Great location and the views were amazing, the beach and the transportation was great, the driver was a great guy. Juan Super friendly, we had pleasant conversations. Wait stuff was great

The Restaurant was super slow and very unorganized at Dinner time especially. Food was good but one night we waited 2 hours to eat. The manager / owner didn’t even care, was too busy taking care some celebrity, not to mention 2 tables got up and left.

The courtyard and the outside area looks very tropical ? The StaffThe management Roxana, very kind and respectful The breakfast The beach ?️ The Shuttle Service from the Hotel to the Beach for free and from the Hotel to the next Train station for free.

The room:The bathroom was narrow.The toilet lid was broken and one day before departure the towels from the bathroom were not replaced. You had to pick up the beach towels at the reception and pay EUR 2 per day.

The beach was not far but still need a golf cart they have parking. The rooms are just ok Not much to like or complain about

The pool did not have any shallow end, it is a huge property to walk around feels like you get lost. The beach was ok very rocky and had to still take a golf cart to reach it

We stayed here 5 nights and it was the best 5 days of our holiday! The hotel has its private beach and the sea is amazing! The kids also enjoyed the swimming pool. From every angle of the resort you can see the spectacular sea view and Stromboli island. The breakfast and dinner was delicious. The hotel staff was very helpful and nice. Definitely we will be back next year!

It was clean, had suitable security for my possessions. The bed was comfortable

The TV I was told I Could connect my phone to, to enable us watch tv and or play music we choose for our special occasion did no work! No one was available a reception to help. The shower flooded the whole bathroom which I had to clean after each use to prevent any accidents. This was Regardless of our attempts to face it closer to the back wall of the shower. The spa was unsuitable, we were left to lay & attempt to relax under a exposed work space that had wires hanging out & an open un repaired hole in the ceiling which we were left to stare at whilst attempting to unwind. Also at this same time of supposed relaxation I had the smell of cleaning products as the floor was cleaned right next to us. Which happened 30 minutes into our experience. Regardless of me contacting the property ahead of m arrival to check and have all in place

Lots of variety for the family. From cycling to a play park. Also right next to the beach with no additional payment for sun beds. Restaurant has a beautiful vista and the staff were amazing.

Wi-Fi was unreliable. Would recommend increasing the capacity as the mobile network isn’t always available in the rooms.

It did not feel like a resort but rather a sprawling boutique hotel with every amenity you can desire. In addition, the service levels was extraordinary, always a yes to any request, promptly covered and with smiles all around.

Proximity to sea, view was beautiful. Lunch & dinner was delicious and fresh.

Tennis court could have been upgraded.

The resort is well located on a beautiful beach and has a spacious pool We enjoyed dining in the restaurants which offer outside dining and the food is delicious Access to the beach is arranged via the staff and I found it to be easy, a quick service and a pleasant ride

It was difficult to arrange a taxi to Capo Vaticano and Tropea - one evening, we ended up having to walk the 2 miles to Capo. We needed to change our reservation due to a 6:00 flight out of Lamezia( I had booked the trip from abroad, not knowing the time travel distances) Although I had chosen a no cancellation policy, booking.com was willing to permit the cancellation with a small fee. The Resort agreed at first saying it wouldn’t be a problem, then refused to act on the agreement.

Very nice village-type resort hotel with own gardens (including fruit trees) and lots of facilities (two restaurants, one overlooking sea shore, swimming pool, etc, etc) The coats is part of arguably the best part of Calabrian shore: capo Vaticano (golf cart can take you downhill in just few minutes with zero effort)

Noting to complain about, it was a marvelous time! The location is a bit remote, you'd better have a car to get there easily, but technically it's not so far away from railway station.
