Restaurant NOT OPEN despite being advertised as so .Holes in bathroom walls need filling and repainting.Tap in basin very loose .

Restaurant and room service closed for holidays until 12th Jan and bathroom had septic smell.

Clean, spacious room in a good location. Friendly welcome at reception.

Transition floor to bathroom is tripping hazard

The friendly welcome and willingness to explain "must sees" in Lithgow.

The only thing we would suggest is that you consider providing a tea towel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was very clean and large in. The restaurant was very convenient and the food was good. The breakfast was excellent.

The noise from outside

Had an issue with the TV. Called the manager. He was there in a few minutes and fixed the problem. Good service.

Found it hard to find the entrance to the motel. Was travelling at night.

Room was clean, tidy and comfortable.

The restaurant dinner food was less than average and tasted like reheated food and frozen food put in a microwave.Breakfast was less than inspiring.

Room was spacious and clean, complete with bottled water, milk and toiletries. Hans the manager was very helpful.

Walls are thin. I could hear the next door guests talking and they weren't even being loud.

The large room was spotless and in excellent condition. Bathroom was also large and pristine with a magnifying shaving/makeup mirror. The bed was very comfortable. Tea and coffee provided with biscuits and cold water. Host was friendly and informative. The room was very quiet and the airconditioning/heating worked well.

TV was a bit small and awkwardly located up high.

Nothing I can thing of

We were put in room 25 which is straight underneath the residence Well the banging on the roof above us went on for hours Maybe if it was only for a few minutes this may have been bearable but it started at 4 pm and continued well into the night I tried turning the tv up but that did not helpI have stayed at this motel many times before but this unfortunately maybe my last I would suggest that room 25 be unavailable for guests as it would have been less noisy if I pitched a tent in the middle of the medium strip on the main highway

Good price, easy late night entry advice given.

little older amenities

The door was beautiful glass door. room is nice and clean. The motel is very generous with 3 packs of milk and biscuits even just two of us. The reception was very helpful and kind. We arrived at midnight and she was kindly turn the light on and leave the key in the place for us.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, but we only stayed 1 night only. yes we would stay again.

Always clean and quiet. Renee (relief manager) was lovely.

Just a well run, nicely designed country hotel with friendly and very professional staff. I felt like I was being kind to myself staying there.

Was great value for money, clean and comfortable. Staff were really friendly.

The room was very clean, the beds very comfortable. The staff were very helpful when we couldn’t get the tv working and were more than happy to come and sort it out.

Everything was very good apart from the traffic noise from the busy highway.
