Hotel Liptakówka

The location is great - it's 5 min walking distance from the chairlift. They also serve good breakfast inlcuding scrambled eggs, pancakes with cottage cheese and all sorts of cold cuts and bread selection. Coffee was ok, not too bad.

The reception lady was kind of cold, but nothing too unpleasant.

The value of the experience relative to the price was absolutely great! The rooms were comfortable, tidy and stilysh, well equipped and with a small balcony. The breakfast was astonishing - it was better than in some 5* hotels in the UK that I attended. The choice was great and every preference was covered. The hotel is very close (~500m) to the Kotelnica ski resort, which allows for a huge time saving during skiing season.

Communication with the waiting staff in the restaurant wasn't easy: they forgot part of our order, when asked for the bill, they brought it to another table, etc. Nothing major but could've been smoother. I was woken in the middle of the night by other guests returning from party - whilst that is clearly not the hotel's fault, noise isolation could be better.

First time visiting Poland, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful with advice regarding location of attractions in the area. Hotel has a good spa area, spa, jacuzzi etc. Good location for the ski lifts, with the nearest being a gentle 10 min stroll.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were all incredibly friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. The location was perfect for both skiing and hiking, making it an ideal spot for outdoor enthusiasts.Highly recommend!"

Great location in centre of resort with supermarket and other shops neighbouring. 5 minute walk to the slopes; handy ski lockers at hotel.

No apparent maid service (no bed making/bed linen change during our stay, no fresh towels, no clean cups in room) 4 nights))

Very nice hotel, friendly staff. Cozy and pretty big family room with allmost all you need. Good choice and tasty food, service is on a high standard. You can play billiard and table football whenever you want for free. 10 minutes walk from Kotelnica - perfect place to ski for a new / mid level skiiers.

Small comments: in the bathroom it would be good to add some hooks for the towels and a bit more light in the kitchenette would be great too.

There was no hot water for majority of the trip, only luke warm. The pool that has been advertised is only available during the summer period which was not mentioned before the stay, if you are going to ski keep in mind that rooms lack of space where to put clothes.

Location is good for skiing , there is children's room with activities. Good place with the baby stroller

Hair dryer wasn't working all days, but they've made discount for baby crib rent. Towels has a smell like cigarettes..In breakfast there wasn't anu poridge for the baby..

The location was nice, close to the bus station, supermarket, and ski resort. The reception was very helpful. Overall, the facilities were comfortable.

Nicely located, next to a supermarket, close to ski lift and thermal bath. Facilities are great, nicely decorated restaurants with delicious local food. Jacuzzi in the basement. Room was super clean with sufficient size. The balcony facing the snowy mountains, spectacular view!

Very dated could be doing with decor revamped, bath robes and slippers would be appreciated for the sauna jacuzzi

Excellent choices of food for breakfast. Very pleasant atmosphere. Lots of parking space. elevator! Lots of space to sit for breakfast. Elegant decorations. Extra towels. Nice smelling soap/shampoo.

The room and the hotel in general were very clean and the lady at the reception was warm and friendly. The pool and the spa area were clean and we enjoyed using the facilities. The breakfast was great, and the hotel restaurant had delicious food. Overall a great stay.
