++The hotel is very clean.++There are welcome drinks and apples next to the reception. ++The receptionist who checked us in is kind, patience and professional. She smiles and I saw that she also treats other guests well.++Dinner is great, with good quality and variety. The staffs working in the restaurants are nice and make us feel welcomed and being cared. ++Entertainment is great. It is definitely a plus where many other hotels do not offer. It makes the stay a great experience.+-The hotel is not within walking distance to the beach but it offers shuttle bus.

--It would be better to indicate which age group the kids club activities are for to avoid disappointment.

as all inclusive we still were expected to pay for the 'nice' loungers. the heated pool was not heated with small/young children that was a big disappointment as the water was too cold for them to swim or play

The apartment was a bit dated and had an old furniture smell but beds very comfortable and the water pressure was incredible

Huge choice at breakfast buffet and nice seating space out on balcony. Large pool that was not too busy in October. Rooms comfortable, with air con and large balcony, relatively quiet even though looking down onto bar/pool area. Location is fine if you have a car to get around the island; but even if not, only 10 minutes walk to beach, and free bus if you don't want to walk up the (very) steep hill is a useful service.

No kettle in the room so not able to have a cup of coffee. There was a fridge, but it leaked. Restaurant situation is not ideal if you only do B and B; although the website claims they have 4 restaurants, one is a fixed price buffet (and quite pricey for what you get); one is the pool bar, only open til 6 so no good for evening meals; and the others were bars not serving food. No public transport available; taxi to airport was around 30 Euros, which is a lot to do both ways if you're on your own.

Very well located. All the staff was really nice and professional. Big room efficiently cleaned everyday. All the meals with quality and a huge variety of food.

Showers could do with updating

It is a good hotel, with very helping staff all around. Free parking and fairly good food at the restaurant, but nothing extra ordinary. There was a lot of noise from A/C in our originally booked room. But the second day we got a new upgraded room, so that was very nice.

Equipment of the hotel is ageing, especially bathrooms deserve some renovation. Acoustic comfort of rooms (specially doors) is very poor. Side note: 90% of guests were German or English old couples, so not really a party place for youngsters :).

I had a very pleasant stay, even for a solo traveller. I regret not taking dinner included because the restaurant was excellent! Lots of different food every night and lot of choice. Staff was very kind and friendly. Lots of parking too and wonderful view from the balcony, amazing sunset even in a room without sea view. I totally recommend!

Not many sun beds, room a bit old and shower very dark.

The property is outdated, the air conditioning becomes a fan during night which makes the rooms very hot. There is no good pressure in the showers

Everything was great. The location. The place. The entertainment. The outdoor. The pool entertainments. It’s so much fun for everyone. So relaxing.

The room size is ok but not for a family of 4. The beds are not comfy. Not much space for the luggage and clothes to fit in. It’s a typical 1 bedroom apartment for a couple only I would say.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, daily housekeeping, air conditioned, close to son bou beach

The evenings are filled with activities in the main area, starting from bingo at 9pm and various performances from 10-11:30pm. With a room with sea view in the main building, you can hear the singing and cheering unbearably loudly making it impossible to sleep— it will be a problem if you have an elderly or young children who need to sleep early. The rooms are very dated and are in need of complete refurbishment especially the kitchen and showers.

The facilities were clean and in good condition, the highlight was the food quality and variety, we booked just with breakfast but ended up eating at the restaurant almost every meal.

There's a shortage of sun beds for the size of the hotel, and even though there's signs to not put you towels to mark your sun beds people do it all the time and staff doesn't intervene.

Nice and complete breakfast with friendly staff.The room was spacious with a separation between the bathtub and toilette.The balcony was nice and inviting for additional end of the day rest listing the birds and trees.

The reduced number of parking spaces within the property premises.Guests marked the best swimming pool beds just before 8AM and show up 10AM or later which is unpolite and goes against the property policies. Nonetheless, did not. see any staff looking at this situation.When using the shower was not able to prevent water all over the bathroom due to inefficient shower curtain.
