I won’t stay there

Almost everything. AC was not working, rooms had terrible smell. Cleanliness was poor.

Liked the roomDidn't like breakfast timing 8-10am even booking.Com shows 8-11am.Staff not cooperative.

It was central and walking distance to certain places

English was a problem

Overall, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. Despite the availability of rooms with better views, we were given a room on a much lower floor. Additionally, the management called us to lower the TV volume just because another guest complained—even though it was only 9:30 PM. A hotel should provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay, not feel like a place where guests have to tiptoe around. I chose to avoid any confrontation, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone in my circle.

1- The rooms were amazing in cave style. 2- The location was good and a very beautiful view.

1- The break-fast was not as per the ratting given. 2- We stayed for 2 days, and they not even cleaned our rooms.

Staff, location and atmosphere

The room was big and had a mini living room. We especially liked our balcony and had breakfast there. Breakfast was amazing!

There was a bit of smell coming from the bathroom (for the room with the jacuzzi), they need to look into that

Even though the location is a bit away from the main city - this hotel is well located for amazing canyon views and some peaceful meditation :-) Staff are amazing. Very supportive and communicate well.

One of the spot for watching balloons in Cappadocia on the roof of this hotel.Very tasty breakfast. Clean and cozy room. A lot of space in the bathroom.

People, place, rooms, warmness of people, the cave. You have been absolutely GREAT!

Some rooms don't have windows nor ventilation system, so it can get a bit hot. They did give us a fan which helped a lot.

It has an incredible view across Pidgeon Valley and beyond. Great location in Uchisar and the staff are very professional at all times. It's a new hotel so everything is to a very high standard.It's my favorite hotel in Cappadocia, in the best location.

I would have preferred that there was an option to have dinner ......because the Turkish style breakfast was very good.

there was no air conditioning, the room was too hot and no extractor fan in the bathroom.

Bereke was extremely helpful and made our stay extra comfortable. Even the Afghani receptionist Syed and the valet guy were very helpful people.The valet guy got our car from the public parking even at odd hours and this was extremely kind of him.

Great hotel, lovely staff, good food, the host Seyed was awesome, helped us arrange tours, food etc.

Staff was not attentive….. Not responsible at all… Property had a party on Friday night & we wanted to leave early next morning music was to loud & all outsider were there out of our room drinking & smoking it was disgusting…..

Amazing room, great viewpoints a short walk away. Staff helpful for arranging tours and hire car at a better price than online sites.

The staff were very good and helpful.

One of the room had few problems like bathroom door lock didn’t work and couldn’t be fixed. Same price but room sizes were different, so one was very comfortable and another one was bit smaller to accommodate a family of 3.
