Great view, gardens, and swimming pool. There is a shuttle service to take you to the beach, but we only use the steps. It takes 5 minutes.

Drinks are very expensive, €5 for a long neck beer. The food was OK, the salad buffet has lots of options, but the first and main dishes like flavour.

I chose to stay at this hotel for the beautiful views, and honestly, this hotel gives you a very pretty view of Cape Vaticano. The room is clean and very comfortable. The reception staff and waiters and waitresses are all nice. Appreciate the upgrade and that you had a clothes drying rack.

Even though the views were spectacular, the stay wasn't worth it for these reasons:- When there is a wedding or event on, you get treated like a second-class guest as you are restricted on using the pool and sometimes the beach. We also experienced fireworks at 1:30am, which gave us such a fright during our stay. There was no warning from the hotel. Not happy.- The pool bar is drinks only. There are no snacks.- Half board states ala-carte menu. However, it looks like you are given food from whatever is on during the event. There is no menu given to you to read before you order, the waiter and waitresses read it to you from a piece of paper, which I found super frustrating. The food is okay, not wow, and I have had better Italian food in other destinations. The breakfast is also pretty average. I had to revert to rusks and jam because the coffee was making me nauseous.- Hold onto the rail tight when going in the pool as it is slippery.- The air con is weird. It is controlled by reception, and it took ages for them to get the air con going. It was really frustrating as we arrived on a warm day.

We loved the kids facility that they had. Alessia was the main entertainer from FrancoRosso sea club team she was outstanding.

The beach didn’t have toilet facilities or good place to eat lunch. The walk back up to the hotel from the beach is a killer.

air conditioner didn’t work, pool was broken, can hear through walls and ceilings, the breakfast was terrible, multiple weddings were on during our stay which we could hear all night, food was average at best

Terrible service provided by the hotel and its staff, ugly uncomfortable rooms, no good care about clients:- Very junior staff at the restaurant who does not spick good Italian or English (difficult communication);- Low quality of the food provided (do not chose the full board if you wanna try the Calabrian kitchen) - menus for lunch and dinner were not so good and with a pour variety (although we had a full board package we decided to eat outside the resort most of the time);- breakfast was not in line with Italian standards, especially for a 4 stars resort (empty buffet with really pour choice and sometimes pour quality);- no care about clients (nobody has never asked us how it was going), - No animation team/spectacles organised;- Rooms: not all the rooms have a view and our was super dark (and for >250 Euro per night you expect something more than that!); There are no blinds on the windows but poorly fitted blackout curtains are installed and we woke up early in the morning because of direct sunlight; from outside, other guests could see us in the room and we were forced to stay with the blackout curtains closed at all times (there are no “day” curtains). We complained about the room and the answer was “no answer”!- Lastly, but I was puzzled by this, at checkout they asked me to go back to the room to get and deliver the beach towels (that initially we found in the room) otherwise they would have charged us for them. Unbelievable!
