Comfort Resort Leura Gardens

Garden

Not clear

Room was a good size, perfect for an overnight stay. Surrounding gardens were lovely to walk around with a coffee or tea in the morning.

Limited breakfast choices for those with dietary requirements (including vegetarians), not very sustainable with disposable plates and cutlery, and restaurant wasn't very clean. It felt very basic although the view was nice if you managed to sit outside.

Beautiful garden, continental breakfast included.

Asked for a twin bed, turn out to be a queen (two singles combined). Next door two women talked loudly till midnight. Price is high for a room with basic facilities.

Convenient location and friendly staff

The pillows were very uncomfortable

We asked for twin share but they didn’t have it available on arrival. However they upgraded to a family room. My son was super pleased

Room was comfortable, clean comfy. Breakfast was good value. With the staff mostly trainees about to embark on a career in hotels etc service standard was very high.

Rooms were good, all staff were friendly, breakfast was good

Not sure

Location of breakfast room was lovely, with beautiful garden views

Percolated coffee would have been a more appropriate option rather than a sachet of instant coffee. I had to pay for a coffee from the coffee cart.

The room was cosy warm on arrival. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

The pillow was too soft but the mattress was the best I have ever slept on.

Location of this property was nice and staff seemed pleasant enough. Ok if you are after a stark old style motel room.

The room was cold even with the aircon cranked up.

Very clean and friendly service. We can enjoy showers in winter due to non stop hot water supply and heater in bathroom .

We would appreciate our stay if the expired yogurt wasn’t served in breakfast.?

Breakfast is good. Staff and service at breakfast were very good and professional.

The room and bathroom were very basic and the safe was broken. There were no comfortable chairs.

Comfortable bed, position we stayed was very quiet, breakfast was good, gardens were lush, reception staff were fantastic very accommodating to all requests they went above and beyond

Room was a little musty I do realise cold area and heating on all the time

good breakfast included, immaculately clean and staff very helpful.

It was clean

We went up to the restaurant to book in for dinner as it had the menu and date 16th June 2 people $100 dinner went inside they said sorry we have a conference booked in ? they did not even offer us a take away meal or to eat at a different location other than the restaurant !! Could of offered breakfast room or some takeaway was very disappointed !! Should not have had it up on window available !!

Excellent service. We were greeted by two staff, one a trainer and another a trainee, at reception. Both staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the area and to see the support given to train up staff was great. The check in process was fast. The rooms were clean, warm and easily accessible among beautiful gardens. The breakfast was lovely and service continued to be professional throughout.Location is perfect to view the Blue Mountains. Cannot recommend this place enough. Will be back.

Quiet

The dining room wasn’t open, which would have saved us going back into Leura looking for somewhere to have dinner as there wasn’t a lot of eateries open.

Absolute value for money! Lovely gardens and small outdoor areas for kids to play. Rooms clean and tidy. Clean, fresh bathrooms, using pump bottles instead of single use was great to see!Lovely staff, great breakfast.

Only even slight issue was toilet paper could be better.

The cleanliness of the room was excellent

Room and bathroom were cold. Also, the staff at the breakfast facility Olive Room could be a little more generous with the portion size

Breakfast is great! Air condition is very good to keep the room warm in winter. Bed is a bit too soft for me. But overall, it is good.
