Very professional, clean, and upscale. Decent breakfast selection. Spa and pizza restaurant right next door. Nice restaurant on second floor. Pool area was well kept with comfortable loungers and umbrellas on grass right by the bar. Free parking!

Service could've been more personal, less business-like. At breakfast you have to flag someone down to order a coffee, or we were being ignored for not speaking Italian. Pool closes for dinner and is right next to the dining area. Walk to town is 20-25min

The service was excellent. We stayed two nights in early June and enjoyed the amenities, restaurant & the breakfast was definitely 5 star!

The staff was very friendly, and the hotel was super clean. They cleaned the room twice a day, which was almost excessive, but we really appreciated it.Location was great, pool area was also looking natural.

The breakfast is too busy even in October, the waiters often forget your order, and the overall breakfast menu is also somewhat limited, lacking proper vegetable options. The breakfast slot is till 10.30, but they stopped refilling the proper bread options, meat, and cheese at 9:45 already. So you go early or have only leftovers.In the beach area, there are three sunbeds that can be used for free. For every gazebo, you must pay 50 to 70 euros/day, which also applies during the off-season, when a maximum of 10 people are in the beach area overall. As a hotel guest, this is way too much extra cost/day.

Location breakfast room good

I booked because was adults not but there were children allowed in do not pleased with that. There were no te/ coffee facilities in the room and no bath only a shower so this was disappointing

Wonderful place and hotel staff facilities are fantastic the chefs food during dinner was lacking love (if you know what I mean) a bit compared to some of the meals on the island but I truly would return and do recommend it

TV should be a smart one with apple play so that I can play movies/tv from my devices in the evening. my reference on the food was just to the dinner service

This hotel is a gem in this region! Granted it's more expensive than most because it's a 5 star L but, the family suite 20D (sleeps 4) that we stayed in had beautiful ocean views, a gorgeous balcony, was extremely clean, had wonderful amenities like Etro soaps, had a cleaning and evening turn down service, spacious, and cold air conditioning. We were extremely comfortable. Our stay came with 2 hours (free) per day of their gorgeous spa. This hotel has a beautiful pool and an incredible, overabundant international breakfast (both buffet and menu-service) INCLUDED in price of stay. Please note: it's location is outside of historic city center and takes a good 30 minute walk but it's in a secluded, tranquil area with it's own beautifully curated beach (with beach bar). We found it to be a great trade off. Located 5 minute walking distance to a beautiful nearby beach call Punta Tegge. Run -- don't walk to this hotel!

Softer mattresses and thicker pillows. Pillow in Italy are sometimes pancake flat. Not used to them.

Great location for a remote getaway- the private beach and generally the island is very serene. The staff were good and hotel had good facilities.

The property is a bit outdated, so it does not exactly match the pictures. Definitely did not meet the 5 star expectation- more in the 4 star ballpark.

We got there at the end of the season, and the dining options were pretty slim! The restaurant was very nice, but only a portion of the menu was really available!

I felt that the scent diffusers of the lobby were too strong. I’m very sensitive to strong smells. It was very overpowering.

A little far from town. Nice and private, but a long walk from other resuturants if you want to eat off property.

It was very peaceful, within walking distance of La Maddalena town, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. There are plenty of breakfast choices with good service. The pool area was secluded and beautifully maintained. The spa was well appointed. The boat cruise and taxi services offered by the hotel were very good. Toiletries were of high quality.

There were no full-length mirrors in my room. The bathroom lighting wasn't sufficient enough to put on makeup.

Great room, brilliant pool with fabulous bean bag type sun loungers, excellent breakfast ( go before the rush at 10am !! ) but above all else the wonderful, helpful & friendly staff … & try MaMa pizza restaurant too

Both the bar and the dining room interiors need a complete redesign. Their bland, modernist look is as welcome as a hospital waiting room and both are completely at odds with the rest of the hotel. But don’t let that put you off your stay; the food is excellent plus there are plenty of fabulous restaurants in the town for dinner too.

Room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good! Short walk to beaches and the coast.

A little tacky and over the top, seemed like much more of a renovated motel than a resort. The pool was open strange hours and closed by (I think) 6:30pm. Not far from town, but not necessarily walkable back and forth, which isn't an issue, except that parking in town is nearly impossible. We ordered dessert from room service one night, which was typical room service pricing, but the portion was shockingly small (like, 3 bites of cheesecake).

Friendly staff, food at the restaurant was good. A relaxing time.

The pool could be heated, too cold to swim, which is shame.

This luxury hotel offers great facilities. Besides spacious rooms, a nice Spa and outside pool it is especially the garden which really stands out. This beautiful natural lounge area has magnificent views on the surrounding Archipelago. Furthermore, the breakfast is absolutely 5 stars and the hotel restaurant ‘Isola’ also delivers great quality food choices. Nearby the hotel is the MaMa pizza place as a second place to eat. We had a great time.

The gym facilities are very limited at Ma&Ma and it’s pricey to drink at the Bar in the pool/garden area. Furthermore, there are no nice beaches near the hotel. Punta Tegge is rocky so don’t expect white sand beaches.

Lack of vegetarian options on the menu. They had to wing a menu for my wife. As a 5 star hotel they could have had atleast 1-2 vegetarian options, small improvement to think about!
