfast is brilliant. A really relaxed atmosphere. Surrounding area doesn’t have an abundance of places to eat/drink so we headed into Chania most nights to the old town which is beautiful. The cab is around 13 euros. The restaurant opposite ‘farmers tavern’ is wonderful, a real family feel with delicious food. Beaches are around a 3 min walk away and do walk around the coast if you can, it’s stunning.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as good as it possibly could be. Breakfast was brilliant, a la carte and everything made to order. Pool area was great and hotel is within walking distance if multiple beaches and restaurants

Perfect location for a beach holiday; just 2 minutes walking from the beach. The hotel is in top condition; not that big and seems to focus on adults only. The breakfast is really good.

Some rooms can be connected. It seems that walls between these rooms are thinner; the sound of the next room did wake me up once

The hotel is great, clean and the location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk from 3-4 beaches. Also the bus going to Chania stops 2 minutes away from the hotel. The a la carte breakfast is awesome and feels like you went to a fancy restaurant. Everyone from the staff is extremely helpful, responsive and friendly. Karina was great in providing us with local recommendations and making sure we were well looked after and always greeted us with a smile.

As others mentioned here, the pool closes early at 6pm and there are a few rooms which door is facing another property where they have a dog so the dog sometimes can bake in the morning, but Inea can't control that.

Amazing and lovely staff - everybody is just really great, very polite and sincere and always with a smile on their faces, from Reception, to the Bar & Restaurant and including the cleaning & maintenance personnel. Everything is just top notch: lovely and delicious choices meal choices for breakfast, very attentive hosts, relaxing pool and recreation area with a cool fitness enclosure, spacious room with a very comfy bed, great air conditioning system and cleaning done daily, without the need of asking for it. On top of this, they provide towels that you can take to the beach and if you have a late flight, like we did, you can continue using the facilities of the hotel. And not to mention, the shuttle service that they provide from Chania airport is superb!We had a great vacation and we're really happy all the staff from Inea Sole made sure we enjoyed our stay.
