Tv not working in our room no view from our room we look over roof tops and into trees. We paid for views

The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the receptionist was pleasant

The picture above and on the booking site did not reflect our room. It was clean, but the fittings were tired, the paintwork had been freshened but poorly done. Generally needs an update

Staff were exceptional and very friendly.A short walk to the scenic views and delicious food.

Easy to park and very close to 3 sisters landmark. The microwave work greats, coffee & tea are available, air condition is excellent, TV can be broadcasted by phone (bluetooth), room is big and cleab. The bathroom is very clean and big enough for 2-3 people.

Would be happy if you can provide some kitchen stuffs (bowl, dish, cutlery…). Otherwise, you can get them from local store.

Our room was very dated. Carparking needs room numbers marked as unorganised without.

Terrible.

Rooms didn’t match the description or photos. Dead bugs. Door could have easily been kicked down.

The motel was not staffed.The bed had bugs.The television did not work.The room was old dated and curtains in both room and shower needed fixing.The door to the bathroom came off the hinges

Great Location, comfortable and spacious room. Also enjoyed the gym and pool facilities

Beds were comfortable, room was clean and bathroom was clean.

Not too close to the main straight, so you'd have to drive. Parking was extremely tight.

No soap in the dispensers and carpets/ bedding were not very clean

Location perfect for walks and katoomba exploration. Easy key collection. Small fridge available. Plenty of parking.

Although it is clean it was a bit glum and scruffy alongside dim lighting thus quite depressing. Door lock don’t feel particularly safe travelling as a group of women.

Cannot rate this place high enough. The second time I've stayed here and it was just as pleasant as the first. The newer/ renovated rooms are so comfortable and cosy, not to mention well designed and beautifully styled.. Late check- in was an absolute breeze and amenities are fantastic, they even have guest laundry facilities for those on a lengthy journey. That made my day! Best value for money I think I've ever gotten from any accommodation, especially one in such a popular tourist destination. You won't be disappointed!

Just the beds

No air con in the front room. No power point s for the kettle & toaster. Had to use the key to keep the door locked. The drinks in the vending machine were hot

Location. Nothing else was liked about this place

Avoid , broken aircon unit in the room the place is very outdated. Pictures are very misleading and must’ve been taken 10 years ago when the place opened. Beds are so uncomfortable 2 single beds pushed together. If you sleep here you’ll need to pay for a massage the next day. The place was filthy floor was covered in someone else’s hair and carpet feels dirty. Location is lovely but that’s all it has going. Avoid

Walking distance to three sisters look out and close to Katoomba town, short drive or bus to scenic world. Great position to all things blue mountains. Room was modern, clean and shower was fantastic. Beds comfortable. Sheets crisp and comfy and aircon worked a treat!

Little bit old property. Need small renovation. It has great potential to be best property. Rooms are small. No kitchen facilities
