New property

Half of the rooms have A/C, other have balconies. We asked for A/C room as it was really hot weather. A/C did not work. Rooms are average, some must have amenities are missing.Stuff was to the point of being rude. Breakfast was a disaster...

The place is spacious, just by the beach. Very comfortable beds and soft linen. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast area might be too small during the high season. It has just 6 tables. The same with spa zone. Absolutely OK in low season, but I doubt about the high season.

The location was great, close to the beach and very quiet around.

The facilities of the hotel are very poor. Some of it not working or not looked after.Steaming room was not working, no shower gel in a changing room showers.Check in after 3 and you have to check out at 12, which doesn't give you even 24 hours and that is very expensive, if you want to extend your stay you have to pay half price of day rate, ridiculous.The receptionist not even acknowledged the guest walking in again for that price customer service is very poor. Also breakfast area was small enough for the hotel guests and it seemed like there were other people coming from opposite hotel using the facilities and breakfast buffet. The only good thing was comfy beds.

I booked a room at Amber Spa Hotel for one night, expecting a relaxing and enjoyable stay, but our experience was a nightmare from the start. When we arrived, the room was not ready, and we were forced to wait until 8:30 PM to finally get in.To make matters worse, we were told there were no clean rooms available and were instead relocated to a completely different facility. Shockingly, the place we were sent to was a medical center, not a hotel, which was completely unsuitable for a holiday stay. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell of medication, making it impossible to sleep through the night.As a single mother traveling alone with a child, this experience was incredibly distressing and unacceptable. What should have been a relaxing getaway turned into a very uncomfortable and disappointing ordeal.

Staff was very friendly, the location is great, the room was clean and quiet, suitable for staying with a toddler.

The check-in time is a bit late, and during breakfast it is difficult to move around because the facility is too small for so many guests.

Great location, property is relatively fresh and modern, few steps away from dunes and seaside, in peaceful location, breakfast very tasty, free parking.

Been here 2 years ago and seems staff still is terrible here (except for restaurant). Reception was failing (system failure, 1h delay to check in, wrong rooms, people getting wrong extra beds for too little kids that can fall off etc.). Worst - that staff did not even bother to apologize or offer anything in return to settle arguments. On weekends and when fully booked - hotel absolutely seems to not be able to cope with volume, breakfast has tiny area and this results in huge queues & frustration. Hotel has stair up to lobby, nothing equipped for pregnant, families with children or handicapped. In the picture this is how sea view looks like which is pretty much just facing sea side but you have forest in between.

The free SPA area (small pool and 3 saunas) was nice bonus. Breakfast was tasty. Free parking. Comfortable bed.

Stain on towel, wrong number for contacts on Booking.com . Lukewarm water in shower on 2nd floor.

Never again

Didnt get reserved option with babycot and air conditioning. Spent almost hour on negotiations with personell until got at least with babycot. Price was too high for that poor level of service. Cramped breakfast area suitable for small bnb, not a huge hotel. Overall poor service. Bad materass. Lack of respect for safety, no wheelchair/trolley acces - even to reception, dangerously placed flowerpots on the main stairs/ entrance etc.

this hotel is definitely not worth four stars. Let's start with the fact that the room description states that there are air conditioners - there are not. In the room is very hot, there are no insect screens on the windows, so you will sleep surrounded by insects. Carpet is not clean. If you want to get any information before you check in - they ignore your messages. The staff is unfriendly, makes you feel unwelcome. Only the kitchen staff is very nice and helpful. Will never come back. Very bad price-quality ratio.

the booking choice was a room with a sea view, but upon arrival we were not given a room with a sea view, long queues at the reception, we waited for more than one hour, the restaurant is small, need to find a place to sit down…

Nice and clean room, close to the beach

Breakfast place extra small, no space for all the people to sit and have breakfast. Hard to even go and choose the food as food area could only fit comfortably 2 people holding plates. Also had to wait 40min at the reception to be cheked-in. And free swimming pool only available for 2h 20-22:00.

Freezing cold water in pool and serving tea which ran out so no one refilled itThe staff at front desk were not helpful at all and super rude. Looked like they hate their job and working there is torture for them

- The swimming pool and saunas are open only two hours a day 20:00-22:00 (there is no information about that on booking)- no room service (a housekeeper knocked at 8.30 in the morning and gave us a bin bag that was all)- not enough tables during breakfast, long queues, very little "restaurant"- too expensive for the quality you get

Please consider to change menu (breakfast, lunch, dinner), the meal is eatable, but looks so strange, weird and funny. Canape for breakfast with I don't know what on bread :), really? make it simple, it looks like a terrible savings :). Just simple, recognisable food, what's with what and on what, no need for so many strange cabage salads and all the other weird food improvisations.

Very close to the sea, clean, included sauna and pool.
