Very clean, good location and indoor swimming pool?

We arrived late, but the property contacted us in a friendly manner. The air conditioner wasn't working properly, and the room felt overpriced. The breakfast was okay, though one day there was no bread, for example. A positive aspect is the parking lot

Amazing location and very nice hotel, great value for your money. The staff is super friendly, they explain you everything. Rooms are super clean and spacious, the breakfast is great with a lot of choices and very good quality of food. You can borrow umbrellas to go the beach. All in all great stay at Le Nereidi, definitely recommend it if you’re planning to stay at La Maddalena!

Hair dryer machine kind of sucks

Everything about the Hotel was Great ! I have stayed here before 1984-1987 when in Military, and again as Tourist in 2018 and 2024, Will Stay Again in 2027. The Staff all around was very Accommodating ! Any questions we had, they helped in every way. And was Fun sharing our Stories from over the Years. Thank you Emanuela And all The Staff !! Oh And Breakfast was the BEST All Around !!! Thank you again ! Highly recommend !!!. See you in a Few Years !!!

Hotel is close to the port. Room was good and clean. Swimming pool was good.

Breakfast was weak. Most of the products are only sweet things like cakes etc.

Parking available, location 5 min driving to the Port / town / ferry . Breakfast good but need to pay extra with you want eggs.

socket near the bed used for the lamps. I had to unplug it to charge my equipment. very small bathroom stall. Hairdryer not efficient but they lent me a normal one. Indoor pool and they don't have towels at the pool. You have to take it from the room that only has one per guest. Fridge was not working. No water, no kettle in the room.

Bad

Unfortunately a negative experience…I could list out the whole interaction which really had a lot wrong but I want to try to keep this concise. I arrived to an unclean room with questionable hairs on the bed, crumbs and other things all over the floor and aircon not working, additionally the room was located at the end of a very dingy poorly lit hallway and immediately as a young girl staying alone I didn’t feel comfortable. Unfortunately after expressing these issues I was met with a confrontation with both two different members of staff who didn’t seem to listen or be very understanding, instead saying things like “no place in all of Sardinia will have a completely clean room”, “no one else has mentioned any problem with aircon”, “the hairs aren’t touching the linen” (they were all over including on the pillow), “so you don’t like the hotel, well you can leave and we don’t have to reimburse you” rather than something simple and professional like “we apologise that your room is not clean and functioning, and that you feel a little unsafe, would you like us to find you a different room?”. Finally after a long and gruelling conversation, that was very uncomfortable for me as I was made to feel like I was a massive problem and that I was being dramatic for having literal pubic hairs on my bed, I eventually received a room that was cleaner and the aircon functioning. However the staff were still condescending giving each other looks and making a point to go into the room to check it all in front of me erratically, the woman turning on the TV and gesturing her hands in a way to say ‘look you even have TV’, asking “are you sure?” in a huffy tone after I said this room was fine as it was cleaner.

It’s everything pleasant, the view and the place it’s very good.

The double bed was made up of two single beds which made uncomfortable table at times to sleep well.

A bit of a walk to the centre, but not a big issue if you like to walk or you have a car.

Friendly staff and very good breakfast. Nice and relaxing decoration.

Facilities are a bit old.

The breakfast was excellent,there were many options between fruits,cheeses, cakes, coffees and the option to choose eggs and lactose-free milk. The shower was strong and good. The breakfast staff was kind.

I had a single room without a full length mirror,the bed was single and the air conditioning wasvery noisy, no light in the bathroom mirror madeit very difficult because the only light was notsufficient for makeup and that was the onlyoption since there wasn't other mirror in theroom. Also, I stayed in a room in front the stairsand lift, place with a lot of guests walking so it was a bit noisy for that.

Simple but clean and comfortable.The staff is lovely, in particular the lady at the reception who speak great French !Breakfast is okay, very local with a lot of cakes / pies etc, but also fresh fruits, eggs etc. Location is pretty good, close to the center (short 5 min drive) and walking distance from a little harbor from where some boat tours depart.Convenient laundry room, although I thought it was pricey (8 EUR / load). Parking on site

Pricey for such a simple accommodation, but we were there during peak season. Only bedsheets, no duvet on the bed (again in summer, probably the reason).

very very nice staff, facilities are good to spend a day there, gym doesn’t have much to offer but there is an indoor pool with a rescue personal, there is a tennis field, rackets and balls are 5€/h.There is a supermarket right near the hotel.

Breakfast was really poor and after a couple of days it is boring, nothing changes.Bus connection is bad from there and it is a bit offset from the vibrant part of the city.

The staff there is super nice. They try their best to help you. We got information about local boat and trekking tours from them! They told us where to rent cars/bicycles. Very useful information for travellers! The room is super clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay there for our next trip in Le Maddalena!

Nothing! Everything is perfect!

Nice hotel with comfortable rooms and good breakfast. Very friendly staff. Receptionists recommended good places to go and beaches to visit, so feel free to ask them for advice.

I had a long stay but it allowed me to meet La Maddalena. The conditions found at the Hotel were totally satisfactory. Friendly staff, breakfast served on request but with a lot of patience by the staff, safe sanitation, daily cleaning. The hotel is a bit far from the pedestrian center but a good thing after a hearty dinner to walk back to the hotel

Emanoella and her husband was absolutely extremely friendly and helpful. All her recommendations was great. Any request or questions we had was resolved in a minute. I haven’t seen such a great customer service like hers even in the biggest chains around the world. Absolutely amazing stuff also WiFi great location with parking which hard to find in the Center. For us the location was perfect because we want to explore the island and this location was perfect. 5 min from Center 2 min from beach if you you want to stay close and 1 min to a big supermarket and gas station. This place answered all your needs for a perfect time. I will definitely come back there just because of there amazing service and experience
