Nice location, nice place, nice beach, good breakfast.

To much walking around the property, to get from one place to another place. Price of the accomodation is to high for what you get.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and location was good

Some things are with extra cost and needed booking although they could be in booking prize. Like sunbathing around the pool and adult area was with extra cost. Also breakfast was same all the mornings and some things wasnt done good- like bacon and pancakes was over cooked. Otherwise the breakfast was okay and mainly good.

False impressions, disappointing

The hotel makes it seem like the surfboard riding is free for hotel guests. It's not. Costs about 30 euro per hour.I specifically chose the hotel for this and was very disappointed.Additionally, they charge 20 euros per night for parking and charge extra for poolside beds.Otherwise, the hotel is very mediocre.The hotel room was very dark.

Location… magaluf is not for classy stays… the hotel looks great in pictures but I booked this thinking it was the other melia right up the street… please fix that …. Very loud hotel… people screaming at all hours….

We had a nice suite and we were upgraded to front sea view. Great view & staff throughout the property were very friendly.

The location

You have to pay extra for the sunbeds (there’s only an area where they’re free). In the main areas you have to pay, although you receive a credit to consume i think the prices were to high. It felt like going to a restaurant and having to pay for the chair to sit. When you book a hotel, you always look at the amenities, location, etc…, and based on that you make your decision. Also, using the wave has an extra cost. The reception staff were very nice, but not in the restaurant, nor the lifeguard, who was also the one handing out the towels.

- Service is poor, they usually skip cleaning the room- The hotel doesn’t provide any events booking services, they ask you to do it by yourself- Too expensive vs. the quality of the facility- The elevators smell is bad and too old

Polite staff. Our room window was broken and the receptionist sent the technician who fixed it in a timely manner.

The aspect of the room and overall the hotel is not as nice as in the pictures. The room was ok but not adequate for a 4-star hotel and the picture I inserted from the bathroom speaks for itself. Bathroom was not properly maintained, with clogged sink drain and dirty-looking shower. Please be aware that this seems to be an old apartments-only building which has been acquired by the group and turned into a hotel. The hallways resemble a dorm. Doors from each apartment are different. Breakfast is served in a restaurant that also seems to have been rented/acquired by the group. It’s not a usual hotel breakfast setting. Food was nice but there is no sea view and the location of the restaurant resembles a metro station.

Absolutely unacceptable experience – I would never return!Check-in / Check-out:•Shockingly slow procedures. Staff spend an excessive amount of time giving long, unnecessary explanations to some guests while others are left waiting.•Today, I had to wait over 30 minutes just to check in because the receptionist was busy giving a lecture to another guest. Completely unprofessional.Reception & Service:•No air-conditioned lobby or even a comfortable space for guests waiting to check in or out – instead, we had to stand in unbearable heat and humidity.•Staff clearly saw the long queues and did nothing to speed things up.•Only two staff members for all arriving guests – completely insufficient.Basic Services:•No room service available at all.•No basic hotel services you can call for – you’re completely on your own.Luggage & Guest Assistance:•No one to help with luggage.•No luggage carts available.•No one to greet or assist upon arrival – guests are left to figure everything out themselves.Room Cleaning:•Rooms were poorly cleaned. Standards are far below what is acceptable for any hotel.Final Verdict:This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The service is chaotic, staff show no concern for guests, and even basic hospitality standards are ignored. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

The hotel is in the middle of Magaluf night life and very conveniently located close to many restaurants and bars. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the cleaning staff was excellent. One time we asked them to go over the bathroom and the manger got involved and they cleaned everything well very quickly. The breakfast buffet was great and offered a variety of items including many fresh fruits.

The tap water is not good, and we had to buy many plastic bottles of water during the day. I wish the hotel offered free drinking water (especially for the kids that were playing in the pool). The entrance to the hotel was hard to find, and the hotel did not offer beach beds instead it was a public beach, and they charged 20 euros for 2 beds and an umbrella.

The property was very nice, with lots of amenities, friendly and helpful staff and in a great location

Wonderful and helpful staff. Great breakfast and restaurant/bars. Surf pool was the best! Very clean. Perfect location on beach with access to boardwalk.

Not a large pool for kids and families. Was crowded at times.

The air conditioning isn’t working properly and is very loud. The balcony hangers are broken, and there are no shelves in the bathroom.Additional services, like artificial wave surfing, are charged per hour regardless of the number of participants. Even with six people in a session, you pay the same but have to wait a long time for your turn. That’s disappointing. There should be a limit on the number of people per hour – for example, a maximum of 4. Otherwise, you don’t really know what you’re paying for.

The room was clean and the staff were very nice and polite.

The hotel is in the middle of the party city and the rooms were not very well soundproof. We couldn't sleep because of the noise around and asked to change rooms or hotels. We got a refund on the room and were able to change hotels and go somewhere more quiet and relaxing.

Everything.. amazing terase with pool and view on the sea, lots of cozy sunbeds with umbrellas, amazing restaurant food and cocktails, loved the facilities - cozy beds and sea view, clean bathroom. The hotel smelled really nice. Also breakfast was amazing.

Everything, amazing hotel - great amenities, lovely staff, amazing pool area, beautiful room with an incredible view. We sadly only stayed a night (stayed in soller and cala d’Or before this) so probably didn’t get to truly enjoy all the amenities- but would highly recommend! Also in a great spot near everything, if you want to be in this area.

Parking wise it’s expensive and limited, but we were heading to airport next morning and it was only a night so we booked it! If you do use it it’s so handy, but a tight squeeze and lift wasn’t working for the final flight of stairs (husband had to carry bags haha) - was fine though!

Gate from pool (exit to beach) was closed. It is not comfortable every time to go through main street.
