Big property and size of the room is larger than most of property in the location

Long walk to Magaluf and beaches

The property was pretty. It gave a good summer vibe. The bed was comfortable. The brunch was good.

My major issues:1. If you put "Do not disturb" sign on your door, upon asking for new towels, you will be rejected. Or that was our case. Towels will be renewed ONLY if you accepted cleaning during their service hours. 2. You could not take a glass of water/juice to the sun bed area near the pool. only plastic glasses were allowed, which was not available. 3. They had the loudest, noisiest floor cleaning machine, which is nice that they clean so regularly, but it was in use everyday while we were relaxing beside the pool around 1 pm. Not relaxing at all:)

There were lots of breakfast options both hot and cold, really nice lobby space. I loved the beds in the lobby that you can lounge on and charge your phone. The rooms are really spacious with all appliances needed. Had a Mountain View room which was really nice. Staff were helpful and spoke good English. Only 5-15 minutes away from the strips, clubs, beaches etc.

The table on the balcony wasn’t useable as it looked like other guests had broken it. There was quite a lot of dust/dirt on the floors. The bathrooms in the lobby do smell and are quite small but not enough to put you off a stay as once your checked in the room bathrooms are much cleaner.

Smart, well presented and spacious apartment, which was on the basic side, but more than adequate for the price paid. Good reception facilities and inclusive brunch.

Some items on the inclusive brunch were on the cold side, but otherwise a great selection.

Very nice facilities on the ground floor - lounge, gym, bar, pool area. The location is convenient, easy to walk to the beach, restaurants, and clubs, with plenty of bus stops around for travelling elsewhere. One of the best things was the breakfast. We paid for breakfast, but it’s actually unlimited brunch until 13:30. Nobody checks your room number or anything so you can walk out and back in as many times as you want, truly unlimited. Amazing, even though the selection wasn’t that great - the same every day, but that’s to be expected. Additionally the room had a lovely balcony with a nice view of the mountains.

The room service wasn’t that great. When we arrived and checked in (around 10pm), our room didn’t look like it was properly prepared. The bin wasn’t emptied, one of the beds looked like someone just slept in it. It made me question whether the bedsheets were changed at all. Also the kitchen in the apartment has a kettle and a microwave, but no cups, no plates, no cutlery, making it a bit pointless.

Room was very big (it was 2 rooms- bedroom and living room with kitchen). It was clean, everything was ok

Nothing very serious, but as there was a kitchen, it would be nice to have any dishes in the room ;)

Breakfast was amazing.Location of hotel was good, out of the way of the strip but close enough to walk back after an evening out. Wild chickens across the road with their babies very entertaining!

If the room had been cleaned more thoroughly before our arrival. Very hairy and smeary. Luckily we take our own cloths to dust with! More attention needed in bathroom eg sweep up previous guests used toilet paper off floor. Fish in lobby need algae removed from their pool.

• the check-in kiosk did not issue door cards• our balcony overlooked a garbage dump• there were no curtains in the window by the fridge - so the neighbor could spy on• there was a very uncomfortable sofa in the living room, • there was no restaurant in the hotel as it is provided in the description,• there was a dirty floor in all the rooms, spattered with paint and holes in the wall, • the socket with the fan cable in the bedroom was torn out of the wall, • the floor in the lobby was dirty all the days of my stay! • the pond for fish was so dirty that it was brownish-green, • the shower was dirty, the silicone sealing the bathroom was full of old dirt, • there was no ventilation in the bathroom!• the window in the bathroom didn't close properly - it was broken, • the balconies and railings inside the building were covered in bird droppings!• the TV remote control was covered in dirt!! • the windows in the bedroom faced the pedestrian walkway to the other rooms, • breakfasts were monotonous• on the first day we got a rotten watermelon for breakfast, and on the second day a rotten cucumber, • during brunch hours there were often no coffee cups by the coffee machine, and if there were any, they were dirty! • there was no sugar or sweetener by the coffee machine near the reception for three days, and it was generally a mess! • the kitchenette was completely empty not even a single plate, cup or spoon, there was no possibility of preparing meals. THIS WAS NOT A KITCHENETTE AND PLEASE DON'T MISLEAD PEOPLE! When I wanted a cup to make tea - I was told that I couldn't get one because the reception can't give cups to the rooms! • The fridge in the "kitchenette" was old, yellowed and very rusty! • The equipment in the gym was incomplete – the gate in the gym had only one handle, making it impossible to do most exercises on it! and more!!!

The location wasn’t great the last week of the season and works had started on the whole length of the beach and most restaurants and attractions were closed, however we hired a car from the airport for £80 for the week which meant we could travel. Also the lovely bus ride to Palma only cost 4.80

Basic everything, the apartments were new in June so the rooms were clean and fresh, most comfortable mattress I have had, the restaurant was clean and very efficient nothing ever ran out The reception staff were so cheerful and willing to help, It might be different in the night of summer, but we had a wonderful time at the end of October and the weather was pleasant even with a few rain showers.

The swimming and room was nice, room was big and comfortable.

The staff was rude, hotel wasn't busy yet they wanted €60 for an extended check out for an hour, they guy was arguing go to a 5 star hotel and they will give it, I travel a lot and it's at the discrediting of the manager to say if they can extend checkout or not

Very nice and comfortable hotel. We were off season so it was not crowded. It is located in party area although it was quiet and calm since we visited in late October. Nearby there are a lot of shops, restaurants, clubs. Short walk to the beach. The hotel is very comfortable, pool is big and clean, breakfasts offer huge variety of dishes, the room was big, we had a separate bedroom, kitchen, living room. I also loved the fact that there is gym downstairs with quite decent equipment and a laundry area. There is no parking but there were plenty of free spots to park on the street. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We also had a beautiful view for the sunset from our balcony. Great place :)

I wish we had cups and plates in the room but we just asked reception and they gave us everything we needed.

Very pleasantly surprised, excellent value, close to everything and no issues with check in or check out whatsoever, would use again.

the area itselfs is not really nice, as there are (mostly british) partypeople around. And yes I could have checked this before, but also in October there were few 'weirdos' around in the nights.. but anyway really nice for what you pay for

Immediately upon arrival, at 11 am, we were offered breakfast. They offered to leave things in the storage room. There is a place to wait for check-in to the room. The food is good, there is a lot to choose from. The staff is very friendly.

We had a late arrival which was not an issue for them ,the brunch was amazing ,the staff were so friendly ,I ended up wishing I had booked longer

Well on our second night ,there was a group of youngster's in the apt next door ,they were very loud , playing their music,shouting and swearing ,I wondered why on earth they weren't out and about ,by midnight I was really stressed ,however security went to see them and it was quiet after that.The other issue was that there was no kitchen equipment,cups ,plates , nothing ?
