The location is a close walking distance to 4 beautiful bays,quiet area with nice restaurants.The stuff is outstanding

The bed was a bit uncomfortable the matress was a bit sunken.The shower head is open and the bathroom gets wet easily

Clean boutique hotel with extremely friendly staff. Huge shout out to receptionist Anna for helping us with everything. Food is amazing, aswell pools and location. 3 beaches were nearby, but the best was Golden beach, even if its longer. Couple minutes of walk.

What a fantastic location. The staff were brilliant and really friendly. Delicious breakfast and great evening cocktails by the pool Room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Overall pleasant stay, value for money. Definitely we will be back

Really friendly staff, very helpful. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Shower came with a bench which was a nice addition to the room.

Breakfast could be improved. Very judgemental older guests who seemed unhappy maybe they need some marriage counselling.

I loved the suite we stayed in!!! It was amazing with so much space and very clean!

I didn’t care for the fact that there was not daily service to the room for the bedding but there was always clean towels. We had difficulty operating the washing machine as there were no instructions.

The pool was great, plenty of choice for breakfast, but most of all the staff who were all amazingly polite and helpful.

The music in the day was very low, it wasn’t the staffs fault because if they did try to turn it up for a bit of atmosphere people would complain. It’s difficult to please everyone but the music could have been louder.

Very friendly cleaning and restaurant staff who do everything they can to ensure that hotel guests have a pleasant stay. The rooms are clean and so is the entire hotel complex. There are plenty of parking spaces directly in front of the hotel.

The price is not appropriate for a 4* hotel. An adjustment of the price and a 3* award would probably be more appropriate for the hotel services. There are no elevators in the entire hotel complex.Breakfast is a little short on choice for a 4* hotel. In addition, you sit in the courtyard between the buildings and not by the pool like at dinner. The dinner was very monotonous if you stay more than a week and waa always prepared with the same taste. They should offer a little more variety for hotel guests with half board, especially for the rather high charged prices.There was a bright green light above the door in our room. Previous vacationers had even tried to reduce the brightness with plasters. In addition, the fan in the bathroom makes constant noise and cannot be switched off. You can hear it at night despite the bathroom door being closed. The TV is quite small and outdated.In addition, the manager is not very accommodating when it comes to find a common solution or an appeal. The answer to the fan problem was to switch off the fan from a central unit guests cannot access. However, after a few days it was running again at full speed again. Due to personal events, one person in our group was also unable to make the trip. The manager initially claimed a refund, but that this should be done via Booking. However, when we called Booking, the manager changed his mind and claimed to Booking that this was not true and that he had already issued a drinks voucher per evening for one person as a gesture of goodwill. We were not even reimbursed for the food we didn't use. Very sad, not very customer-orientated and apparently not interested in the customer coming back.

New facilities, kind staff and delicious food options.

Very clean and relaxing property located to some nice restaurants and super markets. Close to the Chania 21 bus. Front desk was very accommodating and helped us book a taxi and excursions.

Property was beautiful, not too big and lots of areas to spend your time in. bus stop to Chania, beaches and restaurants are only a few minutes away making it very convenient.

The hotel is great, the neighborhood is not a historical/typical one.

The team were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is Morden and beautiful kept. The hotel holds entertainment nights every couple of nights which are great, accompanied by their drinks and dinner menu. The location was great to get to Chaniá, 15 minutes on the bus straight outside the hotel.
