Brand new amenities. Nice kitchen to cook and eat your food. Coffee included. Even a massage chair for use after lots of hiking. Really loved my stay here

Everything was lovely

Good location, but small rooms. Still, good value for money.

There was nothing to like about staying here.

The toilets were covered in urine, the bathrooms unclean, the hallways reeked of cigarette smoke, the lobby smelled terrible, there was no heat in the place. Shared shower unclean. Not much to like.

Was a short drive to main town centre

The motel is old and run down. Our room was very tiny for a 3 night stay. It didnt have bedside lights/lamps, there was no hand soap or bath soap just next to empty bottles that hadnt been stocked. There was 1 roll of toilet paper. The rooms are cold white concrete and eerie feels like your staying in a psychiatric hospital.. Could hear loud noises all throughout the night, and on our last night could hear gushing water and came out in the hallway it was flooding from the ceiling from the lightbulb and the floor was a river with buckets. And as was trying to leave and carrying our bags out, a blonde woman was rude and overly invasive about the use of a public door with it “disturbing her” at 9:45am because she lived in the motel…

Decent bed, good shower with nicely hot water, excellent WiFi (67Mbps down/13 up). Location is off the main street but close enough to easily get to shopping and restaurants, and to the natural beauty of Jamison Valley. Extremely quiet, as there is no traffic, and apparently no staff as I saw absolutely no one while I was there. Kinda weird.

The hallways and common areas are not climate controlled. While I was there, the weather was chilly, and a hoodie was necessary to use the kitchen facilities.

5/5 – More Than We Expected!We stayed at the Hearty Center Motel in Katoomba from July 12 to 13 and absolutely loved it. We booked a standard room and were impressed from the moment we arrived. The attention to detail and cleanliness were top-notch, and everything in the room felt thoughtfully arranged and well-equipped.One of the highlights for us was the massage chair – such a relaxing touch after a day of exploring. The room was quiet and cozy, and the shared bathroom, although not private, was always clean and available whenever we needed it.The kitchen was fully equipped and clean. The location is perfect – just a short walk to Coles, cafes, restaurants, and all the main attractions in Katoomba. It’s also a great base if you're planning to visit Blue Mountains National Park.The staff were kind and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. For the price, this place was an incredible value. We had an amazing weekend, and this motel exceeded all our expectations. Definitely coming back and recommending it to others!

Renovated hstorical building and sunny dining area with kitchen facilities. The shared bathrooms were usually available. Beautiful meditation room.

I didn't have breakfast. While the room was small and spartan it is what I expected for the low price. The staff were all frendly and helpful.

Found a massage chairs on every room, a bit too big though and no space for our luggage was left. Did not found a proper use of it.

Nothing much. I suppose the price is reasonable since it is Easter when prices soar every where

Room too small, bed in 1 corner, have to climb over partner to get off bed. Wash basin not in ensuiite . No hangers in wardrobe.

Its a very odd place, its some sort of cancer retreat but you couldnt tell from booking on here, instead the reception had a pile of boxes with packages for those guests.. The room was renovated cheaply, after a very loud tv sounds in the bathroom we realised there was a hole covered by the mirror (a little creepy). There are signs warning for fines and extra costs if you damaged e.g. a towel (which is generally fine but the delivery of thanking for respect was just odd). Bathroom had a heap of hair in the shower and although there was a fridge in the room it was turned off and had water in it. The bed was comfortable, location was good and massage chair was a big bonus.. but other than that..slightly odd place.

Lovely little location in the quiet back streets of Katoomba. You get one tea bag, coffee and milk in the room but plenty more available downstairs in the kitchen. High tech shower, you will love it and it plays the radio too!

Every time I passed the kitchen I grabbed another tea bag and milk. I drink a lot of tea.

There are 24 hours kitchen and my room is near to the shared toilet. The bed and bed sheet are clean enough.

there isn't a light in massage room and no sockets near at the head of the bed, and wires are needed.

Great place, perfect if you are hiking in the blue mountains. The massage chair is amazing for post hike relaxation. Very clean room and bathroom. Very well placed for all nearby attractions like scenic world, echo Point, 3 sisters etc
