Couldn’t get food anywhere either in the hotel in town after 9. Reception a bit grumpy as no concept of people flying in and needing food!

Badly designed hotel - sauna next to noisy children’s play area. No adult only areas - hotel was noisy.

Good hotel with good facilities and close to everything

I bought on booking a pack with two deluxe room which wasn't the cheapest ones, however at the reception I found out that are the standard room ... I still don't understand the difference...

Very welcoming reception, very good breakfast and very good facilities.

It was clean, food was good, didn't have any issues during my stay. Regarding the location it's a really nice place to stay.

The hotel layout is a bit confusing and it felt like a maze sometimes, but you get used to it.

same of pacages of instant coffee was old and with a mould. Ventilation sound in the bathroom was bot normal and with a big sound half the night

The room was pretty big. Breakfast was fabulous, Spa and pool were great!

Facilities outdated, pool was overrun by children, staff service was 2 star rating.

Breakfast was really good, big choice.

Sauna was closed, no information prior booking, no apologies or explanation. Some staff members at reception desk have a great chance to improve customer service skills.

In the bathroom There's almost no space to sit on the toilet.. it's planed bad, the sink and the toilet are too close to each other.

The room below mine, was doing construction activities for 3 days, including Sunday, making unbearable noice.I’ve asked the stuff to stop it, but they told me, it will continue.I understand the owner’s desire to make as many rooms as possible to be available for rent, but in this case, it was at expense of my stay.

Opening hours of the facilities are tight. Only a few staff members speak English.

The receptionist was great. She helped us get information to plan the trips to see nearby attractions and plan the day trip to nearby City Zakopane.Breakfast was full of variety choice and very satisfying. Most of dinners we ate in the Hotel Toporów restaurant Stylowa. The food there was very good. We tried different places and definitely can say that the meals in that restaurant were tasty, portions big price fair and service was very great.The spa area was not crowded and relaxing.

Jacuzzi had too much chlorine in it.

Exceptional stuff, tunnel connecting both buildings (visiting the pool from the 2nd building without having to go out), breakfast.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of delicious food. I recommend also the hotel with electric car, as they have a type2 charger in the parking lot, easy to use, and the charge price is not overrated.

The staff was great, except the restaurant staff. They looked bored and did not seem very welcoming. No worries there are great restaurants around.
