Pros +
- The hotel was unbelievable, it was stunning! The grounds were beautiful, so picturesque and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds. Excellent shower in the bathrooms. All staff were lovely, very friendly. Food and drinks in the bistro bar were top class, as was breakfast. Would 100% stay here again should I return to Sardinia.
- The property is gorgeous and walking around felt like being in paradise. The dinners by the pool were delicious reasonably priced for the quality of the food.
- I was truly impressed by the facilities. The grounds are exceptionally well maintained, showcasing a wide variety of plants that bring vibrancy and character to the setting. I also appreciated how the local architecture has been thoughtfully preserved, giving the place a sense of authenticity and harmony with its surroundings. The easy access to the sea adds a wonderful touch, making the location even more special. What stood out most, however, was the personal touch from the managing director—their close attention to detail is evident in every aspect, creating an atmosphere that feels both professional and warmly cared for.
Cons -
- Nothing, everything was great.
- Arriving at night made locating the property difficult. The road in is quite rural with no illumination and the signs are small and faded. Using their GPS coordinates got us there but it felt like we were going the wrong way until we saw the main building
- The only small observation I would make is the opportunity to enhance the Main Street to the entrance to the hotel, which would further complement the otherwise outstanding facilities.

Location is fantastic. Close to major sites and on a side street so little street noise.
I have stayed here twice. Contacting the property managers have been issues both times. Noise from the apartments up stairs can be quite loud, as if they are dragging furniture all day.
Infinity pool over at the sea
Location, entrance of the hotel, rooms have thin walls, breakfast has little to desire and road leading to hotel is bumpy
Beautiful pools , grounds
The casual restaurant did not make allowances for me being gluten free as promised before we went to eat there
What an amazing resort. Everything is immaculate, and laid out very well. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the gardens and walk to the beach are a feast for the senses.Food here, in both the restaurant and bistro is fantastic, we definitely ate more than we should. I've read that the staff can be rude? Not our experience at all, they couldn't have been nicer.
Leaving
Everything! Gorgeous pools, in front of the ocean, beautiful gardens, nice bedrooms, very nice employees, great breakfast! I will come back! Near Chia beaches!
We were very well welcomed and cared for during our stay. The accommodation was beautiful, the room and pool areas and the nature around. This resort is just 10” drive from the beautiful city of Pula. Exceptional breakfast as well as possibility of lunch and diner in the resort. Definitely considering the location again if we are to return to Sardegna.
Large property with very big lovely garden and 2 large swimming pools, one of them infinity pool near the sea. Breakfast was very good, buffet style but with good variety and quality
Personnel at the bar was a joke. Everything that could go wrong went wrong. They struggled with every little thing.
The grounds are huge and beautifully landscaped. The room was decent size and very clean. The infinity pool area by the beach is amazing and quiet. Restaurant and bistro food was delicious and priced reasonably, and good wine choices. Breakfast was decent, but not quite up to the level of what the hotel portrays itself as.
No coffee in the room. The strict "no outside food or drink" rule is silly and a big turn off - it's my room and I'll do what I want in it. Service at the bistro was pretty terrible; slow, messed up orders, lack of customer service, but the food was fantastic.
The hotel grounds are very beautiful. The room overlooks the pool and the nearby sea in general.
What I didn’t like was the very poor choice of dishes for breakfast. In my humble opinion, there should be a so-called Swedish table where the guest could choose what he wants to eat a given day.
Lovely peaceful setting, easy access to a small beach. Park around the hotel very well kept. The staff are amazing and very helpful and responsive to any questions.Breakfasts good.
There is a very rough dirt track of about a mile to the hotel from the busy main road and no apparent way of walking to anywhere. Definitely need to drive when venturing out of the hotel. We tried the snacks on offer for lunch but found them not very good and overpriced so eating away from the hotel was preferable.
Beautiful landscape and gardens, the new renovated rooms particularly beautiful and comfortable, the staff at the reception very kind, they took into account our desire regarding the room
Like the previous comments, we also have a very bad opinion about the breakfast, very few options and poor quality food, also the staff very distant and arrogant and wasps everywhere The swimming pool near the beach is very poorly maintained and no toilets nearby
The grounds of the hotel were absolutely beautiful. The infinity pool with sea views and small private beach and main pool were just gorgeous. There was never a situation where we had to fight for beds. The bar/restaurant used during the day was an essential part of enjoying the hotel during the day as the hotel, while not being rural was a little away from any inhabited area. The breakfast was served btwn 0800 and 1000hrs and took a while to get to grips with what was available and what was included in the booking. Four items were allowed to be ordered and two drinks. This took a few days to get to grips with but once we understood the staff got to know our likes and were able to understand our orders.
When ordering from the bar/restaurant during the day there was no clear recording of what was ordered which was important because we were away with two other couples and didn't want to be paying for things we didn't order. We didn't sign for our order which would have made things so much easier for challenging any questionable order. The staff often asked us many orders later to tell them which order related to which room, almost getting annoyed with us even though this was the hotel's policy. We did bring this to the hotels management's attention to try to avoid future confusion.
The location and layout of the hotel, the way that rooms are spaced, not like a high hotel block?. The grounds were immaculate. Room servicing was great, new towels every day. The reception team were attentive, especially Paolo with his local knowledge and recommendations for places to visit on the island.
The road(track) down to the hotel, we thought we'd taken a wrong turn even though the facility was signposted. The Evening meal option is in my opinion overpriced and lacks quality, it would be beneficial to have a 'none' a la carte menu with local options if you do not want to partake in the full menu. The serving staff were hot n cold - at breakfast they didn't seem very happy in their work and when we did try the evening menu, after booking a table in advance we were made to feel uncomfortable when we arrived for our sitting and were told they were not expecting us. The waiter did sort a table for us but it seemed like a real chore for him.
The hotel is comfortable and the communal areas are pretty. There is a great selection of wines to try at the hotel bar, and the breakfast was nice - definitely order the pancakes. The pool by the sea had lovely views. We ate in nearby Pula both nights which offers a mix of local Sardinian food and a Michelin-starred seafood restaurant on the bay which we would definitely recommend.
The location of the hotel is a bit out of the way and so it is necessary to drive to dinner unless you eat at the hotel
This hotel is off the beaten track but well worth it because the location is lovely. It's very tranquil and the grounds are beautiful. We were given a ground floor room that for a superior room was not good so we asked to change rooms and the staff accommodated our request and we were moved to a much better room. The staff are very friendly with the exception of one of the waiters who mainly served in the lunch place by the pool - he spoke very little English and was very rude when we complained about one of the pasta dishes. He also messed up an order on a different day and was again quite standoffish but he apologised the following day. The food is hit and miss - for the most part good, but it sometimes felt like the chef was trying too hard and not always succeeding. The breakfast is good but with a very limited option so after 7 days it gets a bit laborious ordering the same food. However, all these are minor quibbles because the hotel itself is very peaceful with a lovely aspect.
Quality of the dinner food and a more varied breakfast menu. Also, not being able to take your own food or drinks onto the property makes it a very expensive stay.
Beautiful place, great rooms and excellent service
The hotel is 5*, but the breakfast was a huge disappointment. traveling a lot last years we always have had buffe, this time it wasn’t and you could only choose 4 dishes… not good
Everything - it is a beautiful, tranquil hotel, beautifully designed with lots of space and a very relaxing setting - beautiful rooms, pools and nearby beach
