Breakfast was excellent and staff was flexible with eating times. Everyone was helpful. And I just had a 15 minutes drive to my scheduled diving

The bed was harder than I’m used to, but I adjusted and it was fine.

This hotel truly exceeded all my expectations. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The surroundings were stunning, and my room was spotless every single day. I felt so comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. If I ever return to Pefkohori, there is no doubt I’ll stay here again. Thank you for making my days so special and unforgettable!

Location is nice, tan - lot of green too.

Room old, probably they didn t open door/windows for a while because had a weird smell.Staff- not up to location standard. Overall, didn't spend much time in the hotel and felt sorry for not getting a room in another. Unless is 9 you can't buy anything and they have an empty fridge in the room. No coffee either till 8. So overall bad

My wife and I have just stayed at the Flegra Palace for 7 nights, and we were very happy with our choice. First of all, the hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean, as was the poolbar area.The reception staff Olga and George were very polite and more than happy to help.The hotel liaison manager Jelena was always available to help, give advice, and also give recommendations for good restaurants. The pool bar staff were again all very polite, and the service was excellent, so all staff were a credit to the hotel.Most days we ate lunch around the pool and the food was good.My only criticisms were issues around the pool area. Firstly, glasses and bottles were allowed around the pool area, and at one time, there were six bottles at the pool edge. Secondly, hard footballs (not the soft blow-up ones) were used in the pool and on two accasions hit my wife on the head, the second by a rugby ball which could have broken her glasses or even worse. Some of the ball games by older people got out of hand and this should be stopped.Hence, balls and glasses do not mix, especially around a swimming pool where most people, including children walk barefoot. In my opinion, glasses and bottles should be replaced by plastic, and hard balls should not be allowed at "any time", and this is constructive criticism, which should be addressed by the management.On 3 occasions, we could not get clean towels, and there didn't seem to be enough for the number of people.There were also around 8 sunbeds at the shallow end without parasols, this again could easily be sorted.As there were many positives at the start of my review, I only dropped on star for my criticisms.

Ball games and glasses around the pool area.

There is a gym and a nice swimming pool.

The wi-fi in the room was not working for the entire stay of 6 days. The staff was always saying that they will send someone to fix it, but they never did.The room was not clean and the cleaning was not sufficient, they only change the towels and nothing else, however one dirty towel was laying on the floor for 3 days and they didn't took it. Also sometimes the new towels they put in the room was dirty. The breakfast was almost ok, but the products were cheap and bot with good quality. The juices just a joke, the only good thing was the omelette and pancake station and the chef was really friendly. The gym is very small and almost with no appliances and no air condition inside, when you trained it feels like you are in the sauna. When you turn the tv in the room there only a few channels and no international ones.In the bathroom they use the most cheap toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel.The rooms are very small and not comfortable and there is no good noise isolation.The only good thing is that the staff were trying to be friendly.

We love the place, we have been 2 times there already and it stays always nice. We came early before check in time, we didnt need to wait for the room. Everything was ready!

The hotel is very clean and modern looking. We loved the pool area. Restaurant was good, breakfast was also nice. The staff is amazing and friendly.

Every was good.The only problem we had is that my husband had to work for half of our stay and we asked in advance for a room with wifi connection if available. Unfortunately they gave us a room which was wonderful but we had no wifi connection at all for the whole stay and had to use our mobile data.

I can't say enough about how EXCELLENT the customer service from the staff was. From the restaurants, the kitchen staff, their smiles brighten up our day, the cleaning staff, and the reception Maria, Aggeliki amd Ermi. I cannot express our gratitude for their service. Thank you guys for making our stay pleasant.

The breakfast was good and some members of staff were very polite. Facilities such as swimming pool and restaurant with its variety of food were good.

The palace in the name and the 4 stars are misleading. I was expecting a much better room in terms of fittings, decoration and available services. The toiletries were not good enough. Few members of staff were polite but others were rude and inexperienced. The air conditioning was not working properly and was very noisy as the compressor was installed in front of the room’s door. The fridge was not working. I have mentioned all these and no action was taken from the hotel, not even an update that they have at least tried to fix them. All of these of course based on the price I paid. I was expecting more from this hotel because it was expensive.

-clean pools-friendly staff-we asked for a room on ground floor and they managed to provide us such room-breakfast was perfect-less than 5min walking from a few beachbars

-the restaurant - small capacity for such a big hotel; no seafood or traditional greek meals; for kids friendly hotel it’s unacceptable not to have any soup or cooked, there is nothing that you can order for the child, we were forced to go out every day to order a take away food for the baby (1.6y). We had a dinner in the restaurant 3 out of 6 nights, everything we tasted was delicious, if there would be variety of food, we would stay for a dinner all nights.

We were here at the end of May. Everything was good and we had a very good stay. the outdoor pool is big enough and has enough sun beds for everyone. There was no problem with the parking. rooms are cleaned daily, breakfast was excellent and offered everything we could’ve thing of for breakfast. It is located 6-7 min walk to the main alley of the city so location was very good for us.

overall furniture was a little outdated but nothing to complain about - everything was working perfectly. SPA is additionally payable so if you plan to use it check with hotel - free utilities were the indoor pool, outdoor pool and fitness.

Amazing breakfast. Everything in good supply and staff on hand to replenish when stocks ran low. Very friendly, helpful staff. Air con in the room which was sooo needed! Comfortable bed. Great shower. Lovely food at the bar. The waitress Aurora deserves a special mention for being so friendly and helpful there. Pool looked amazing but didn't get a chance to use it unfortunately as we were there for a wedding.

Only one English speaking TV channel but not a major negative. Better hot water could have been supplied for tea at breakfast, i.e. a jug with a lid to keep the water hot. Nothing though that would prevent me going back to this beautiful hotel.

Clean and cosy room, friendly staff, big pool, but also very good beaches and restaurants in 5 minutes walk.

Parking can be difficult, if the hotel is fully booked.When there are many guests, breakfast can also be too crawded and the refill for coffee and different treats is done quit difficult

we had an all inclusive breakfast, a great pool,a good clean restaurant,the room was cleaned up every day ,we had clean towels for pool or sea every day

if you want to go to the sea,you have to cross a street with high trafic

Stuff was super nice and willing to helplocation is good, close to the beach, supermarkets and stores swimming pool is nice breakfast was OK

Beds not so comfort WIFI is terrible and there is no 4G reception so WIFI is critical no coffee machine in breakfast
