Friendly staff, easy check-in and out. Clean bathroom

Rooms very dated and old. There was a musky smell. Ok for one night if you're happy with that but wouldn't go there if you're wanting more.

We arrived very late at night and had to call the night manager lady. (and again very early in the morning) She was very friendly and welcoming.

Great location . Easy access. Was really comfortable and quiet

Swimming Pool. Wasn't cleaned and advised it would be cleaned next day but never was .

Disappointing

I acknowledge its a budget motel but it does need some repairs, it was slightly off-putting when i arrived the girl that checked me in was worried about possibility of 'smoke' coming from neighbouring bush area which was only mist coming in

the room was much better than expected, clean and fresh. smelt very nice.

Unfortunately, the bed was broken and uneven, with the head side lower than the foot side. This significantly impacted sleep quality and caused discomfort due to improper body positioning. Room 46

Spacious room, modern bathroom, beautiful room decor stills of Blue Mountains gems. Friendly host & staffIts an old property but it's well-maintained.Walking distance to shops & train station. Had all what I needed with microwave, toaster, electric jug etc. so have own DIY breakfast every morning before heading out. Friendly locals when walking to and from around the area.Loved to go back again

Location. Very close to scenic world and the restaurants

Property is very close to the Great Western Highway, and parking is right in front of the room. Room was small but clean, had a comfortable bed and was well maintained. Bathroom was bigger in proportion to the room and had a hot shower. The place is ideally located for visits to Katoomba, Black Heath and nearby Blue Mountain trails. We stayed only one night but would recommend for a budget motel.

The pool was dirty. Unusable. There has been a lot of rain so maybe that was the cause/ case. Unfortunate for the kids. The pool is always a highlight of our stay there

Calm and comfortable place.

The pool was small and not as per the photos in the website. The colour of the water was unpleasant. Didn't feel like to swim at all.

Just out of town, but not far,walking distance to train and shopping, depending on how far you like to walk only couple of KM's....Room quite,locals not so much....

Noisy locals

Relatively cheap on the day. Friendly staff.

Not all that clean. To be fair it may have been stained upholstery and carpet that made it feel not 100% clean. Cold bathroom. Curtains did not close very well. There was a gap of about 8cm where people could see I to the room if they looked.

Cute, clean, comfortable. Love the dvd wall.

Literally the only problem was that we don’t drive and transport was difficult, but that’s in no way the fault of the venue.
