Over crowded at breakfast time

Everything went well during our stay. The staff was very helpful. Clean hotel, nice location. Will return.

The staff including ladies working both day and night shift were incredible. Friendly and ready to help any way possible. The room had a great view to the sea and the balcony was a real plus. The breakfast consisted of a huge buffet with everything you might be looking for. The man making the hot egg dishes had a greta sense of humor. Overall a great experience with the luck of a super local market right across the street the day we stayed.

+1.The design of the hotel and the junior suite is great.2.Attitude of employees was wonderful.3.Spa is impressive.-1.Reception forgot to mention I cannot park on street on Friday, 30 hours later, I’ve received a 260 euro ticket fine and towing scratches. There was a sign next to elevator but I did not read it. After a conversation with the manager where I explained and ask for some sort of sympathy, they gave me a free parking which soften the blow just a tiny bit.2.Internet is terrible, do not expect more than 2.5 mbps.3.hotel is meters away from the train, which horns at arrival every 30 minutes, a serious, disrupting horn.My experience was average, a rating of 5.Not the best choice for solo traveler who stays 10 days and tries to combine leisure with work.On a different scenario of a 3-4 days, couples trip this might get a rating of a 7/8.

My whole stay was lovely staff great, I couldn't use the hot tub in my room because it was dirty from everything blowing in there, It would of been nice if it was covered till I wanted to use it.

The fact that some of the gym equipment wasn't working and wasn't alot of options.

The rooms do not overlook the pool or the sea, should be supplemented with other amenities, such as a coffee machine and tea machine.

Staff were friendly food restaurant was average not bad for what you pay.

The smell in the bathroom was almost unbearable. Bed sheets were not changed only made up. Floors were often wet in the hall way with no warning so was dangerous.

Outstanding Family Stay – Perfect for All Ages!We recently stayed at this hotel with our large family of 11, including children as young as 9 months and adults up to 48 years old, and we couldn't have been happier with our experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable.Spacious and Comfortable Rooms:Our rooms were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully arranged so that we all had the space we needed to relax. The kids loved the comfortable beds, and the adults appreciated the quiet, well-insulated rooms, allowing everyone to get a good night’s sleep—even the baby! The rooms had plenty of storage for our bags, and we loved the option to have adjoining rooms to keep everyone close.Excellent Dining Options:The hotel’s restaurant options catered to everyone’s tastes, from the picky eaters to the more adventurous ones. The breakfast buffet was a huge hit, with lots of fresh options, including fruit, pastries, and kid-friendly cereals. They also had delicious meals for the adults and a range of dietary options, which we truly appreciated.Top-Notch Service:The hotel staff deserves a special mention for their friendliness and attentiveness. They greeted us with smiles each day, offered helpful suggestions on family activities in the area, and even provided extra towels and toiletries without hesitation. Having a large group can sometimes be overwhelming for hotels, but here we felt genuinely welcome.

While the hotel offered fantastic amenities, we were disappointed to find that the pool was unavailable for use during our stay. Additionally, the spa area, including the jacuzzi, was restricted to guests over 16, which meant that only the older family members could enjoy it. This was a letdown for our younger kids, who had hoped to use the pool and spa facilities as well. Families traveling with young children may want to consider this if pool and spa access are important but seaside across the road to the hotel .

The walls are thin, if you do get noisy neighbours you’ll hear them.

The hotel is renovated and looks very modern, everything was clean and cozy. The hotel breakfast was nice, a lot of options. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we even got a late checkout, thank you! We reserved a parking spot beforehand and there was plenty of space in the (paid) hotel parking lot.

The pool was very cold. There are trains passing by quite often during the day, but it didn't affect our sleep at night.

The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The food was diverse and delicious, with plenty of options for every taste.The penthouse suite I stayed in was perfect for relaxing. The large terrace with chairs, sun loungers, and a bathtub was a wonderful place to unwind. The room was spacious, bright, and equipped with everything I needed. The air conditioning worked quietly, which added to the comfort. The housekeeping service was excellent, keeping the room clean and tidy. Best of all, the beach was just a few steps away! All in all, I had an amazing time staying at this hotel. Thank you!

Central location and newly remodeled rooms.Great and helpful morning manager who helped us to check out even offered us options of places to stay to finish our vocation.

In general, our stay was terrible, and we canceled our booking after the first night. The hotel is located right in front of the train line and every 15 min. we heard the passing by train with feeling that the train going directly through our living room. The second and terrible thing was ants.I left a glass with orange juice on a table, and half of our later, my glass was filled with sugar ants.The refrigerator was nearly dead and didn't cool anything.We asked the front deck to fix it if possible but they responded with "refrigerator all right"even it works at room temperature. The smart TV is not connected to the internet, and if you don't speak Spanish, you have no choice of channels. The last and terrible thing was customer service at the breakfast.The waiters were so abrasive and rude that you don't want to come back as well as quality of food was below average.Prices for remote place at the end of the season were too high, and the front desk didn't want to be flexible to make our stay comfortable. We booked the hotel room and paid the full price in advance but then we arrived the prices went down almost 50%.Very limited toaletery products but hotel proudly named self "spa place".So,never ever again!
