Buffet breakfast is very delicious with custom made eggs and noodles. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

10/10. The place is truly beautiful, the rooftop with great views is definitely the highlight. Maybe it’s not the top one in Cappadocia but it was great to chill there while having breakfast in the morning. The hotel didn’t feel crowded even though it was August and we’d expect more people - most of the time there was barely anybody there.The breakfast is top notch. One of the better hotel breakfasts we’ve ever had.

Location was fantastic. We could see the balloons from the hotel during sunrise.The breakfast was very good and Abu took great care of us during our trip, he was very kind and attentive.

Unique setting, wonderful rooms and views, great breakfast, outstanding staff

Breakfast was splendid, a massive spread! We loved the location of the hotel, located right at the base of Uchisar Castle. We’re glad we chose to stay in Uchisar as the town felt quiet and peaceful unlike Goreme town which is all a bit touristy and tacky. Bear in mind you’ll need to hire private transport to get to Goreme or take the local bus which is around 10-15 min walk downhill, but very affordable at only 30 liras and comes by every 30 mins. The room itself was pretty basic but spacious.

No reception in the cave rooms hence we had to wait for wifi to be activated, which took 20 mins. There are a lot of stairs in this hotel so it’s not kid nor elderly-friendly. The lighting in the room and bathroom were not bright enough. Breakfast only starts at 8.30am which is rushed if you need to be out on tours. When we arrived, clearly the room has not been cleaned in awhile, the amount of cave dust/sand gathered in the bathroom was a lot! Bed and bathroom are on split levels so one has to be very careful not to trip over the steps. There’s not many food options around, everything is overpriced in Cappadocia but we had some decent gozleme and pottery kebab next door at La Cabasa. The morning sunrise view of the hot air balloons were not as amazing because they fly over Goreme which is further away, but you can still see them.

It is a magic place. This place was built to disconnect your common senses and make a connection with the magnificent views of Uchisar and Goreme. The service is marvelous.

You have to be prepared with low weight luggage’s because it is scarped mountain location. The hotel offers its employees to handle your luggage because if the luggage is heave you will need a big effort to handle it.

Location, though not in the main area, was very quiet and surreal.Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Ali and Purika.

A cat ended up sleeping in our room. My wife freaked out at a very early hour of the morning. The tour recommended by the hotel wasn't great!

We had a great stay. The staff made us feel very comfortable and were very helpful arranging transfers etc. Breakfast was lovely. The location is perfect. We would 100% stay again.

Maybe because the cave rock are soft? There were some dust on the sofa bed.

We had a lovely time at Rupestral House Hotel. The staff were very friendly and attentive and we stayed in a very comfortable and spacious room during our stay. Loved the breakfast spread and the staff were kind enough to provide us with hot food to compliment the lovely spread. The location is beautiful with the Uchisar castle located just behind the hotel and the terrace offering panoramic views of the area. Also hot air balloons can be seen from here in the mornings. Additionally other activities such as horseback riding can be booked through the hotel as well which we enjoyed a lot. Overall exceeded our expectations!!

Location was the best. Especially when you can watch sunrise from the terrace while having breakfast is an amazing experience !!Worth staying near Uschisar Castle.

Due to its location, there is no nearby restaurants. One has to catch a cab & go to Goreme town that is 5 kms away. Bit inconvenient if you are with family.

I loved to stay in this hotel the service was very good and the staff was incredible always to our service. Everything was very clean and neat and the breakfast was delicious.

This hotel was excellent, Mr. Ali was a great host. He aptly assisted us with the check in process, gave us a rundown on the area and a bit of the history. We were well taken care of and felt special at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Mr. Ali also arranged a special breakfast in the morning which made the trip all the more special. There was a good area to park for free which was a blessing for us. The hotel has incredible views of the hot air balloons in the morning.

Nothing - overall the place was great.

We loved everything about the hotel. It was a unique experience. Its location on the hill overlooking the valley offered wonderful views from the hotel terraces especially of the balloons at sunrise. It had a quaint charm and all the staff were smiling and friendly, especially Abou, who my wife called a ‘rockstar’. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt quite at home. Our room was immaculately clean and comfortable. There are nice, intimate restaurants on the doorstep that were equally charming. The hotel breakfast was buffet with dishes cooked to order in the kitchen. A nice blend of traditional Turkish and western cuisine. Reception doubles as a bar with nice wine.

Nothing really. It’s quite a steep site and the steps from reception up to the parking area needed to be taken slowly. Our bags were carried up and down by the ever helpful Abou.

This hotel has so much to recommend it to travelers to Turkey. The setting is amazing with dazzling views of balloons in flight. Our beautiful Hammam Suite room was the ultimate in comfort and luxurious decor. The breakfast was delicious with a wonderful compliment of Western and Turkish selections and treats. The staff are warm and helpful. We thank you for making our time in this beautiful region unforgettable.

With the in room steps, you need to be cautious at night.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Don't think you can find a better view in Cappadocia. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, they helped us in so many ways and were very patient with our million questions. We also booked a few Cappadocia activities through the hotel and it was a great experience. The breakfast was delicious and diverse. The rooms were clean, quiet and cosy, we stayed in a cave and it was a great unusual experience. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and has a great fairy tale ambience.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

It has an amazing views, staff is outstanding, great hospitality. The views are amazing and the caves are wonderful. It is amazing overall.

Has a lot of stairs. Moving from the rooftop to your room and kitchen you need to use all this stairs.
