Great location!

Private patio was used by others.

Very clean, handy kitchenette, beautiful sea view, small outdoor courtyard with lemon tree.

Bed on a platform but step up was somewhat difficult. Mattress on platform so difficult for older person to get up off bed. Different levels between rooms tripping hazard especially at night. Bathroom tap leaked constantly onto counter and onto floor. Shower stall very narrow.

Location was perfect. A few minutes walk to the beach and village. Amazing view from terrace - sea view to front and view to side of Acropolis and village (Thea 2). Well equipped kitchen.

Location and views were great

Drain smell in bathroom and small old shower. The villa needed a good clean. Patio is further down the street, so had to leave apartment to sit in there.Although we asked for a late check out weeks before our stay (extra 35€), they told us at 9pm the night before that it wasn't possible.

The location was good, the property has the basics for a comfortable holiday.Excellent maid service - towels and bedding changed roughly every 3 days

Advertised with a sea view and there wasn't one, there probably hasn't been one for a few years so they had plenty of time to update the advert. I should add this was a deciding factor in our property choice. The neighbours would walk through the outside sitting area.The outside sitting area is next to a thoroughfare, so you are constantly asked for directions. Property management wouldn't respond to my complaint about the misrepresentation of the property, but were good on all other counts.We feel we massively overpaid and should have gone somewhere else - it would seem there is little or no chance of getting any compensation.

Location is very good but not if you have mobility problems as it is accessed by very dangerous steps unless you go through the village which takes longer and still involves steps

Nothing really apart from the safe which didn't work and not enough coat hangers. Rhodes is overrun by cats and kittens and this can be very upsetting.

Great location close both to the beach and town, beautiful window view and nice traditional atmosphere in the rooms, the sweetest host that is super-available and gives great advice

A bit of a problem with ants, damp smell at the entrance/kitchen, the shower needs some improving

Close to the beach, nice and spacious with good facilities. Cleaners come ever 3 days so it’s kept clean.

No washing machine, lemon smelling air fresheners that smelt a bit musty.

Location perfect with view of the sea and access to shops and restaurants

The location was great, at the base of the village close to the main Lindos beach. The apartment had a very nice view of the Lindos bay and the Acropolis. The apartment is renovated in a traditional / rustic Lindos style. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen fully stacked and the terrace very nice for relaxing after a “hard” day at the beach. The village centre with all the shops and restaurants is only 5 minute walk.

Beautiful apartment, great balcony with ocean view, 5 minutes walk from the beach and 2 minutes from the village center

Location Great as halfway between the beach and the village so not too onerous of a climb! You do need to be happy with doing steps up to the village and a bit careful after a few wines to come back down!

Comfortable and Spacious Villa located near in the heart of Beautiful Lindos, close to the Acropolis as well shops, the main beach as well as St.Paul’s Bay. Villa was exactly as described on booking.com. You can’t ask for a better place and value for the price. The Host was fantastic. She was always available, friendly and super professional.

Small issue with the water flow in showers due to the municipality being overwhelmed with tourism.

Location is excellent - close to town center, beach and parking. Accomodations are beautiful, comfortable, roomy. We were 2 people, but would great for 4 - 2 couples or a family! Nice private terrace with lounge chairs and outdoor dining area. Liked the clothes rack for drying things on the terrace.

The shower needs a curtain, water gets all over the floor, but bath mat helps. Would be nice to have access to laundry facilities.

The view & the location we’re fantastic

It was a little light when sleeping so a black out blind would be preferred, but that’s just my preference & not a complaint

Absolutely superb location. Thea 1 was very spacious and very clean, with lots of outside space with amazing views over the bay. Will definitely be returning to Thea Villas.

The apartment was spotless and very well decorated. The kitchen had all of the appliances and equipment we needed.Location was excellent - just 5 mins to the beach.

Perfect location right in the center of lindos. Amazing traditional villa which was very clean. The courtyard over looks the sea. Yiota was very freinfly and helpful and always contactable if we needed anything.

Myself and my wife could not have had a better time - the apartment is really lovely, the location is fantastic and the view is unbeatable.Yjota met us at the main square and took us to the suite, everything was perfect and even supplied beach towels for us.
