It was well located, close to the beach, and the city center of Magaluf. The breakfast had a wide variety of options. You can also use the facilities such as the pool, pool table (paid), ping pong, and bocci.

The mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. Some breakfast options did not feel so fresh. A mini fridge would have come in handy to keep the water cool.

The walls are very thin, so depending on what type of "neighbors" you might have, you might have issues getting a proper rest.

Everything was good except the way the organised the restourant area and the service there.

At dinner.Waiting 10 minutes for them to seat you at a table and there are 15 empty tables.They put priority for people who eate and are waiting to pay for their drinks than to give you a seat toa table.And 20 people are waiting in line for nothing,to be seated...Also one time they say go buy drink from the bar for dinner becouse drinks are not included and the next time they say you can't bring in drink(watter I bought from the hotell bar),need to order on the table instead.I said okey so if we now can't bring from bar I will ordere on table tomorrow now I alredy have watter let me drink it.The waitrees said let me ask the boss and never came back with an answer.Like mid stay you change how you want us to pay for drinks and where...

first of all, I lpve their staff. They'very welcoming,very friendly and so accomodating. I wish I knew their names but Gemma and the wonderful staffat thw dining area and the bar were amazing. The food were awesome, better than some reataurants we ate at. We totally enjoyed our stay so thank you guys x

At night it could get noisy because of the partting kids..

Dinner is good and filling, it just needs more dishes that do not contain pork. Breakfast is also good, but it is not filling and there are not many dishes, but to be fair, you cannot expect more than this. In the end, you are in a three-star hotel.

The food was very little for breakfast but for dinner the food was good and filling but there was also something I didn't like which is that they didn't care about people who don't eat pork and more than 90% of the meat dishes were made from pork

A lady next door was beating the sh*t out of her kids for 7 days straight and we could hear everything because the walls were paper thin

HSM Don Juan is definitely good value for the money. The breakfast was tasty, and it had a lot of options to choose from. The room we stayed in was clean, and everything worked. The AC is nice, and the beds could be more comfy. The walls are thin, and you can hear someone snoring next door, which is unpleasant. The staff could also be more friendly. There is a big parking lot across from the hotel which is free and there is always parking which is just perfect. Overall a nice stay.

As I mentioned, the thin walls through which you hear someone watching TV or snoring or whatever. The beds are not the comfiest. As I also noted, there is a male receptionist whose name starts with an "R" who can be more friendly.

The shower ( we’re not fan of the tent) and the fact that you have to pay for the drinks at dinner

needs a walk in shower for the elderly, poolside music loud drum and bass all day, needs an ironing board with the iron

The Waiters and receptionists are very friendly and helpfull.

Housekeeping is very poor and noisy. They wake you up every day . Walls are too thin , no silence at all.

They have single beds next to each other which slide during the night, not great if you want to sleep with your partner

I found the room a bit messy. Once I got this fixed, the hotel staff were very helpful. They fixed the room right away and on top of that they gave me dinner as a bonus for the entire stay.I would like to thank Mr. Igor and Mrs. Nina for their special attention.Overall, the entire staff was attentive and caring. Breakfast and dinner are also great. Lots of choices and delicious food. Perfect location.

Location in Magaluf was perfect, hotel has good amenities like pool, evening program from a lively crew, friendly staff and dinner with lots of varieties.

Hotel Infrastructure is old and needs renovation, thin walls..Would be good to have a small refrigerator in the room.

The hotel is very good, all the staff are friendly, the food is delicious, the towels in the room were changed every day, the location is convenient to the sea and 10 minutes away, the beach is large and clean
