We stay in this hotel regularly, everytime we come to Bialka. We like the location close to the slopes, the design of the hotel, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Small wellness is nice, children´s area is also great. They serve very tasteful meals in the hotel restaurant and the breakfast has a lots of choice and variety.

We would definitely appriciate more gluten free choice in the restaurant. Basicaly it is only one meal you can have if you are on gluten free diet - baked meat with potatos (and it is not only in the hotel but also in every restaurant around slopes). Last year they offered also gluten free pasta, or schnitzel - this year it was not possible. It´s a pitty, otherwise the restaurant is of a very good standard and that would for sure make a difference compared to others restaurants around.

We had a very spacious and comfy room. The bathroom was also decently sized an comfortable.It is within a walking distance from the slopes which was perfect.

The water in he shower wasn't always super hot, I think most likely when a lot of people were showering at the same time in the building, the water became lukewarm. Wasn't a real issue as it didn't get too cold but an inconvenience.We were a group of people who eat plant-based food. We had notified the hotel about it before our stay and they reassured us that we would be able to find something to eat as the breakfast was served in a form of a buffet. On day 1 of our stay, even though breakfast was a nice spread, it did not look like much of the dishes were vegan so I asked staff about it. Unfortunately, the staff had got very deffensive and were not able to provide anything special for us to eat except for bread, salad and some jam. I asked if they could be more accommodating the next day and made some suggestions.On day two, except for bread, salad and some jam, we were additionally provided with some bean spread. Even though it was tasty I believe more could have been done about our food as we had pre-notified the hotel and vegan products are now available in Poland in any major superarket like Biedronka or Lidl.Definitely a point to improve for the future.

The hotel should definitely have more than 3-stars, it deserves at least 5! Best location, facilities, clean and so comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We were extremely satisfied and impressed, definitely coming back!

A very nicely decorated hotel with great value for money in a superb location little of the main street. Good spot for exploring the surroundings. We had an amazing view on the Tatra mountains from our room and balcony. The Spa was very charming with Jacuzzi, Sauna and Steam bath.Everything was quite new and exceeded our expectations. Also the breakfast had a huge selection and good quality.

Great restaurant, utilities and general mountain style building. Nice fun room for children, there are many toys that our daughter really enjoyed. Mostly nice staff, with the exception of women receptionists.

On the first night we arrived there were loud people voices coming from the hall at night, therefore we couldn't sleep well. There is a gap under the entrance door and we heard all the coming voices for around an hour. The second night was better.

Honestly, I don't know how it's a 3-star hotel. The food, staff, and facilities were superb. I had worse experiences in 4-star hotels before. The rooms were spacious and very clean. There were not many food choices, but less is more sometimes. Everyone could find what they would like.

Beautiful location, fabulous design, very good restaurant and lovely quiet bar. Also brilliant outdoor activities. We loved the basketball and tennis court!

very close to the ski resort, had very good storage and equipment dryer.The food was delicious and the bar served a veraity of drinks.The staff was welcoming and helpful.The room was very clean and the bad was comfortable.Parking lot was at the entrance, no problem finding parking.

The t.v wasn't smart.

The hotel was close to the thermal baths and the slopes. The evening restaurant food was great and we had a great time sampling the local vodka ? Staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and modern. The games room was a nice touch to have a game of pool, table tennis and table football. The gym is a tad small but perfectly useable with all the equipment you need. The ski storage area was great too. We don't generally go back to the same place twice but I'd be tempted here as it was perfect.

The breakfast wasn't brilliant, but OK. Plenty of food but mainly things like meat/cheese etc which is not something we would normally have - although there was cereal and fruit. Don't let this put you off coming here though as it was only a minor niggle.

The food served at the restaurant is delicious! Bed is very comfortable and the recreational room and Spa at the hotel is a plus amazing!

Great location, amazing breakfast options, stunning facilities

Everything was fantastic, the only inconvenience was that one waitress would literally snatch the plates off the table while we were still eating last bites which somehow ruined the dining experience,

We loved everything! The hotel itself is beautiful, staff very helpful and friendly, always going extra miles, spa facilities lovely, breakfast and main restaurant making delicious food. It is only 5mins walk to the slope and to the Bania Thermal pools. Beautiful views over the Tatry mountains. We will be back. Thank you so much!

Fantastic hotel. Immaculately clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was impressive.

We had an excellent stay, the staff was very nice and helpful. The facilities (gym, sauna, game area) went above our expectations. Breakfast was excellent. Location was perfect for the ski lift.

The only negative thing I could mention is the lack of room service. They only brought new waters, changed the mugs and bathroom rug daily. Would have been nice if they changed the trash and regular room service like the bed and towels :)
