The proprietors are a very nice family. The place is very clean and they offer a nice meal if you so desire.
Nice agriturismo location, great viewpoint nearby. Comfortable rooms. Super friendly and helpful owners.
Lovely owners, helpful and friendly. Beware this is not a normal hotel so you have to make allowances for the type of property where you are staying. Very good breakfast. Dinner also good but somewhat haphazard in that you have to give notice and beware that the establishment is used by specialist tour groups which rather dominate the dining area.

Cons -

Its about 45 minutes from everything which is not a bad thing, however there are no taxi's and without a car (which is crazy to have if you're not use to driving the cliffs) you are stuck on a 45-60 minute bus or two. The busses are inexpensive and run on time, but your treated like cattle and there is little to no transportation organization, so check your patience at the airport. Oh, and taxi's cost about 100 to 160 euro to go about 3 to 5 miles, which turns out to be about a 45 minute drive in either direction.
Dont forget to bring cash, you cant pay the room by card.
My room was in annex (which I was aware) but some distance over rather unprepossessing path. No balcony as promised but the room itself was quite adequate and clean and comfortable.
