Torre Vella - Fontenille Collection

Absolutely loved it here. I don’t write a lot of reviews but we had the most wonderful experience on the last night of our honeymoon, that staff was so lovely and accommodating and it was such a special experience all around. Perfect for a night to treat yourself and relax in a heavenly little getaway, thank you guys for making it such a memorable stay!

This finca is so well done—delicious bedding, quiet without being boring, attentive staff that show up only when you need them. Breakfast is fantastic. An example of their attention to detail: I said I wanted hard boiled eggs every day and there they were, every single day. This seems like a simple thing, but someone took the time to write it down so that no matter who was working that day, they knew what I liked for breakfast.

I can't think of anything, really. We didn't want to lave. If they wanted to go the extra mile, they'd up their cocktail game.

Hotel is a beatiful and very calm property

Personal, instalations and malfunction of it were terrible. Even non flexible to give a little bit later departure. You can tell they dont know how to keep up with the property and they only increase prices.

Beautiful setting, great pool, breakfast

A number of rooms are right off the courtyard (including ours) so you don't get much privacy. Could hear dinner guests in the evening and then reception in the morning and also the breakfast. Far too expensive for this and also the rooms are small.

Not Relais & Château standard, reception staff rude and unapologetic about bad service

Our two rooms were noisy despite requesting quiet rooms at the time of booking. One of them was located right above the reception area. All conversations between staff and guests could be heard inside the bedroom. When we complained about it, reception staff was unapologetic and was only able to change one room for one night over our 4-night stay. Around 30 € was deducted from our bill as 'compensation' for the inconvenience! No manager is on site to address issues and oversee standards of service but there is someone in the sister hotel 15 mins away.No cooked breakfast available. Very uncomfortable seating on wooden stools and small wooden tables. Most waiting staff does not speak English. The lunch and dining areas are in the same location as the breakfast area with a limited menu which does not change from day to day. Amateur service overall. The reception staff who showed us our rooms did not know how to put on the electricity in the room, the wifi code provided was incorrect. Wifi reception in general is intermittent and not available on the private terrace outside the bedroom. Limited GSM also due to isolation of the hotel. When we returned one morning into our room, cleaning staff had gone in to clean despite the Do not disturb sign on. We asked them to come back after 10 mins as we needed some privacy. They left the room upside down with the bedding taken out. We then went on a site visit around 10 am and told the cleaners that they could now do the room. However, when we came back around 2 pm the room had still not been done up. When we told reception about this, the answer was that it was our fault that we interrupted the cleaners and that they would come back when the rest of the hotel rooms had been done. When we explained that we had the Do not disturb sign on, the answer straight away was that it was not possible that the staff would have gone in with the Do not disturb sign on! The implication being that we were talking nonsense.

airconditioning could not be managed individually in the room; reservation for drinks at nomad was not honored so we ended up missing drinks there

the location, the accuracy of each detail, the ecochic mood, the pool in the nature, the walk to the cliff are a unique experience

Seriously, it was perfect. Maybe our picnic could have been done better. Not a deal breaker. The restaurant’s lovely.

The staff were absolutely fabulous. They created a vey welcoming, flexible and accommodating atmosphere and couldn't have done more for us to ensure our stay was perfect. The property is supremely beautiful, tranquil, surrounded by nature and animals and it was the perfect scene for the most relaxing break I have had in years.

The hotel is so beautiful! The design and atmosphere is so amazing!Very comfortable beds and quiet area. One of the most beautiful rooms I ever stayed in!

The restaurant is not as good as it could be.Our meat wasn’t cooked like we ordered. They replaced it with even worse meat. They charged us full price for the food event tough we were disappointed. Also the burger for lunch wasn’t good at all…This type of luxury hotel deserves much better restaurant!

Perfect surroundings and great location. Staff perfectly trained mixing professionalism and a strong welcoming feeling.Food is also great and they went far and beyond. Will definitely be back.
