Pros +

  • Good location. Near the bus station. Roberto very kind and helpfull. Excelent breakfast
  • Roberto was very helpful and personal. Great value!
  • We came to Agerola with an idea to walk The Path of Gods, and Roberto's place is on the perfect location, only minutes from the trail's start, and across the street from the returning bus station. Roberto explained everything to us, with plenty of tips, directions, places to eat, drink and buy food for the trail. Also, he instructed us about the agency which sets up transfers from Positano to Agerola after the trail, at the decent price. Breakfast was excellent, the best we had on our trip around South Italy, with eggs, and chestnut cake. He was friendly, chatting with us on our last morning about Amalfi Coast, with a lot of knowledge about the region. And on our departure toward Pompeii, he gave us a tip which was worth of gold; a 2-euros-a-day parking lot only minutes from the Pompeii entrance. Agerola is a beautiful place if you don't come to Amalfi Coast for what most of the people is coming - big crowds, expensive drinks and food, and mass-tourism chaos. Agerola is different, a perfect place to enjoy what Amalfi is the best about - its nature. For everything else, there is Positano.

Cons -

  • Poor noise insulation between the rooms.
  • Everything was excellent
