Location, easy walk to shops and cafe’s, comfortable and quiet.

Great location and the unit was very spacious

A little bit dated inside, and the goods trains were very noisy especially in the middle of the night.

The location was across the road from the Leura station, and close to shops and restaurants. This was very convenient, as we travelled by train.The bed was very comfortable, and it was great to have a microwave and access to a free washing machine and dryer.

The soundproofing between the apartment next door needs to be improved.

The location was amazing, across the road to Leura Mall, bus and train stop.The room was comfortable. The staff were very lovely, helpful and obliging. The shower pressure and heat was absolutely excellent.Super comfortable bed.

Very minimal in kitchen. Would have liked a breadboard and sharp knife at least. Butter knives don't actually cut. Couldn't enjoy the balcony as there was no chairs to sit on. Alot of dust in the room which caused my hayfever to flare up which was a problem.

It was very close to the train station and various F&B in walking distance.The customer service was so helpful. She even explained the hop on hop off buses, even calling to driver to confirm the schedule.

Close to shops restaurants . Well equipped , clean and comfortable.

No exhaust fan in the bathroom .

Location was perfect, close to oir mode of transport. Nice to have shops nearby.

The carpet throughout the accommodation needed a good steam clean. So did the sofa and chair upholstery. The bathrooms were abit dated.

Friendly staff, secure parking and very clean

Kitchen cupboards are falling a part

Clean, quiet, comfortable bed and near to nice dinner at the Polar Bear. Amazingly beautiful hiking area! No weird odors in the room.

Cold in the bathroom. I should have left the door to the room open! I would like an herbal tea option.

Well located unit in Leura. Easy to find. Staff very welcoming. Large room with king size comfy bed.

Kitchenette was very simple. Would have like a toaster.

The room had a large bathroom a kitchenette and lots of space which was great for 2 friends travelling together. There was a washing machine and clothes dryer which we shared with one other room too. You had the option of parking undercover or out in the open.

We could have done with the option for fresh towels as they didn’t dry well overnight.

Convenient location

A strong odour coming from a room next door - and when we mentioned it to staff the response was that they knew about the smell as a unit owner was responsible. The odour was in our room and was very unpleasant. The staff were apologetic but that doesn’t change the fact that it made our stay quite unpleasant.

Very professional in handling issues. We couldn't find a key due to admin mistakes. We called the outside work hour phone. 5 min later, a lady came. She was very nice, helpful, and professional. Though having to wait, we were happy with her service.

Checking Lady was awesome even though under huge pressure over Easter weekend

Very comfortable studio with microwave, toaster and fridge with milk, coffee, tea. Nice, big bathroom.

Secure parking under apartment. Nice setup in studio apartment. Water pressure/ heat in shower was great. Heated underlay on beds. Easy access to main shopping street of Leura- could walk to cafes. Easy drive- 5 to 15mins to most attractions.

Next to train tracks- noise not too bad if bathroom door closed. No lifts- although the stairs weren’t too hard to get up/down & had good railings.
