The Staff, breakfast & location were GREAT! Booked 1 nite & stayed 2 Wonderful people, beautiful property & so close to the springs.

WONDERFUL experience! Very recommended, perfect everything. We even left our passports in the safe and they went above and beyond to make sure that they were placed safely back in our hands:)

Not having coffee available in roomWould have been amazing if there were evening activites out on the lovely lawn for sunset drinks, a firepit type atmosphere would have made it over the top. wine and a fire after a day at the waters would be over the top memoriesNothing gratuity in the room, everything had a price with it. For the nightly rate some things should be included

Very difficult to get to and from. Was an expensive lesson. Sundays there are no transport which was the day I checked out.

This was an adorable little room. Owners were very kind and easy to talk to. And only a short walk away from a natural hot spring!

Fabulous location for forays into the thermals. Took only a few minutes to walk there. Everything else was on point. Super breakfast as well.

We booked last minute on our return drive to Rome and couldn't have been happier. The faciliites are beautiful and they have their private trail to the thermal springs. Wonderful breakfast in the morning!

Booked for only one night since we had a wedding nearby during a road trip. Would have loved to stay longer, beautiful location, nice rooms, very helpful staff and great breakfast, easy acccess to the cascate.

Direct access to the waterfalls. Staff were absolutely friendly and nice. Room was big and clean.

The short private hiking trail that takes you to the hot spring is beautiful. You can wait for the crowds to leave and then visit the site on the late afternoon or early morning.

The place was beautiful, breakfast was great, and we were able to do some shopping (bought jewelry made by owner and some goods from their farm). And walking to the hot springs was easy and fast. Everyone was friendly and kind. Would highly recommend.

No bag drop-off is available before check-in. Should not be a problem for most, because you need a car to get there, so keep bags in your car.

Location.

There was no welcoming service, nor even complimentary water provided in the room... Additionally, guests are informed that check-in after 7 PM is not possible, and the 10 AM check-out time feels exaggerated and unfair—especially for those visiting the thermal baths. Given these limitations, the value for money is disappointing. I would not return at this price, as it charges a 3-star rate while delivering subpar service. Breakfast also leaves much to be desired—and is only available during a very limited time, from 8:00 to 9:30 AM.

Its a place if you want to visit the Cascate thermal spa

Just the breakfast area felt crowded and awkward but the food for breakfast we love it

Walking distance for the cascate but we missed to receive detailed info before getting there, for example, how to cross the river and the importance of having good water shoes.Very good coffee and nice people.
