Great location, walking distance to the beach, convenient store; bus station in front of the complex. The staff was very helpful with any questions or problems you have.

It was hard to live, when everything was so good!

The hotel is absolutely great. We stayed in a two-storey apartment with a sea view. The room has everything needed: two bathrooms, fridge, TV, stove top, microwave, terrace with sunbeds. The place is super quiet, 3 min to the beaches, there are also two pools in the hotel. In the nearby, there are supermarkets, a farmacy, and car rentals. Breakfast is good, buffet-styled with a variety of eggs, sausages, pastries, and cold cuts. There is a shelf with a selection of books in the reception. On weekends, dinner is accompanied by live music. Definitely recommend!

The close proximity to the beach and main shopping area was really nice. While we didn’t use it the bus stop being right there and easy to catch was cool. We really liked the pool, but the hours weren’t good.

Pool was only open 10-6, which if you coming back from an adventure or the beach and just want to chill it closed. I understand the lower pool by the restaurant being closed, but closing the upper one so early isn’t needed.

Extremely weak WiFi in apartment, we had to go outside for a better connection.

We had a nice room, Superior Suite. Air con worked well. Nice bathroom with a good shower. The staff were nice and friendly. Lovely beaches very close by, 3 minute walk. We preferred a lovely bay about a 15 minute stroll away.

Lighting in the room was poor. Dodgy bathroom door handle reported but not fixed during our stay. Nothing very much by way of bars/tavernas in the immediate vicinity. We ate at the hotel once it was ok.

Great hotel, great view, near the sea, markets, restaurants. Very clean, super staff!

The Suite, the surroundings, a lot of plants, flowers around and above the building. The appartments were ín a tropical garden. Big space, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two terracces. High quality materials, a lot of stone inside. Nice staff. Change the textiles during the four nights. Cleaned every day. Abundant and delicious breakfast. Normal size plates and glasses. Fast service if you want something. Close to Chania city center, only 3 kms by foot, but outside the city. Close to the sea, only 100ms the beach. Enough parking area. Close to shops and supermarkets.

The kitchen lacked a few basic stuff that are a bit annoying to buy if you're not there for more than a week, like oil and basic spices to cook, sponges (we bought them), coffee ustensils.

Eva at reception was exceptionally helpful.2 swimming pools. the larger one in the more private section was very relaxing exceptionally clean.varied and full breakfast short walk to lovely beach45 mins walk to Old town Chania or bus stop right outside the hotelupgraded to a very spacious apartment without delay after first night, by Eva, as our room was noisy and in main area where privacy was an issueloved it . would definitely recommend

minor issues:1. night flood lights shinning in through kitchen window making it difficult to sleep.unable to close bedroom door to block light as A/C was in kitchen and bedroom became too hot.2. bedroom cupboard draws were stuck.cupboards could do with an upgrade

Such friendly staff. Amazing atmosphere, decor. Our room was a whole 2 floor house, nicely all new decoration, with a beautiful view in a sea of flowers and the mountains. Good food and prices. We had take away every evening. You can see the beach from the hotel.. a few minutes walk. My son got his first valuable surf lessons and I chilled on the sunbeds. Then we had lunch at the restaurants around, milkshakes and back gammon for desert with the stunning view of the bay.Also the bus is just outside, takes you to Chania with ease. Such a beautiful ancient town and harbour, filled with cool atmosphere and delicious food.My son went gokarting. You just call, free transfer.All in all a wonderful memorable hotel and surroundins for vacation.

Third time in Creta (Chania), second time booking this hotel, over all all is nice. the rooms are big enough, you will find all you need for a pleasant stay. Rooms get cleaned regularly, location is great.

Some things can be renewed, for example the the bathtub battery, not much to complain about, just being picky at this point.

I loved everything but it. I loved the peace and relaxation. I loved that it had great 180oc views. I loved that we as a family were left to just hangout. I loved that there were no crowds. I would definitely holiday here again.

The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very clean; cleaning was done every day so we always came back to a fresh room.

We would really like for the swimming pool to be open more than just 10.00-18.00, but otherwise everything was great.

the AC took a long time to finally make the room cooler.No buses into Chania city / main bus station before 8.30 (at least mid Sept) which is a shame when you want to catch an early bus to go hiking oor to the airport

Spacious rooms, well equipped, near Chania by car or bus super close. Nice pools and ideal for families too.

Slight issues such as a broken piece at a glass bathroom wall, that if not careful could potentially scratch yourself.
