3 Sisters Motel

Close to the walking trails. Fridge and coffee/milk in the room. Bed was comfortable.

Not close to any restaurants. A few cutlery in the room and a toaster would have been ideal.

The motel is old but it was good value. Close to Three Sisters. Manager very professional. Excellent shower and towels.

Very compact room with poor kitchen facilities. No plates, no toaster. Reception not open to ask for these. Tried reception at various times of day but never anyone there. Doona too hot even with air conditioner off.

We have stayed here several times and enjoyed it very much. We have usually had the big multi-room option (2 bedrooms and a living room with a big window to look out of). I felt it was a bit extravagant for this time so didn't book it. Our room was clean but it was cold. There was a nasty draft coming from under and around the door. We used bits of cloth pegged together to reduce this. There was no lovely view to look out at, and I understand that you can only have that with certain rooms.

The place has been refurbished but only half refurbished. There used to be a sole employee taking care of the place, she was very friendly and helpful. It feels like the owners are trying to make money without spending any time keep the place up to standards. Equipment was minimal. New paintings on a wall are not enough to disguise the age of the place. Price is too high for the product . Its best point is location.

Perfect location! Great sized room. Comfy bed. Nice shower pressure.

It’s a little outdated and the fridge is a bit awkward but that doesn’t detract from the stay.

Awesome location, on a quiet street, within walking distance of the Sisters and falls, very central to tourist walks.

Great location. Easy check-in (slightly early as well, thank you!) don’t let the street view deter you.. the rooms were warm and clean especially grateful for the electric blankets on all of the beds. As a family, a heads up if you plan on eating in the room perhaps bring along some plates/cutlery.. we took our Kmart toaster and made do with some serviettes and a bamboo knife from takeaway dinner the previous night.

There was a bit of a stale smell from time to time.. not a deal breaker. The toilet roll holder fell off, again, not a deal breaker.

Loved the location close to everything I wanted to explore. Quiet & only 3mins to bus stop going to or from the city/station.Spacious modern bathroom, crispy clean towels & bed linens. Beautiful decor & blockout curtains. As long as it has fridge, microwave & kettle in the room is gladly appreciated. Room service daily & thank you for the Easter eggs were left on each bed on the last day I greatly appreciated your beautiful gesture. Easy check-in & check-out

Aircond had no cooling/heating set buttons. Only heating working but no cooling. A good carpet vaccum cleaner for fresh air. Free parking allocated to each unit when arrived there were cars already took the spot in all three days luckily I didn't drive to Blue Mountains

As we were in Katoomba for the Nocturnal tour at scenic world, the location was perfect. It’s close to the 3 sisters and Katoomba falls and all within walking distance. The room isn’t the ritz, but it was perfect for what we needed, clean, comfy beds and quiet.

It’s a bit of a dated property, but not unkempt. Due to the room size, I wouldn’t stay longer than a few nights with the kids, but it was perfect for what we needed and I probably would stay again. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut properly and the front door required you to really push it closed to ensure it latched and closed. I rated lower for staff, not because there were any issues, but because I didn’t actually see anyone as our room was left open for us with the key inside.

Clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, close to everything we needed to see and do, walking distance to shops and restaurants, very quiet.

The location to the 3 sisters is exceptional. If you're big on hiking and big on sightseeing, this place ticks all the boxes. There are plenty of hiking trails 5 minutes from this location. There is a cafe, a pub with a view and a restaurant with a view, all within 10 mins walking distance. The public buses to scenic world go into town, past the 3 sisters and down the same street as this motel. It's all very convenient.

The walls are thin, and we could hear the family in the room next door yelling and slamming doors. The parking spaces were a little crooked but manageable.

Tis motel is well located and is very comfortable.There was a shortage of cutlery and plates.

Just the addition of what I have mentioned.Maybe a guest laundry facility would be a good addition.

-no laundry services on site-staff not in reception very often, and when I sent a msg on booking.com about a laundry service it didn’t get answered -WiFi code only worked on one device-room was open with key inside when I arrived. Although ‘easy’ to check in, as a woman arriving alone I didn’t like that the room could have been accessible to anyone before I arrived
