Everything! It’s a great establishment with all the amenities on site: the beach is great for kids there is also a store if you need anything. The staff is very kind and breakfast and lunch is also delicious. Highly recommend.

They don’t offer dinner but provide free shuttle service to two nearby restaurants.

The location, on the water and very secluded. Facilities were good.

Internet needs an upgrade. It was very weak in our room. Installing a few extenders at each end of each floor would be recommended. Everyong needs good internet these days.

It is not about what I did not like but about what can be an issue for others. The road to the hotel is narrow and sometimes it requires one to yeld to other to allow passing by maneuvering. In 7 days I may have spent 4 minutes on accommodating this. The airconditioner is not the best for the big size of the appartment we were. But the heat was not umberable and it was not that different of the heat I face in the UK during the hot days in the summer (I don't have airconditioner in there).

Food was great - breakfast had many options and dinners were a mix of traditional Calabrian dishes with basic italian staples.

Room could use some updating and beds were somewhat uncomfortable - but these things are personal preference.

Our room was a bit uncomfortable with very hard mattress. What we dislike the most was the bistro: the food was inedible. It seemed no one was paying attention to the quality: rotten tomatoes in the caprese.

The compact territory of this hotel has a lot of facilities: swimming pool, bar, restaurant, beach, entertainments for kids. We always found what to do. The lunch in the bar is very good with plenty of "light" options perfect for hot summer days. Options for day or half-day trips from the hotel are also nice. Rooms are clean, a bit low ceiling for tall people but well equipped with kitchenettes and toiletries'.Overall we had good memories from the stay.

Many-many people at some point hence noisy but only by the time small kids go to sleep:)We had only one dinner at the territory and we'd expected better value for money. It was tasty but there were not many options to choose from. There are better "value for money" options in the 15 min town reach.

The breakfast was lovely. The pool was great. I love that we had our own private beach but could easily walk over to the other beach. It is removed from the main area so we needed our car for dinner off site etc. city of tropea was only 20 minutes from here and a nice way to spend an evening.

The dinner buffet was expensive in our opinion. It would have been nice to have a bar menu with pizza, pasta etc to order and take to our room.

Very good location in Capo Vaticano, courteous and efficient staff always ready with any information and booking activities like snorkeling, pleasant cafe terrace for breakfast or lunch, good WiFi. Good prices and sufficient choices for lunch (but not dinner).

The beach is pleasant enough for swimming, but it is small and lacks good view, the children's animation is far too loud and runs until late (11 pm) so you can't enjoy a quiet drink and conversation, and the buffet dinner restaurant is too expensive for the limited choices/quality that you get. In nearby Tropea you can have gourmet food/wine for the same price or lower.

Great Holiday Resort on perfect Beach Location.Small nice pool, Nice Bar with acceptable prices, Great Staff, Nice Small Restaurant, Great view! .. and for those who like it:… Nice animation for all/the kids.

Great location on a small beach, perfect clear water and views of Stromboli at sunset. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean but dated room. Traditional Italian breakfast included. A great place to take a boat tour of the surrounding beaches. Plenty of loungers and umbrellas. An easy walk to other larger beaches.

As others have mentioned the restaurant is small, the dinner is extremely expensive and the quality is not so great. Do yourself a favor and walk up the hill to Xanthos for a wonderful meal. This is a resort that caters to families with young children. Lots of activities for kids throughout the day. If you're looking for that, this is your place. If your looking for a romantic getaway, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Kids entertainment lasts until midnight with music and games. You can hear it in your room. They do shut it down right at midnight which is good. Dogs are also allowed inside the restaurant at breakfast.

For the first time it was extremely difficult to write an opinion about the hotel. Overall, we very much enjoyed staying in this hotel despite the fact that the room itself is very small and more like a 2 star (there is a small kitchen but no table, so you have to go to the balcony to eat anything). Despite that we had wondeful vacations thanks to the people and the beauty of nature - every single person is friendly, especially in the reception and in the bar, the beach is small but beautiful and the sea very clean and warm. It is a small facility but was never crowded - no matter what time you arrive to the beach or the swimming pool, you will always get a free sun bed!

I do not know how the picture of the beach appearing in booking.com has been taken as in reality it is much smaller and umbrellas are much closer to each other than on the photograph.
