San Giacomo Relais

The views are incredible, the room made us feel like we were staying in an authentic Italian home. The terrace allows for a truly relaxing and tranquil experience. Exceeded my expectations - felt like the value was great.

Lots of steps which is to be expected in Amalfi, but in my opinion the views here are more than worth it!

Renovated, clean, helpful and accommodating staff.

It’s a lengthy walk up stairs or road from the road. The floors in the sleeping area were not well swept but the bathroom floors were clean.

Our stay was wonderful! The accommodation was clean, well-located, and offered stunning views. Our room was cozy and communication was easy. Check-in was seamless and Umberto was really nice & friendly. We loved the breakfast - omelets, coffee, fresh bread, ham, and cheese! Parking on the street was convenient and the location was perfect for day trips. Just be aware of the fact that you need to park on the street and then have to walk a few steps & stairs up to the apartments.We do recommend this accommodation by 100% and would/will definitely stay here again. Thank you for the wonderful time!

It's clean enough. Comfortable mattress and pillows. Acceptable breakfast

It is quite impossible to find the entrance to the hotel right away. On the phone they don't speak English and can't explain where to go, we spent a lot of time on it. In the description it says that the balcony with sea view, but it is a common terrace for two rooms. No kettle.

The host was very kind and helpful. The accomodation is fully renovated, the room was super clean. The breakfast was delicious, and the panorama from the balcony was better than we had expected. Amalfi, Positano, Ravello are quite close but scooter or car renting is recommended.

We really enjoyed the rooms, clean and renovated. The view was great, breakfast was good. Umberto was very sweet and helped us with anything we needed. Will def recommend this place!

Weak air conditioning , no swimming pool , no road only stairs to reach the property

Everything was fine: cleanliness, comfort. Good breakfast.

Difficult access, they didn't really want to help us with exactly how to get there.

The place was amazing and the staff was incredible.They gave us directions a d helped us a lot in going around.The food was also really good and the breakfast is something you have to get on your booking.

You need to get a bus to go back and forth to Amalfi.Parking is virtually non existent but the staff was very helpful in giving us a spot where to park.

Nice quiet location on the Amalfi Coast. We had a room with a sea view; it was beautiful and nicely decorated. Good value for money. Umberto was a great host. There are plenty of dining opportunities in the nearby village of Agerola if you don't want to go to the coast (don't miss the restaurant La Corte Degli Dei). The bus stop to Amalfi is just around the corner.

The mattress and pillows were too hard for me. Also, you have to go uphill from the bus stop/car parking, which may not be suitable for elderly people or those with small kids.

Very quiet, comfortable bed. Nice breakfast.

Swimming pool

Have to climb alot of stairs to get to property.Very tough getting luggage through stairs.

Once we got there everything was good. Host was pleasant and the food was good. Views were amazing.

Getting to and from the BnB sucks. The road is permanently closed. Had to drag luggage up a long, steep cobblestone street to get there. Had to drag luggage up steep, uneven stone stairs to get to bus stop when leaving. Better directions would have been helpful for getting there. Like which bus line, which bus stop, and where to buy tickets for the bus at the Napoli centrale train station. Ended up not on the correct bus at the Amafie bus station and took a very expensive cab to get there.

Beautiful view, cozy room, breakfast at the terrace, helpfull staff. Would recommend to anyone to stay

The room incl BR. Balcony. Internal room decoration, ceramics and wall paintings. Breakfast balcony and inside. Excellent dinner.

Could have been closer to the bus stop. But this was not an issue for us.

The breakfast was good and the accommodation was perfect for us.

Umberto was an exceptional host and so plesant and helpful with any request we had, and he’s a great cook and made us some delicious dinners.

It’s was clean, pool was ok.

Where the sign say’s where property is, that walk up to where the property needs to be cleaned as it looks like places are abandoned.
