Eliantos Boutique Hotel & Spa

The property was clean and rooms spacious. Breakfast was delicious every day, although repetitive.

We stayed for 9 days the week before our wedding. This was not our first time at Eliantos, we returned because we loved it so much the first time. But the current staff left a lot to be desired this time. They were short and disingenuous, most days. Service has declined terribly. To add insult the manager would only allow 1 towel per day for the beach or pool and were asking us to sign for them in and out, each day. This is absurd. Never have I ever seen such a thing from a hotel, from a hostel maybe but not a hotel of the quality of Eliantos. The gentleman at the coffee counter wouldn’t even respond to morning salutations. The hotel made us feel as if they were doing us a favor for having us at their establishment and due to this I would not return again.

The place was very clean and my room was brand new. The staff were nice and the breakfast had a variety of options. The pools were beautiful.

It’s not on the beach or by anything. You need a car..

Breakfast was good, but there could have been more healthy choices, less cakes.Room and bathroom were excellent, clean and modern. Fresh beach towels provided every day- great!

Insect screens on the terrace doors should be installed to keep mosquitoes out. TV reception of satellite channels was very poor, so smart TVs with internet access would be better. Beach access in walkable distance would be nice. You always have to take the car to do anything.

We had the pleasure to stay in Eliantos and what a treat it was. We were greeted by a friendly staff who surprised us with an upgrade to a room with direct access to the pool. The hotel is beautifully laid out with amazing attention to details. The staff are all friendly, accommodating and are very helpful overall. The rooms were beautiful and the ambience was just perfect as we came to celebrate our anniversary. We came when the season is almost over and the restaurant was already closed so we didn’t get to try the restaurant dinner however their breakfast was just perfect. There were a good selection and everything is fresh. We want to thank all the staff for making our staying truly memorable.We definitely recommend this place and will sure come back.

Probably just the distance to place as does need a car to have freely move around. But I think we could have secure a rented car through the hotel. Everything else was amazing.

The hotel is located approximately 30 minutes by car from Cagliari, which makes it very suitable for visiting the city and at the same time enjoying peace and relaxation. The hotel staff had an extremely professional and friendly attitude during our stay. I appreciated the fact that I received a free room upgrade from the hotel. In the room, everything was relatively ok, clean and equipped with everything you need. The breakfast is correct, typical Italian, with good quality products.

I did not like the fact that in the bathroom there was a water leak under the sink. If you want to drink a second espresso at breakfast, you have to pay for it.After your answer, I feel obliged to come back and add that I never had more than one espresso in any morning. I actually asked for an americano from the bar the second day, but that was because it wasn't available in the buffet area.

King Room with Pool View - Lovely big room, with large bed and plenty of wardrobe + drawer space- Very clean and well maintained- Good main pool (but private pool was too small for swimming)- Quite location (couldn't hear noise from the main road at night)

- Restaurant not open for lunch, despite paperwork saying it was. Very hard to get lunch elsewhere as everywhere was closed for the 'off' season (we went end Sep/early Oct)- Very limited dinner menu for those with a fish or shellfish allergy/intolerance- Location (hire car was essential)- Room had very thin walls. We could hear couples having sex in the room next door :-/ Could also hear their air con and hairdryer, or them putting plugs into sockets, etc- Lack of chairs in the bedroom (e.g. for resting clothes on)- Glass bathroom wall + door = no privacy as you could see into the bedroom and bathroom from the shared pool!

Eliantos is definitely the perfect location to enjoy South Sardinia. Super professional and (not secondary at all) very nice and kind staff created the perfect conditions to enjoy this stunning boutique hotel. SPA is super equipped and well managed. I also appreciated so much the restaurant with the best Sardinian dishes!

Location a little isolated.

Excellent hotel with well maintained gardens and greenery around. Nice pool, jacuzzi and outdoor seating area. Staff was very welcoming and friendly and we were lucky to be upgraded to a junior suite. Room was large with nice bathroom, small patio and little private garden. Very tasty homemade cakes for breakfast.

Despite having a nice patio we could not keep door open for too long due to biting insects.For guests staying longer would be nice to have more variety of savoury items at breakfast.

This is one of the most beautifull hotel in this area. It has a great and frendly staff. We stayed in new Villa Girasole with our own swimingpool. The room is equiped with all you need. You can take your pool towels to the beach. All resort is perfect with wonderfull garden. Breakfast is gorgeus. All perfect!

The canopy in front of room 401 is not protected from rain with a plastic cover. Wind and rain smear the sofa in the atrium.

The lady with short blonde hair was very friendly but the rest of the staff were incredibly miserable and unhelpful.

There was too much about being different and not enough attention to detail. Ants all over bathroom but no one cleaned our patio from storm before we arrived and we were there for the three days. You felt you were being watched all the time. No one asked how our stay was not even when we checked out. The dining room meals were not good at all and the staff so miserable everything was too much trouble.

We really appreciated help of the reisepsionist. Very profesional and thoughtful guy.Delicious dishes at the hotel’s restaurant and profesional staff)

The property is centrally located, very clean and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable about the area and immensely kind. The breakfast was exceptional organic food served every morning. Just fantastic could not have chosen a better place.

The AC unit in our room 206 was a little loud and made some rattle noises but it blew very cold air, it was not enough of an issue to complain to staff or discourage a future stay.

We had a newer room in a separate building and separate pool (which was great). The new room missed a way to contact to the reception and in the bathroom one or two options to put a towel would be nice.

Great breakfast. Two pools, a larger one for all guest, a semi-private one for the rooms in our building.

The one thing which made the stay less pleasant was a grumpy restaurant employee when we had dinner at the hotel.All other employees were very pleasant and helpful though.

Fantastic hotel with everything spectacular: Breakfast, friendly staff, lovely pool, great location, spacious bedroom and bathroom.

Rooms could be better insulated for sound as any noise outside the room is audible through the door.

Nicola was super friendly and attentive, helped us with dinner reservations, and gave us many tips on the nearby area. The hotel looks really nice - we used the jacuzzi, which was spacious. We received a room upgrade to the junior suite, which was very spacious with a comfortable bed. Breakfast had many options (hot beverage is limited to two).

The junior suite we stayed on is right next to the breakfast area, so there's a bit of noise in the morning.
