  • Unrivalled atmosphere, very romantic, very chill, big rooms, very nice breakfasts, very comfortable beds and the cave experience is something you cannot match!Free coffee and tea is a nice touch and the view from the rooftop balcony is breathtaking! Wifi worked flawlessly And the people of Nar and the staff of the hotel are exceptionally nice!
  • Our stay at snora Hotel was great. We had a warm welcome, all the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, always smiling. The hotel is very nice, the room was clean and comfortable it extended our expectations! It's good located with parking space available for the car.

Cons -

  • The room we stayed in had no window to the outside, so it tended to get somewhat moist and damp air inside, but it's part of the cave experience. Some people might find that troublesome, but for us, it was part of the adventure. The town of Nar is very limited in options of nightlife and shopping, but the people that are there are very friendly and nice! The atmospheric lighting might be a problem for some, but I found it absolutely romantic, although it was a bit tough to pack everything under the light of the phone flashlight.Just to remind you, these are merely things to keep in mind, not negative things about the hotel. It is great value and a great experience!
  • A little far away from the bus stand
  • Location if bit off - however perfect if you prefer quiet place.

I feel at home staying here in Snora cave Cappadocia. It’s an amazing experience to stay in a hotel room that was made out from a cave. The owners personally manage the hotel and they are very accommodating to all guest. Turkish breakfast are prepared well and serve fresh.I love the place as it is away from the main road and no noise of cars passing during my sleep.I am planning to come back and stay here in the summer time

The hotel is breathtakingly beautiful, away from the hustle bustle of Gerome. The owners are kind and bonus there are two cats to keep you entertained

A little far away from the bus stand

Nicely designed and well managed.

The staff were great, especially the 2 ladies, very friendly, helpful and always giggling ?The rooms are really cool and modern seeing that you are living in a cave.Cute cat called NoraBreakfast is a traditional Turkish.

Cave life is a little different but worth it! Things to be aware of: The celling is constantly crumbling No windowsCan smell a little damp (extractor fans in the bathroom would help). It's amazing how they are built but something to keep in mind when booking a cave room. Having said that, it's a great experience!

Great hospitality and amazing owners. Location is great by car and it is easy to find taxi’s. I quite liked the rooftop and free tea and coffee available throughout the day.

Super nice room, great roof top Restaurant, nice staff, quiet area

its a bit outside of All the tourist hot spots which is good at the one side but requires a bit more driving and time

Just exceptional. Outside crowed areas yet close to all main sites. Most authentic and the nicest staff.

Room is exactly like the photos, the hotel is built into the hill top caves and has a romantic quality with dim lighting tastefully lit around the room. I came alone but this would be perfect for couples who want somewhere nice to stay. The lady who owns the business runs it with her son and daughter and they are all lovely. Yes they don't speak much English but we have Google translate, use it. They are a kind and helpful family. The location is actually considered Nar, not Nevşehir and whether you are with or without transport its easy to get around. I used public buses which come every half hour from early morning till around 10pm. 30tl to Göreme and 70tl one way to Derinkuyu underground city. It's a quiet area and on top of a hill, which is fine if you are fit and healthy but if you're not, get a taxi. They will also help you with a taxi and any trips you want to make (with discounts)- I didn't know this when I arrived. The family will do anything to make your trip pleasant. I would definitely stay here again, it's perfect.

whatever the 'bad' things are, I can overlook them because the whole experience was amazing.

We are still waiting for a refund from this property after asking to change our dates and them agreeing. He says that he has paid us and then doesn’t reply for weeks. Very disappointing! Also had no power for the whole day, two days in a row.

The hotel is decorated very nicely, staying in a cave room was interesting experience, the bed was very comfortable, toilets and showers were clean. The room was warm but they had a fan for us. The breakfast is excellent, I could not believe it was free with the room. There is free tea and instant coffee whenever you want. The Staff is very nice and talkative.

The ventilation in the cave room could be better, it was very damp all the time. If you want to have the cave experience, it is nice but your towels won't be dry next morning. There were people talking loudly in front of our room all night and they were not warned to stop talking by the staff.

Gorgeous property and rooms fully embracing the Cappadocia cave experience. Great staff and the breakfast was exceptional. I sat down for breakfast and within minutes I had a fresh cooked omelette and fries in front of me as well as all the traditional Turkish breakfast dishes…wonderful hospitality

A 5 minute drive from the tourist areas but in a lovely village with friendly locals

The people were amazing, the breakfast was also good, the room was amazing.

You need to have cash before as there is no ATM near the hotel area, and all the shops and restaurants take cash only. The room was amazing with ambient lighting but I wish they would also have a normal light for the room. As it was too hard to find stuff with a mobile flashlight.

A lovely decorated and very reasonably priced boutique hotel especially considering its location. The beds were quite comfortable and the family running the place were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was on the lovely roof top terrace with freshly made omelet and french fries. Reaching the terrace is not manageable if you are older or disabled, the stairs are steep and my mother had a hard time climbing up and down, luckily our room was on the ground floor. The place does need some attention to details and kinks to be fixed.

While the place is gorgeous and is decorated in style it had a lot of practical issues. My biggest issue was the lack of A/C I would gladly pay a bit more and have slept cooler, it was too hot, and sleeping with the window open gave some relief but did make it noisier. Even a ceiling fan would have helped a lot. We had some gorgeous wooden beds but the light switches and electric plugs were behind the headboards so you had to get out of bed and reach between the bed and wall to turn off the light. Our bathroom fan made an awful sound, the shower was hard to turn on and the toilet lid did not stay up so you had to hold it to be able to sit. All small but a bit irritating issues, and in need of a handy man to make the place better. Parking was available but tricky due to the very steep road.

the staff were nice and friendly.

the room wasn't served with AC, no fridge, and the breakfast was not enough for one person that I was surprised of .

breakfast was good, interesting building

reception not manned very often, no air con, a bit out of the way

Hotel room had everything as expected. The staff were excellent and the hotel did do there own tours. We went on a hike to ihlara valley arranged by hotel which was very good. It is about 20 minutes drive to Goreme but a driver from hotel took us there and that is where the hot air balloon rides happen which I also did and was the highlight of my stay. There aren't many tourists around but I enjoyed my stay regardless. The hotel did serve breakfast and it is in a quieter place than goreme. The staff were very helpful even though you might have to use google translate to talk to them. Overall a very good stay

The hotel is on top of a steep hill. So if you walk anywhere local be prepared to walk back up a hill to get back into the hotel

Fantastic cave room. Breakfast was very nice.

Staff a bit standoff-ish. No food options for lunch or dinner. Location isn't near anything, so if you don't have a car or aren't willing to drive for food or drinks, I don't recommend.
