Great location, a short drive into town, walking distance to Echo Point and 3 Sisters.

Small but comfortable room. All of the beds were "proper" beds (not pull out or trundles) and of a good size. Very happy with this room for the price. Friendly staff too.

very easy to get in to our room, great location to see the sunrise over echo point. bed and bathroom nice and clean. the tv worked nicely, as did the kettle.

decorative fan over our bed was very dusty, made me cough. only has a couple tea spoons and mugs/glasses, so if you want to have takeout in your room or make a sandwich to eat before heading out, you need to bring cutlery and plates.

The room is small, not particularly clean, with an uncomfortable bathroom and it did not feel safe.

Old motel complex so bound to be looking and feeling a bit tired in places, and obviously not sound proofed!

It was old and tired. Needed renovation. Bathroom reminded us of something from the east block. There were no eating facilities but that was mentioned in the description.

Asked for an upstairs room, but didn't get it. Room 36 downstairs. The bathroom was not very clean, the fly screen was hanging open and the exhaust fan didn't work. The carpets were very worn and significantly dusty. The worst part was there were a bunch of air conditioner units right outside the back window that rattled and buzzed the entire time.I'm glad we were only there one night.

Three Explorers Motel is in a great location, within easy walking distance of Echo Point and the main Blue Mountains attractions. The bathroom was clean and with good water pressure. Overall, a convenient and comfortable option for a short stay in Katoomba.

Great location for the Three Sisters and surrounding hikes! A little further away from town. Clean room, comfortable bed and hot shower.

Room smelt a little musky - could do with an air freshener
