Noisy as hell from the main road but my fault should of checked before booking .Bathroom could use some TLC Parking was crazy if you don't own a small car

Very old and poorly maintained, bathroom door was rotten at bottom, bathroom was too small, shower screen was almost impossible to use, it was broken, shower head sprayed water everywhere, bathroom was ridiculously small, air conditioner was very old and very noisy, nobody onsite if there was an issue, door lock was not good

Convenient location, family-run friendly atmosphere.

Maybe larger signage would make it easier to find.

Very noisy, jammed between highway and trainline. Had to travel two kilometers past the motel to access from opposite side of road.

Bed was comfy, electric blanket was a blessing. Shower had good hot water. Kitchen items were useful. The one staff member was very friendly and helped me check in with the automated check in service.

It's quite outdated, a tired looking room/bathroom. Needs renovating. Being on the highway, it was very noisy.

The rooms were pretty clean and equipped with all necessary requirements.

Place is dirty and unkept. Sinks and toilets were blocked or leaking. Cobwebs and mould in rooms showers had scum and mould in them and looked like they had not been cleaned for months. Hear noise of trucks all night and air con units are excessively noisy

Close proximity to where we needed to travel. Easy to check in our of office hours.

Too close to the road and super noisy. Also, the mink blanket smelt unwashed, and the power socket was dangerously lying broken and disconnected from the wall with the wires hanging out.

I like how booking.com ignored me and didn’t bother to even take this seriously.I like how the owner lied to booking.com and they believed without even verifying anything. I like they didn’t even ask him for evidence, yet I had all the evidence they needed.I look forward to this place shutting down or getting sued in the future.They will like my videos being uploads and a proper review online

I travel often for work. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels. 3rd level Genius member with bookings.com.I have never given a bad review to any place I have stayed ( please check my status) Try is was the worst experience I have ever had in my life of staying at hotel. Avoid at all costs.I was booked into a room that had power wall sockets broken and wires hanging out. Didn’t see it until I went to try turn on the side light at night and I was electrocuted. Burnt my fingers. Immediately tried to contact for help. Nothing.Next morning, tried many times to contact property. Nothing. Booking.com were contacted. They couldn’t contact the property. Finally after a few hours ( and me being late for work) booking.com representative said that owner will be there in 30mins to talk to me. Waited one hour for him, didn’t show and no contact with me.Had to leave. Cleaner advised me that they saw the broken socket yesterday and nothing was done. The room is a hazard. This is not to mention the mould, the scabby ironing board etc. the electricity issue is life threatening.Bookings.com contacted again a week later and I was told the owner said I broke it.Owner just lied and they closed the case. I asked to speak to a team leader so I can escalate the issue. They said they didn’t have one present. They said he would call me. Nothing happened please see my pics. I will be taking this further. Owner should not be allowed to operate. Licence needs to be revoked.I have travelled Australia and most parts of the world and I have never ever experienced anything like this

Need was ok

Damaged carpet, looked like it was eaten. Most nobs in bathroom falling out. Tiles on floor lifting. Toilet seat not screwed in. Carpet very dirty. At 10pm there was no parking left so had to park round the corner.

I liked that it was convenient for us for a night.

The showers were dirty, public toilets were clogged and dirty. There were empty dishes and cutlery outside most of the rooms. No one in reception to check in, had to ask cleaning staff for milk and coffee

Terrible

Room smelt of sewerage, it was mouldy and dirty. It was very noisy on main road and train line neither stopped all night

Cheap and beds clean

Couldn't sleep with the motorway traffic feeling like it was in the room and a training at the back going

Auto check in was easy to follow.

Trains and cars and truck air breaks do not lead to a restful night; was woken multiple times throughout the night, despite being a heavy sleeper.Carpet was wet in the room, a mat had been put down to cover it - but the source of the seepage needs to be found and fixed.

Perfect location

The room was not clean/ dirty at all had dust everywhere , glasses were dirty, mould on tiles and ceiling, beds were terrible as soon as I layed on it it it sunk.

Not good.

This property was not clean and the lamp didn’t work. There was power bars just lying around and then bedding wasn’t appropriate for the climate. We didn’t feel like we could use the shower as it was very clearly not clean. Save your money and just go for a place with a shared bathroom over this hole if you’re just wanting somewhere cheap for the night.

Not really, we booked 3 rooms. One is next to the owner/staffs room. You can hear everything they said. In front of the other room is Rubblish bins from the Chicken shop upstairs!! The third room has a terrible smell!

Terrible smell in the room, the room has not been cleaned properly. Facility are old especially bed and mattresses, thats what we paid for - to be able to sleep but no we couldn’t sleep and decided to leave the motel and drove back home.

The room was a good sizeIt was close to highway so didn’t have far to drive to get outAnd the chicken shop was delicious it was great

It could of been cleaned or vacuumed at the mostI was disappointed with how it was.But the bed was cumfortableAnd had nice food

The person I booked for didn't even stay the two nights. She checked in and immediately checked out. It is covered in mould and the staff refused to admit to the uncleanliness of the hotel, stating it had just been cleaned. Mould, dirty stained rug and bedding, spills on walls, and even the toilet paper was wet and filthy. Do not stay here

Poor

noise , no milk , no soap and no staff .noisy people sitting outside half the night and the highway noise came into the room
