Staff was present, accommodating, and friendly. Very clean

The hotel was amazing. It is right in front of a great beach which is sandy and really quiet with clean water. As hotel guests we did not pay any extra money to use the sunbeds and umbrellas which was great. Our rooms were even better than what we saw in the pictures. The hotel provided every room with complimentary wine, water and fruits. The staff in the reception and in the dining halls were magnificent and really helpful. We have dined in the hotel's restaurant which also had great food for good prices.

Potos isn’t easily accessible without a car.

- nice beach in front of the hotel- plenty of sun beds for all the guests, even if always there where turists who ocuupied the sun beds without being hosted in the hotel. Nobody asked them if they stay or not in the hotel.- quiet surrendings-AC is working properly

- dinner. No information about each type of meal available, you need to guess.- many times if you arrive 20-30 minutes later after the dinner started you have a big chance to don't find the main courses, only some salads, olives and of course pasta without any taste- the tables where not clean and prepared after the tourists finish the meal. If you want to seat to the same table you have to wait 10-15 minutes like someone to rearrange the table.- lack of personel for the dinner- same breakfast for the entire period, not even a small change. We stayed 10 days.- beach towels where not available for all the tourits who request them- no entertainment for kids. We stayed in other hotels in Potos and they had this.

It's great value for money, located on a pleasant beach, quiet, great for families. It had a good pool, breakfast was good. My DD hat lots of fun. The restaurant serves good food. The staff is kind and helpful, It is close to Potos, just at the outskirts, so you can walk along the beach.

Had some issues with water drainage from the bathtub , but it was manageable, and it wasn't a big inconvenience.

I’m very sad for giving this review, because this is a hotel that we come to every summer, for over 7 years already. Unfortunately, the hotel no longer provides the standards we knew and no longer deserves the prices it asks for.For start, the rooms could be renovated. Also the bathrooms. The light on the wall was broken and the clothes dryer that was supposed to be on the balcony didn’t exist. The housekeeping staff always left all of the lights on and took our bar of soap every day (the one that you get from the hotel), until we were left without any soap. Also, they got through our stuff, more specific, through our perfumes which i hid. Speaking of cleanliness of the location, it leaves a lot to be desired. The beach was not cleaned at all and was full of unpleasant staff, the pool’s bathrooms were a mess, the path that led to the beach was full of sand and had never been swept away. In previous years, all of these things were done daily! At breakfast time, if you wanted to go from the first hour, you would have to wait for the outside tables to be arranged. Also, the food is almost the same everyday and the taste is not the best. Therefore, for 2 mornings we decided to start our days at a restaurant nearby. We had some problems at lunch also! We asked for the cutlery to be changed because it was not washed well and, on top of that, at the tables next to the bar, when we ate after other customers they did not wipe the table, leaving us to eat in their crumbs. And one last thing - the pool. This year, it was in a deplorable state. After a bath you would get blue legs or arms due to the paint that they used. Also, the chlorine smell was everywhere and in the last days the water was no longer so clear. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel again. We don’t want kings treatment, but this is unacceptable!

Cleaning done superficially and not everyday. Lots of hair and dust everywhere.Some sheets had yellow stains even though they were just setRooms are degraded and showers have mold in them especially between tilesSome staff were sick coughing everywhere in the bar but not sent home.No car charging but this is stated when booking NO HOT WATER and little water pressure when it had.In reality it's just a clasic Greek studio business advertised as 4 star hotel, completely not true . They charge 200+ per night for a 35-50 euro accomodation. After complaining I was upgraded to a superior room but it did not change much our experience.

The staff is lovely and very helpful. The rooms ere clean enough. The location is close to Patos. There is an awesome tavern next to it. The beach is very clean, the service is good. Worth the money.

The bathrooms were a bit old. The toilet/flush was not working well.

We had a wonderful stay and definitely will come back. The place is peaceful, the beach is sandy, the food was nice. The child had a place to play and I think she also enjoyed the stay very much.

The location is perfect, basically you exit the hotel directly on a beautiful beach, full of amenities and great restaurants. Close to Potos center, only 15 mins walk. The best place we've stayed in Thassos. We will definitely come back, despite the few thinks we disliked.Food was very good, although repetitive, but it's the first time I see nuts and dried fruits, peanut butter, jelly, olive pasta and many more.The pool is also great for a bit of safe swimming and variety.The room was huge and very well organized, with lots of storage space, two bathrooms, large space for the living room, couch and seats for all the guests. The balcony.Food at the restaurant is very tasty, I loved all their salads, shrimps with curry, gyros, pasta. If they have multiple orders at the same time, the waiting time exceeds 30 minutes, but if you organize your time a bit, you can spend the waiting time at the pool or relaxing around.

During peak time (between 5 to 8 p.m. and in the morning) the hot water was running low, sometimes even stopped running. Cold water had a good pressure, so it must be the heating system that does not cope with too much demand. Having to wash two small kids with cold water days in a row at a 4 stars hotel is really a shame. The hotel is so amazing and worth the money spent if this gets fixed! Otherwise it's a big problem you have to deal with...Besides this being our main problem, there area few small improvements that could make one's stay more confortable. They were not show stoppers for us, but still worth fixing for a 4 star hotel:A kettle in the room is a must-have, especially in such a big room apartment.Also, the upper bath had a very small sink, compared to the size of the bath, you could hardly wash your face without splashing around. The shower was missing a door so again, splashing was inevitable.The first two days no one came to clean our room, but then we asked for it and immediately someone was sent. Same two days later. Not sure where the communication problem resides, but they say cleaning is daily, so the promise should be delivered without us asking for it.

Has its own beach chairs (though the umbrellas are a bit small). Next to a couple of good restaurants. Walking distance to Potos. Good breakfast and wifi. Parking mostly sufficient but one can also part at the beach. Good aircon.

A bit overpriced. Rooms smallish and double beds too small (160 cm). The twin beds are much larger (and are put together anyway). The bed cover over the sheet is tiny. One cannot throw paper in the toilet but this is a regional problem.

In the evening there was hardly any hot water for shower.

The staff was great, frendly and polite. The room was very good and quiet. The pool and all hotel area was clean. Breakfast very good as well. We are really satisfied and highly recommend this place!

Hotel was well located, near the main village of Potos but far away from the crowds at the same time. It is just on the beach, rooms are big and comfortable, food is amazing, breakfast is great. Overall great stay.

The employees are very helpful. And the hotel is clean. Not too crowded.We will come again :)

Location and sandy beach

Bathroom needs updating, toilet did not properly flush and shower up stairs did not work.

The hotel is at the nieces place located, next to the beach. The hotel staff are extremely polite and responsive. In the vicinity of the hotel there are several good restaurants offering excellently prepared food at affordable prices, adding the hotel's restaurant gives you a choice and variety for lunch and dinner. Potos is very close in walking distance if you need to go without a car.The beach is excellent, is not crowded, with fine sand.

There are no parking places for all visitors cars.

The hotel location is very perfect, right by the sea, the staff is excellent, very polite and respectful, especially the security at the pool is very humane and very respectful towards the customers. The hotel is very clean and comfortable.

On the last day, before leaving the hotel, at 8:50, two women cleaners opened our door. I tried to get in with my key, even though there was a do not disturb sign. Friends, if you go to this hotel, never, ever put gold, phone or money in the room. Before I left the luggage, they entered our room without giving me the key and without letting me. These cleaners are very rude. I think everyone should complain to the hotel owner about this.

We stayed at a hotel right on the beach, which was fantastic! There was a charming local tavern up on the main street with delicious food. Our room came with complimentary wine, fresh fruits, and water from the hotel. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing. Plus, the view from our room was stunning!

We were surprised to find out that we had to pay extra for the hotel's beach umbrellas and chairs. The sea water was crystal clear in the mornings, but it became quite muddy in the afternoons.
