- THE ROOM WAS CLEAN STAFF WERE FRIENDLY
- Extremely attentive staff, they didn't forget my birthday, they also didn't forget a gift, I am very satisfied, I recommend it to everyone
- View was amazing, room with a pool was very private and clean.Good breakfast Karaoke night was fun
Cons -
- STAFF WERE OFTEN CONFUSED AND CONTRADICTED EACH OTHER POOL IN JUNIOR SUITE WAS NOT HEATED "DINNNER" INCLUDED WAS A SUB-PAR BUFFET
- First of all, I'll start by saying that there was nothing that wouldn't make me want to come back there another time, and I also recommend everyone to visit. The only things I didn't like were the bathrobe was too small for my wife, there were no disposable slippers in the room, we were there for one night and I didn't tell the staff about all of this. I think if the staff had known, they would have fixed it.
- Phone didn't work so every time we needed something we had to go to the reception they didn't even try to fix itToilet was leaking so sometimes flush didn't work.Shower was leaking as well

Quiet, clean.
Too much chemicals in the pool
Very good buffet breakfast with a great selection for all. Swimming pool was excellent with great views and plenty of sunbeds. Pool bar staff were fantastic with very good service.
Room had Nespresso Coffee machine with only 4 coffee pods for a five day stay. Also a kettle with 4 coffee sachets, 4 teabags and 4 sugar sachets. When I asked the gentleman and reception he said that is all they supply and to consider it as a gift. This would have to be the first hotel I have stayed at that do not supply daily coffee during room service. Room was comfortable but bed sheets seemed very old and rough.
Good location for views, nice pool area
Breakfast was not great— very average
- The private pool is amazing - The view - The food- Tatiana (SPA)- The big pool
- One of the cleaning ladies was screaming on the phone like crazy
The staff was very nice, The views are fantastic and the room was very good with the private pool
The bed was made out of two single beds which was a little bit uncomfortable, but the rest was fantastic
Frendly stuf , clean, amazing view

Beautiful location. Breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant was exceptional. Hotel needs to describe what is meant by "heated pool".
It was an amazing experience staying at Alia Palace Hotel. Staffs were amazing to say the least. I was very touched by how they paid attention to my birthday detail from my passport and sent wine as a complimentary. Place is astonishingly beautiful. Buffet breakfast has everything you can think of and hotel room was very clean beautiful and scenic as well. Loved our stay here.
The property was absolutely spotless and the views were sensational! The cleaners were so lovely warm and polite. Our room and view were beautiful. The kitchen staff were absolutely amazing and really went out their way to make you feel accommodated. The area has a number of shops, restaurant and facilities a few minutes away. Majority of the staff were polite and professional.
I didn’t like the fact some of the staff were actually quite rude, we were made to feel uncomfortable on several occasion in particular by the manager of the pool bar. This is a 5 star hotel which was extremely quiet but the service really let the hotel down made to feel almost a burden for asking for anything and you could wait up to 25 mins for your drinks and would have to remind the staff who would get side tracked and just forget you. We thought it was just us but after speaking to several other families and couples they felt the same and had tried to raise concerns and then felt they were treated even poorer and almost ignored. I was charged for a cocktail in the restaurant on my 1st night even though I was all inclusive and the lady never explained to me if I walked the 12 steps to the bar to collect the drink myself I wouldn’t have to pay. I was told this after I’d paid the £12 euros. We had a private pool and sun lounges but couldn’t sun bathe due to the lay out the sun doesn’t actually come onto the area so found ourselves having to use the main pool area, which defeated paying the additional amount for the private pool room. Although the food was lacking a variety the kitchen Staff were incredible and went out there way to get to know you and your order.
Food is great.
Swimming pools are too small not even 1 meter only small part is deep! Is not heated also. Beds are bad.
I liked the overall atmosphere, cleanliness; Variety at dinner
I had expectations for better Gym ( actually there is no gym, just a smallest room with dumbbells and treadmill) ; Also I would love to have a variety of food on breakfast; we had a very late checkin 00:30 ( next day) so I asked to have 2 hour late checkout for which Manager of the hotel asked to pay the full amount of the room fee which is super not friendly ...
Good size rooms that were very clean.Great views around the pool area.Good location.
On our first day we were given a room to find the toilet did not work, we reported to reception and they said someone will be along soon to have a look at the problem, an hour passed and nobody came so we went back to reception and were told that they have been and the toilet is working fine (nobody had been and the toilet still did not work), so we were told that someone will come again shortly.... we waited again and still nobody came, went back to reception to report this and was told that some has been twice and looked at the toilet twice and has said it is fine, again, this was not the case and we asked for someone to come and look at the problem, 3 hours later someone showed up and told us we would have to change the room as the problem will take a long time to fix. No apology from reception for the hours of delay. They then put is in a room that has stairs leading up to it, at the bottom of the stairs is a ditch along the side of the footpath, it is a poorly lit area and this meant at night I didn't see the ditch and fell on to it causing me to hit my face on the floor, causing bleeding, twisted my ankle and could hardly walk for two days. When reported to reception they didn't seem to care, no apology or anything just told me to go and get ice from the bar (which was down more stairs). Another woman also fell down this ditch and hurt herself. We stayed for a week and there was very little food variety from the main restaurant at all meal times, same choices every day.
Everything like on pictures, loved the infinity pools, views from comfy lounge chairs and our balcony. Beautiful room with room service everyday, all very clean. Wide variety of Greek/English/Continental options for breakfast & dinner, pool bar during the day with drink and snack options. All staff very friendly and helpful, also helped us to organise some trips. Spa onsite was great. All in all, we had a very relaxing stay.
The mattresses are on the harder site, but that wouldn't stop me from visiting again. There is live music 3-4 nights a week, which some people love of course. We like it quiet, so could have done without it. It does stop at 11-12 though, and the rooms are a separate from the public area, so that helps.
Clean and quiet
Food could be more Greek - was good but very international
Location
Food was 3 star at best plus junior suit with pool unusable as no sun in the pool
