Great location very close to very good beach and local restaurants.Great facilities for children with live shows, 4d movie theater and other thematic areas.The food/buffet, for those having half or full pension booked, is pretty decent.

The standard room should be slightly bigger for the price.There is little-to-no sound proofing in the rooms and it can get noisy at some times.

Everything went well, the kids had loads of fun especially the upside down house. The food was great, rooms clean, lovely staff and environment. The location is excellent.

Need improvement on the night entertainment with both adults and kids.

Kids club, staff ( very friendly) and overall the hotel was great, this was out 5th visit. Breakfast was good and dinner was ok.

Hotel combination with the water park is super comfortable for family with kids. The location also is ok as the public transportation stop is very near and it is very easy to manage. The hotel is close to beach.

Because of the families with kids it gets very noisy. The food was quite bad and tasteless. Some attractions did not work or at some point was temporarily closed, as well as the kids pool. The water in the pool was freezingly cold. Kids pool was very shallow, but the other pool was too deep for mid aged kids. Although no reservation is allowed for the sun beds, they still were "reserved" with towels, etc.before people actually came to the pool.The rooms are small and narrow. The third bed in the room took additional space.

Very good place for kids, the park is a great add to the hotel.

Too noisy at night, mainly because of the non respect of the customer. The room are clean but a bit out of date, we found the bathroom door almost falling down due to a broken hinge, sofa was dirty. The rest is functional, shower with good pressure and warm, the little beauty kit saved our day, well done.

Everything children need is available and within reach.

One late night there was a knock on the door of the room. It was a middle-aged lady speaking Spanish. I don't know what she was saying. She was not a hotel guest or employee. She entered the room and was talking. I don't know what. It was very suspicious. There was no night guard or security.

That said, we were still disapointed as the food was so bad we couldn’t eat it, would not recommend all invlusive. Old hotel, bring your kids to the park and buy a day pass, and stay somwhere else nearbye. We stayed for 3 nights, all to long, and we had to eat every meal outside the hotel

I do not recommend this hotel even to my pets .. the staff are rude .. the rooms are not like advertised bed bugs poor food that will make you sick .. repetitive and distasteful they give you dirty linen and the drinks are poor the list is endless

The resort is very child-friendly, from the entertainment choices, to the fun house, play areas, and the water park.The staff's attentiveness to the children was fantastic, and everyone who interacted with us genuinely seemed to enjoy what they were doing.The buffet meals had nice varied options, from salads to grilled, sweets and the usual fries/pasta/nugget corner.The hotel was also very clean for a place with so many children - the table staff at the buffet was very kind and active, public toilets and areas were constantly cleaned up, and room service very quickly tidied everything up.

Unfortunately, one side of the water park is not properly anti-slip, so we had an unexpected ER visit due to one of the children falling.Maybe it's a bit picky, but the grill area was not of good quality. The options were quite diverse but I think to the detriment of cooking it properly - the meats were hard, the squid was squishy. It would've been better to keep it simpler but with foods more suited to that fast-paced grill environment.Last but not least, the rooms facing the event area can get noisy, as the activities can run past 22, 22:30. The lights in the balcony also bizarrely do not go off until midnight, which in our room was annoying. These are not terrible things but worth mentioning.

Best kid entertainment team around. The hotel has so much to offer.

The food was fairly basic, with no healthier options (lacked a proper salad bar in the restaurant). The desserts were very repetitive.

The water park, kids entertainment and staff was exceptional.

The thin walls separating the rooms meant there was no quiet times. The beds need to be changed as they are sub standard. The rooms need to be cleaned more thoroughly as the floor was very dusty on arrival. General up keep of the rooms and corridors.

The food was bad and the restaurant staff miserable no smlies

the hotel was nice, it was worth it because the free and unlimited access to the park. We went at the beginning of May so it was not crowded at all. The water park is not too big, I guess in the summer it can get overcrowded. The room was basic, but clean, the breakfast had everything for everybody's taste. All in all, I think it is a good deal for families with kids until 10-12 years old.

The room was rather small for three people.
