first of all, it was very nice that they upgraded our room. The personel, foods and room were all great.

there were no signs from the car parking to the reception area. Since it was our first time and we had a hard time finding the reception.

Perfect room and view very clean and good food.

Need to improve the selection of sea food and upgrade the TV in the rooms

Cozy rooms, variety of food on breakfast, very clean territory, stable WiFi. Tasty Taverna. Super green and beautiful territory. Great music evenings (shows) So stylish view places

It would be great to clean the room at least once per 3 days.

We stayed 2 adults 2 children in sea view deluxe room.Rooms are clean ,beds are comfortable hotel location and enviroment is very nice,breakfast is enough and delicious.Hotel staff is kind and helpful ,beach is enough I read comments about beach actually I like stony beach as water always keeps clean and clear.Yes there is big rocks at the sea but it is not at seashore also you can use dock so I like its beach.In hotel garden you can see every kind of vegetables abd fruits trees and they presents at breakfast .

Tap was a problem at room 2106 ,all of us get wet when we use it .Pools are small and as it is high season ,a liitle bit dirty .

Although the room was old, it was very clean and cleaned daily to a good level. The staffs are helpful. I would choose it again.

we booked a room with a sea view. we got a building with a concrete roof, horror, we complained to the reception from there they told us that they would talk to the manager, there was no answer. there is no coffee machine in the room, in the morning you are sleepy, you have to go to a restaurant to wait in line for morning coffee, the food is a row, beach stones

The location is about 45-55 minutes by car from the main port on the Island. The island is large, mountains in the middle and a round around entire island. The place is in between two cities, one about 10 minutes walk, the other about 40 minutes walk (or 5 minutes drive). Both offer many Tavernas with authentic Greek food. We spent there 12 days and we haven't had to dine in a same place during entire stay.The resort offer super amazing view on the mount Athos (over 2km elevation rising out of the blue waters). Beach service and bar service was perfect, staff on both bars were very friendly, fast, and attentive. Local restaurant offers amazing view. Beach offers many sun beds with sun parasols (fully used though by 11am typically).Small playground for children, two pools. Our kid (5yo) loved the place. Even standard rooms are large, housekeeping attentive. Breakfast rich (but overcrowded, with coffee machine broken twice during the stay).

It is a big resort for lot of people. Breakfasts were crowded (we didn't take half pension to avoid crowds and experience more authentic cuisine). Any non-standard request won't be likely fulfilled (getting a water to your room at 10pm for your child, help with luggage at 7.30 in the morning, ...). The beach is really beautiful, but mostly stones. Nevermind, we bought shoes for water (plenty of stores in nearby city). The gym was very small, and wasn't air-conditioned well. In fact, it was superhot there).

The outdoor of the resort is very big and well maintained and clean.

The furniture in the rooms is very old and damaged. We arrive the first day when the open the hotel this season: the AC and some plugs were not functional. They give us another room, but there was the same problem with some plugs and also the sink was clogged.

Good rooms, good food, very, very friendly and helpful staff.

Located on a perfect place, walking distance to the Potos, but still izolated. Alexandra is all you need for a quiet and relaxing vacation. Resort is big, in the greenery, without crowd, in July. Food is super delicious, rooms are renovated and comfortable.

Mini bar in the room worked very poorly, I think that they need to put the new ones, with the stronger cooling. The beach is a little problematic because of stones, but it was not problem for us, kids enjoyed jumping from the rocks.

They charged me the room rates second time by mistake despite I paid through booking.comI think they forgot to check. but fortunately they managed to refund the second payment.But it was a liitle confusing.

When we complained about the room we were given the receptionist was polite and offered us a better room. The new room was decent. But the place was not our vibe altogether.

I’m giving this hotel a low rating because we were offered an upgrade on arrival which seemed like a nice thing. We were taken in a room which was so damp the air was horrible to breath in, quite sickening mildew infested and the dampness was sticking on you. The room was also full of mosquitoes- we killed about 8 and there were many more. We asked for a repellent to plug into the wall and were told they don’t offer any and we can buy from the store. There were also dead mosquitos on the desk, walks and mirrors killed by previous guests and not cleaned properly. We also found a hair in the bedding.The bathroom was the most bizarre thing.

Great view and garden but the rooms are not prepared, they do not pay attention to details and you need to work to make the room comfortable. Example: the shower is not running corectly - clogged shower handle and remaining water holles in the handle are presenting very high watter presure even when the watter tap is slightly opened. Then the AC remote control has no batteries, the mini bar was empty at my arrival - we’ve stayed at this hotel last year and they keep saying that due to pandemic they do not fill the mini bar in the room - that is riddiculous. The pandemy is long gone but they keep justifying this with the pandemic period …. Just hilarious. Then just at arrival the entrance door creaked very loudly, we’ve asked them to imediatelly solve the door noise or is no way we can sleep and use the door.
