Nikoleta Hotel and Villas

The hotel is cozy and modern, with stylish rooms that have everything you need. A special thanks to Nikoleta, who truly saved the day by helping us organize our laundry. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back! I even had an online meeting from the hotel garden, and my colleagues thought it was a virtual background - that’s how beautiful it looks!

We liked everything! The only small thing that could be improved is the shower doors - they were a bit tricky to close completely, so a little water splashed onto the floor. It’s really not a big deal, just a tiny detail for future improvement.

We were greeted with a warm welcome. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, just as in the photos. They clean and tidy your room every day. Breakfast is varied and delicious, especially the jams, which are wonderful. The hotel is within walking distance of the city center and the ferry port. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

It was clean

The hotel is not the same one in the pictures. The pictures are from a different side of the hotel and the visitors who booked the hotel side cannot enter the villa side. The photos are deceiving.

The pool was nice to sit around after a day out. Breakfast had lovely fresh orange juice

The breakfast was mainly for European people & eggs & most of the food was cold. We had 2 of our days with cold showers. Not good at 6 am when you have to travel for the day. We had alerted the owners of this issue

My husband and I stayed for one night but we are absolutely amazed by this place! We booked a superior room and got a very spacious and beautifully decorated studio. The view from the bedroom on the second floor was just amazing. Despite the fact that we were there before the summer season in April, the breakfast was quite rich. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The garden, grass, flowers and trees were very well maintained.

The staff was very welcoming and good spirited at all times. The breakfast is exceptional thanks to the lovely chef. There are many varieties every day and most importantly the food is extremely fresh constantly. The garden is very well maintained and you can spend your holiday only by sitting at the pool and looking at the decorations and the greenery around and you will find much needed peace.

At room 204 we used the smallest bathroom we have ever seen in our life. The shower is so small that there is no way not to hurt yourself. The floor in the room could have been cleaned more often. The king size bed has two separated duvets of single beds and that is not the problem - the problem is that they are too soft so you fall in the hole in the middle while sleeping.

The property is designed with very good taste, the rooms look exactly like the photos. The location is good, 10 minutes walk from the city centre and 5 minutes walk from the closest beach. The staff was very kind, always smiling and ready to help. We really liked the garden, it’s a nice place to stay with your friends or family at the end of the day. Also, the breakfast was good, it was a pleasure to start the day with a coffee in the garden.

Our rooms were in the old building (they looked excellent, it was not a problem), but the bathrooms are very very small (especially the showers). Also, we had a room that shared the terrace with other 2 rooms. The terrace was amazing, but it would be perfect if you share it with your friends/ family. It is not very comfortable to meet some strangers whenever you go outside the room. It is not something big, just an aspect that made us think “it would have been amazing if…”.

Our stay in here was perfect. All the staff were really helpful and positive especially Nikoleta :)The breakfast and the facilities are super! You can feel yourself like home, literally :)Thank you for everything, see you again❤️

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was excellent. The location was close to everywhere. The outside atmosphere was cozy. I felt like I am in Toskana.

The rooms need renovation, especially the bathroom. The shower cabin was very small. The cock was very old.

A small shower and an awkward sink design can really impact comfort. Despite the rooms are well decorated, I cannot tell the same for the size of the room.

The rooms were tastefully, carefully, and beautifully furnished. The breakfast was exceptionally well-prepared and delicious. We enjoyed a relaxing time in a lovely garden. It was truly a great stay in every way. I highly recommend it to everyone.

To be honest, there is nothing to like it because stuff was very rude and unprofessional. The only thing is a concept.

- The price overrated compared to the same features hotels- Stuffs are acting not caring about your request - The rooms are very very small please dont be deceived photos that they put on booking.com- There are lots of mosquitoes I do not think they try to get some precautions for their own guests- we booked two twin beds but when we arrive there, they told us you need to stay full size bed and then you would change your room. However, I mentioned many times we want to get two twin beds and even I booked and chose as like twin beds options. When I said I do not want to stay there, they did not care what you’re saying and then they said you can cancel it. Overall, I have never faced like this attitude before and please stay away from that place for accommodation.

I visited Nikoleta's villa with my husband and we stayed there for 5 nights. We loved the the place and the people! The location was great as it was close to the ferry boat, the main road that goes around the island and close to shops and facilities. At the same time it was outside the crowded touristy areas and was super quiet, especially at night! We loved the garden and pool area that are designed with taste and maintained with effort - each morning we saw the gardener walk around and take care of the trees and plants. We stayed in the suite which had an amazing view towards the green hills behind the villa, a big balcony, and as everything else - designed with taste. Breakfast was also great and versatile - each morning they added different items - be it cheesecake, special pancakes or different types of sandwiches. The produce was fresh and coffee was great! Especially important - the hotel is owned by a lovely, kind family that were available throughout the day and constantly making sure everything is done right and everyone is happy :)

The bed was a bit small for our liking, the width was probably ~140cm and the mattress a bit too soft. The shower room could also use some renovation but nothing dramatic.

The apartment room is extremely cosy with a new pool next to Nikoleta’s house. It is extremely laid back and clean and cosy. Breakfast is very good with lot’s of delicious choices. We enjoyed the recommendations from the staff, especially sunset sailing was amazing. Thassos is a very well preserved and lovely island. This was our first visit to Nikoleta’s but certainly not the last.

The comments and pictures were good but I didn't expect it to be this good. We were very pleased with everything. We liked the fact that it was a family business, the friendliness and comfort of the environment. The location was also good. We also really liked the hotel design. We will choose this place for our next holidays.
